Some of our users are reporting the “Error - sign in not possible” error when trying to access Docebo. I am looking for best practices to help troubleshoot.When assisting users, I verify their login credentials, and ensure their account is active. However, I am not an IT expert, so I want to make sure I am covering all possible causes.Are there specific questions I should be asking users regarding browser settings, network issues or other factors I might not be considering? What additional troubleshooting steps would you recommend?Thanks in advance for your insights!

Greetings,I am unable to send the Notification - Admin Asks To Check Your Team.  I can not find anywhere the Send Notifcation to Manager.  Where is this ‘Manager Team request’ page?

Can we post individual assessment reports (pdf formats) that only the assessed person can view?...I know that we can share document across all cohorts/groups, but do participants have their own personal area?

Has anyone found a good way to create certificate templates that include a table with two rows of additional fields that you need the names of the fields to be aligned in two columns with the tags next to them in the center of the page?  I have not been able to get the table to align in the middle of the page once saved and previewed.  It keeps printing to the very far left though it looks perfectly centered in the build.  Please help!

Is it possible to hide fields and corresponding text in notifications if the field has no data?I’m asking because I’m finding it impossible to create a universal ‘User enrolled in ILT session’ e-mail notification when offering virtual and location based course events.For instance, we offer courses that are held virtually, in-person, and/or a combination of both. Because of this, the use of the [session_location] and [session_classroom] tags are appearing in notifications when they don’t have corresponding information.If you have a single location-based event, then the tags are filled in with the corresponding information. But if the location doesn’t have a classroom then you get the session_classroom tag.

Is anyone else having issues today on extended enterprise portals? We are having difficulty with people logging in through SAML SSO, all of a sudden.

Hi all,Since moving surveys to Docebo for ILT workshops, we’ve noticed that they are not getting completed. We used to have almost 100% completion when the leaners had a paper copy handed to them at the end of the ILT workshop. Now, we’re not even getting 10%. Currently I have one reminder going out 3 days after the workshop is completed. I fully expected to have some loss, but 90% is way too high. What are you doing to get your learners to complete the surveys.  TIA,Sarah

Hi community...wondering if anyone else is having issues with their tests. Our learners are finding they can scroll through the submitted exam. Only one question and response appears when the test is completed. We have it setup so they can see the correct answer upon submisison.

Hi everyone,First time posting in this community, but i have to say the resources and discussions have helped me navigate my Docebo journey for some time now 🙂 happy to finally have an excuse to sign up!I wasn’t sure if i am doing something wrong, or whether i needed to add a feature request - im hoping this has come up before and I can just add a vote and some weight to something. Is there any way that “New Reports” can just email me the file as an attachment? I am always prompted to go to the platform to download the report, even with “You must be logged in” toggled off. To reduce on need of API, we have been emailing CSV reports to our inbox (and using power automate to do some cool reporting things with the data). But i worry that the old reporting features won’t be around forever, and I would love to have new reporting tools options but emailed in the same way the old reports used to be handled.Any insight would be appreciated - includi

Afternoon - just a quick comment on whenever we think we are cornered - along comes another company or instructional designer who has thought of it.High Level Problem - I needed a PDF to be in a web object available directly in the course. The order of information in the course caused a challenge with a section that was a reference only in my primary driver these days, EasyGenerator.Authoring Platforms - EasyGenerator, Rise, and Storyline primarilyEasyGenerator is awesome at what it does, but it doesnt offer tons of flexibility with navigation. It can lock you into an implementation that you would not be happy with as part of a user experience.The key problem with it - we attempted to use this format:Section 1 (read and sign PDFs)Section 2 (a read only reference section)Now the problem with this is that it actually impacts and narrows how to get to and trigger the results page - a key with many SCO au

Has anyone experienced their images in page headers disappearing?  For the second time in 2 years, some pages just loose their images in the header. I’ve opened a ticket with Docebo both times but they are unable to resolve. So, I’m just wondering if it’s happened to anyone else?

Does anyone know if there is a setting that will allow me to remove the “answer is correct” column from the training material statistics report? For context, we use the test function as an application for our courses so there are no right /wrong answers, but we are forced to make one response correct. This prompts this column we export application responses. Thank you for any and all help!
