Hello everyone, We are looking into content providers. Wondering if anyone can give any info on experiences with Linkedin Learning and Docebo. How did you deploy, overall thoughts on content/support from microsoft, any issues you have run into with integration or setup, any experiences with LLs role-guides? thank you!

Are there any ideas or known ways of adding the term “Change View” to this area like I have shown below in this screenshot? Or any thoughts on how to make the option to select this drop-down to view the Calendar instead of Cards view more visible? This is the public catalog view before logging in and we want our customers to have the option to change their view for ease of use.

Hi all,Does anyone know if it’s possible for a My Team manager to change an enrollment deadline after it has been set? They can set the deadline as shown in the screenshot below, but there doesn’t seem to be any way for them to change it afterwards.

Something has been brought to my attention and I’m hoping I can get some help finding how to change it.  Recently we created a new group then applied it to a custom report.  Then we ran the report and nothing showed up.  When we reached out to get help about it we were told that the data only refreshed every 4 hours due to a setting in our platform. “As noted in the KB, Data Refreshes, Data displayed in the reports is not in real-time, but instead runs atmost 12 times per day, depending on the setting of the platform. For you, this is every 4 hours:  This means that, even if a report is manually extracted, it will still check if 4 hours since the last data refresh has occurred, before refreshing again.” First off I have to say how frustrating this is, especially when we had been told the newest update meant  the data would refresh in real time when a report was extracted.  But that aside, I just want to know where to find this “Data Expiration Hours” setting.  I’ve searched through Adv

I have 2 users in one branch. I put one of the  user in a group and assigned that user to a specific menu. Why cant they see a the different menus? Below is my menu screen.  The menu I am having trouble with the  Cathy Menu (2nd on the list). If I put the Cathy menu  above the Default page, everyone can see it, not just the one user in the group I gave visibility to even though I show visibility to 1 group, and 1 level. If I put it below the default menu, (regardless of what visibility I uuse) the user cannot see the Cathy menu.  I've spent hours moving Cathy above and below the default menu and no matter what I do,  I cannot get the one user in the group to see the Cathy Menu. Thoughts?

Hi,Is there anyway to make the admin gear menu a landing page.  It’s pretty annoying as a superadmin to have to click the gear from the landing page constantly.  It would be better to have it as the main page.

Is there a way to get static URL of a page element, e.g. an image that’s in a widget? The use case here is to send out a newsletter to learners showing them, a new feature on a page.  Let’s say that feature is just an image widget that sends them to a new area of the platform.  One might want to include that image in the newsletter while explaining how it works.Currently, if you inspect the page and grab a URL of an element like an image on a Docebo page, and then post that URL in a newsletter or any other HTML reference, it will work for a while, but then the URL will change and expire, so if somebody opens your newsletter a day or two later, the link will be broken. This is a frustrating situation.

In order to be truly global for our LMS we need the ability to display not only our LMS in the proper language but also set our SSO login and registration page and registration email through Auth0 to the correct language. We have other platforms we integrate with Auth0 that successfully pass the locale parameters. Is there a way to do this with Docebo? If not, what do people use as a work around?

Hello! I am not sure why, but I am having trouble uploading a new SSL certificate to replace the expired one. I removed the old certificate to upload the new files but hitting the save button does nothing. Further, I was expecting the platform to notify me of the expiration of the certificate...now we are at a hard down because I can’t get the SSL certificate uploaded. Is there a resolution to this problem?

We need to know how many learners who have selected a language other than English are completing our English e-Learning courses.  I have not found a way to pull that data into a report and am told by support that it’s not possible in Docebo.  Does anyone else need learner language data in reporting?  We are trying to decide what languages to translate learning into and having this information enables us to target our polling.

Is the Notification Events and Details document no longer available for download?  We have to come to the help site to see it each time?  I have a version downloaded from 2 years ago that I downloaded and moved to excel to keep track of which events were used and the verbiage in the body of the email so that it was a collaborative working document. Please tell me that I am just missing an updated downloadable document!!

