Instructor Information captured as part of the e-Learning course?

We have a need to capture instructor information with an e-learning course. Even though we are not using an ILT with VILT (which is where it would be captured), we need it to be part of the documentation of the e-learning course and have the instructor acknowledge they taught it. The way we have staged it is to add a “test” or confirmation for the user to indicate if they were the student or the instructor, all users perform the e-signature, and we include the instructors name on the certificate. This is a bit of a workaround and I’m wondering if anyone had any other solutions? Docebo only gave me this as an option.
