We’ve run into an issue with LinkedIn Learning videos: Our platform is in English and French Canadian. However, in order for LinkedIn Learning videos to appear in the central repository, we needed to turn on the French language package (on advice from Support). However, now our registration page now offers French as a third language new users can choose from, but we don’t want that. We’re still in touch with Support, but I wanted to check if someone else has already found a workaround for this issue! Things we’ve considered:Change everything to French and deactivate French Canadian: We’d like to avoid that option as we use language a lot to tailor content and auto-enroll users and we’d need to update that throughout all of the LMS, yikes! Can the LinkedIn Learning content be “tricked” by renaming the French Canadian language package to French? Or manipulating a language identifier somewhere like the en_us or fr_fr that websites often use? Hide the second instance of French from users dur

I am building an FAQ within a course container by using HTML pages (i.e., one html page per question and answer). I’m wondering if there is an API available to quickly create HTML pages with the relevant content. I’m haven’t found anything in the API explorer, but perhaps I am missing something? If not, I’ll look to do some browser automation using Python.

Hi,I have problems with uploading training material to my course on our platform. I think it´s an issue with my account maybe? My colleagues are still able to upload training material. I´m superadmin user.I get this “error” when I click on the Training Material tab:

Dear allI have recreated report using the Reports entry and the New reports. It is working well so far (even if the email layout is minimalist and  not appealing) but my biggest concern is : how is the URL generated ?Some of my email are pointing to my prod URL   And some others are pointing to my development URL Is it like the notifications and the URL depends on WHERE you are created the report/new report ?Thank you

I am very interested in Learning Analytics as my team is looking to start some working on learning transfer topics. Can anyone tell me whether a Learning Analytics widget can be added to a Learn dashboard?  We’d really like to have the BI information available to trainers, managers, etc. in a single location (the LMS)

What CSS needs to be modified to increase breadcrumb font size?

Hello,  I have been experimenting lot with group management and auto enrollment based on our needs. I succeed to a good extent in achieving desired results but I am stuck at one point. Use case: We have learners (90%) they have to do a preliminary course on the platform. Based on the course results they are assigned to different groups. We have created custom home pages and assigned to those groups. At page level, the visibility is based on the groups and not on the branches.Lets say, when the user is doing a preliminary course they are in group A (manual group). Later the user added to a different group B based on the result (automated group set on the condition). Basically user will be part of two groups and two custom pages. Both the custom pages should be accessible to the user by Menu (that’s the goal)The bottleneck is:I manually add users to the Group A via csv. I can’t make Group A automatic since I can’t remove the user. I did not set any condition since 90% users will have to

I read this post And I have a similar challenge, but don’t quite get how to fix it.I want to have an image widget next to a custom content widget. It’s just there to look pretty. I’ve tried using different sizes, but the widget just stays huge which then distorts the image. What else can I do to control the height on the image on the left to be closer to the height on the custom content box?

Hello, I'm building a custom QA page for our HR team. Our HR team often gets asked the same questions, which results in many duplicate tickets. The goal is to use the QA widget as the first line of support, where employees can ask questions and get answers directly on Docebo. Once a question is asked, other employees can then search for the answers instead of emailing HR. To achieve this, I set up the following:An HR Channel An HR Support User (i.e., the channel expert) A custom page: HTML Widget (includes some instructions) QA Widget (filtered to only show the HR Channel)  It looks good, but I've run into a problem with the QA widget. We want to encourage users to search for their questions first, but the widget doesn't handle search queries as well as the global search. Consider the widget's search results for the question "How do I enroll in the stock sharing program?" Search query > result:"How do I enroll in the stock sharing program?" > Success "How do I enroll in the comp

Hello,I am wondering why, when in the public page, when users click on a card to see a course (before they buy) on the right side there is a panel with "Other courses that may interest you" and although some courses are set to "subscription closed" in the settings, they can be seen there. It's confusing for users because when they click on these courses, they have the option to click "enroll" as if the course would be available and then they get the infinite turning orange wheel. Is there a way to decide which courses can be visible there or even completely disable or remove that widget? Thanks!

Hi everyone,I am working on redoing the icons and banner for our LMS. What dimensions do you all use for each? My boss and I set it up for what the platform says, but it doesn’t seem to look how we would like it too. Any advice is appreciated. :) -Shelby

I need help troubleshooting: We have an ILT that users can only access once they’ve started a specific course. Ideally, we want users to see the course exists but can’t be accessed yet.Current setup:Group “ILT”: Automatically assign users to group “ILT” if at least one of the conditions is satisfied: The course is in progress or completed Enrollment rule: If user is in group “ILT,” enroll user in the ILT ILT settings: Course Visibility in Catalogs: Show the course in internal and external catalogs Course Self-Enrollment: Self-enrollments are available Catalog Enrollment Policy: Only Admins can enroll learners Validity is not limited Course is published Until a few days ago, this setting worked. Now it doesn’t: The course stays locked even though my test learner account is assigned to the correct group. The message on the card says “This course is now locked” which sounds like it wasn’t locked before but I can’t remember what the locked course message was when it was still working.