Hiya,We’ve run into a challenge and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced the same and/or has come up with a fix. TLDR - Deactivating instances breaks the login page for front end learners, and we can’t redirect to the default platform login. We have an Extended Enterprise setup and we use our instances for client projects. Two projects are moving back to the main platform (Branch) and we’re in the process of deactivating the instances. For both of these projects/instances we need active learners to still be able to login via the main platform and we don’t want to have to email everyone and say there has been a URL change.Subdomain InstanceThis instance was setup as a custom subdomain and we use a domain registrar to create a CNAME record pointing to our Docebo URL. After deactivating the instance, when front end users went to the subdomain URL they encoutered a broken Docebo login page. Docebo support initially advised this redirection should be handled via DNS/CNAME records. Af

Hello everyone, Brandon here from the Docebo Support team! I'd like to share this short guide on troubleshooting your SSL certificates for HTTPS upload and how to fix any chain issues you are experiencing. This guide will assume that you already have the HTTPS and Custom Domain apps installed as well as your Certificate, Intermediate Certificate, and Key files after providing a generated CSR with your domain provider. Please see the attachment section below to download the document. Helpful links:Activating and Managing the HTTPS App - Knowledge Base ArticleManaging the Custom Domain App - Knowledge Base ArticleSolution for Issues resulting from HTTPS Certificates - Community Post (provides insight into possible issues you may see due to a broken chain) Feedback/Questions:We’d love to hear your thoughts on this guide and if it was helpful for you. We have a use case where our business wants to migrate all the courses, repository from Lower Sandbox to Production . Do we have any automated tools through which i can deploy my data from one environment to another?

I’m hoping someone better at CSS than me can help. I’m working with the Q&A widget on a page. I know I can limit how many questions show at once, but I’d like to control the height of that widget a lot more specifically using some height and overflow CSS.Below is a screenshot of me getting this to work in the browser dev tools (added styles are in the red box), but when I put these styles into the Custom Styles of Docebo they do not populate. I’ve tried every combination of classes and IDs that I can find, and nothing seems to make it work. Has anyone successfully done this to a widget that can tell me what they did?

Does anyone know if there is a way to hide the tabs on the left of the My Activities page? Ideally I’d like to only see the content in Courses, without a menu on the left.

Hi folks. Here’s a question for the css/html-savvy of you.My employer has a new set of Brand guidelines & we are trying to make a certificate to reflect it. Now, on landscape, there is a logo on the right side of the blank certificate template that takes up about 1/3 of the page.So what i need to figure out is how to designate a new set of margins on the page. i’m not all that skilled in coding & i’ve researched it a bit but i keep failing in new & unhelpful ways. I’d like have the text centered, but only within the left 2/3s of the page.As ever, any input is appreciated.Regards,Nate

I can’t seem to find a similar thread or idea - my system essentially has 2 “categories” of content catalogs and we want the My Courses and Learning Plans page to sort using Codes so we can ensure the more “important” set of content appears first. Right now we created a custom page instead, but of course the built-in page is where users are redirected when they enroll in new content anyway. Is this something I can ask Support to turn on? Is there a setting I am missing? Any tips would be appreciated!

Hi,Can you give permission to a Power User profile to use the API browser?I’ve just tested and I’m getting ‘forbidden / permission denied’Would be great if they can to help with bigger admin tasks!ThanksAnt

Our organization uses the notifications feature extensively and customizes each notification by language. I notice when I go to replace the text in an Arabic notification:The auto-generated text is in Arabic, but not written right-to-left When I paste correctly formatted custom Arabic text (right-to-left) into the subject or body of the email notification, the text is automatically switched to left-to-right.How do I get the notification editor (or at least the body portion) to correctly format right-to-left? Is there a button or setting that I need to enable?

I feel like there is some workaround for this, but I can’t think of one at the moment, not sure if anyone else has achieved something similar? I want an automatic group assignment based on someone NOT being enrolled/in progress/completed in a course.Use Case:We want users who have not seen our intro course to see a landing page that asks them to take the training. But we want the page to disappear once they have enrolled in the course.  The way that we could achieve the page appearing and disappearing is with a group.  But I realized we cannot create a group with an automatic assignment based on NOT being enrolled in a course.Has anyone been able to do this but with a work around?

When someone is in our sign-in screen, they see a dropdown in the upper right that says “English” and has an arrow, hinting that they could click to change the language of the interface. However, we only support our content in English and have no other languages. This function ends up being useless for us, but can “trick” the user into thinking there are more languages available. Is there a way to remove this little box? Thank you in advance for reading! What the box looks like we’d like to remove

Hello! I am here with a CSS question. The My Activity widget that you can put on pages has so much negative space on the top and bottom. Has anyone figure out how to remove or reduce that? I don’t like how it looks on my page, but we want to provide this type of visual to learners directly on their courses page. Red boxes below are what I’d like to remove/reduce.

At present, if an expired user attempts to log into the Docebo platform, they receive the following message: Error - Sign in not possibleWrong credentials provided. Check them and try again. This message us confusing to expired users. Is there a way to modify the message specifically for expired accounts?

That is, I had a power user try to share a /play/ link for a course to someone who was not enrolled in the course (a course with open self enrollment to all users) and that end-user got a 500. I thought this was fixed? Or is it just coming soon perhaps?
