Effective Date: December 2025
1. Introduction
This notice is provided by Docebo (“we”, “us” or “our”) to users located in the European Union. The purpose of this notice is to fulfill our obligations under the Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (“Digital Services Act” or “DSA”) and to enhance transparency with regard to our content policies, moderation practices, and user rights. This notice applies to the services offered through Docebo Community and Docebo University (all together “Online Platforms”).
2. Reach Out: Our single point of contact
Docebo has set up this contact form so that European users, European institutions and European national authorities can easily reach out about any DSA-related matters.
3. Information on average monthly active recipients
The DSA requires us to share information about the number of its monthly active recipients in the European Union via its Online Platforms over a six-month period.
Our assessment shows the following numbers:
| July - December 2024 | January - June 2025 | July - December 2025 | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Docebo Community | 260 | 333 | 356 |
| Docebo University | 329 | 810 | 842 |
Please note: these numbers have been compiled specifically for the DSA requirements and may differ from other user metrics we report elsewhere. They should not be used for any purpose other than meeting this DSA requirement.
4. How to report illegal contents
If you believe that any content on our Online Platforms is illegal, please use the contact form and include where possible:
- the URL or unique identifier of the content
- a description of why you believe the content is illegal
- any relevant supporting information or evidence
We will review all reports of alleged illegal content promptly unless exceptional circumstances require more time. If, after review, we determine the content is illegal, we will remove it or restrict its access and provide the uploader with a detailed justification as to why the content has been removed and the redress mechanism available to them. If we decide not to remove or restrict access, we will provide an explanation for our decision to you.
5. Changes to this notice
We may change all or part of this notice from time to time to reflect changes in the law or our services. This post will be the most current version in force. Changes to our notice will be effective immediately once published. We invite you to periodically review this post to be informed of any relevant changes.
