I am looking at a user’s reporting within a course’s reporting dashboard. Specifically, the timeline. The course was started 3/31/2025. The timeline graph shows the user’s interaction with material throughout the training, which ended in June of 2025.
The user has come back to retake some of the materials from that session in 2/2026. However, the slider for the timeline graph only goes to August 2025.
From the user personal summary, I can see the user has accessed 6 items this month, but not the specifics of which items were accessed.
My questions are:
- Is there a way to get that course-level timeline graph to few current use? Or are we stuck at August 2025 because of a time restraint?
- Is there a way to see the specifics of the 6 items accessed from the user personal summary which would include names of what was accessed and dates at which they were accessed?