We have a Widget that directs learners to the Certification tab in My Activities. I noticed it stopped working correctly and was told by support that since Docebo has added ‘legacy’ to the front of the URL (as this module must be up for an overhaul) we must do the same in our relative URLs .Does anyone know how we’re notified when ‘legacy’ has been added to a URL and also when it is removed? I don’t recall seeing anything in the Weekly Updates. Should I be looking elsewhere? And on that note, is it odd that we’d need to add ‘legacy’ to get the relative URLs to work properly? Thanks for any help!

Is there a way to see what issues Docebo is working to fix to see if it’s Docebo wide or just our platform that is experiencing issues?  We open up tickets, but it would be nice to see if others are experiencing the same issues or if it’s unique to us.

Is there a way to add the Admin Dashboard to a page or menu so that I don’t have to go to the Admin menu? I log in as SuperAdmin and at the moment my homepage is blank and the only item I think that would be useful to see right away would be the Dashboard unless anyone has recommendations on what to add for a SuperAdmin homepage to review and manage the courses, users, etc.

If I’m understanding the update, it looks like the Average Time field is changing from hh:mm:ss to hh:mm. Does anyone know how the platform is going to edit the contents of that field once Average Time is changed to just hh:mm? Is it going to round up or down based on the “ss” that we have populated? Or just remove the “ss”?

Is there a way for the the catalog name and description not appear on the Catalog widget when using the Display mode Stream?  It’s hidden for the card view but, the card view doesn’t work for us. Stream  Card

Is there any way to have a link from a widget on a page that directs different groups of users to a different page?I know you can do this for the landing page but can it be done from another page?eg new manager compared to a manager who has been there a long time

Hi all,Our company is looking to add a bulletin board-type widget to the homepage of our Docebo LMS. Somewhere we can make posts for announcements, updates, etc. for all employees to see.I know that specific widget doesn’t exist in Docebo (yet), but I’m wondering if there are any workarounds or third party solutions that anyone else has found that has worked for them. Our current solution is to have an account with Tribe.so and then iframe in our dashboard using the iframe widget. It works for what we want it to do, but it doesn’t look as clean as we would like it to since there are usually a few items that appear at the top before scrolling down to see the latest post that has been made. Here’s what the iframe looks like when not logged into Tribe (doesn’t allow replies): When logged into Tribe (A lot of stuff on top before seeing the first post):  Any ideas out there that have worked for you?

So I’ve just started playing with the observation checklists. I think they might be quite a good way to record evidence to support performance goals so a couple of questions that I’m hoping someone will be able to answer. Can you make some of the questions not mandatory to answer? In the ‘new observation checklist to approve’ notification, has anyone worked out a way to add the managers name? I can only add the users name using the [fullname] shortcode. Can you get it to go every 2 weeks for a year? I cannot get it to do this, no matter what dates I put in (I assume I’m just dyslexic on this one and there’s a simple answer) Can the manager or user share a link to the checklist? It would be good to link it up with our performance review software. These are the Docebo knowledge base articles I’ve been using so far:https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020124179-Creating-Managing-Observation-Checklistshttps://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020124719-Navigating-the-Observation

We are experiencing a slow page loading times when we use a button or html link on the page.  We are not experiencing the same issue when using the left navigation bar.  Is anyone experiencing the slow page loading times?

Hi, Is there anyone having issues with LTI LO completion right now? I’m having cURL error 60. It starts around 9AM CST September 28, 2021. Thanks,Oscar

I can’t seem to find this specific issue when searching the community, but we have had 3 unique users from 2 unique networks have errors accessing content with the site stating: hlsjs-lite Network error. Has anyone encountered this error before? I originally assumed it was something on the user network end, but since we’re seeing it more commonly I am thinking it may be something else.  It’s happening with some content, but not all. The one below is an mp4 video.

Good afternoon everyone,Does anyone have a template email they provide to their customers or users that describes pros and cons or even better trouble shooting tips for using docebo in various web browsers. I have a link to a KBA that provides information related to “System Requirements”. However, what I am really interested in something that helps users when they experiencing issues using browsers other than the recommended system, Chrome. FYI - I posted this to a few groups, but since I haven’t heard back from anyone yet, I thought I would expand my search.  Thanks, Seth
