Hello everyone!
I’m new to the LMS and i got a problem with automated enrollment. I read other topics with this kind of problem, but they does not suit my case.
I know that, LMS can not count 7 days to enroll to other course. I have bunch of courses for newcomers. They usually ignore them, because they see 7 courses they have to pass. (This courses are not mandatory, and they can pass it anytime) I want to make it more convenient for users.
They will have access to the first course and after finishing it, they will be enrolled to the other group. These groups will have rule, where everyone who got enrolled here will wait for 7 day. After 7 day delay they will enrolled to next group with next course inside of it.
So the chain looks like this:
Group 0 (Newcomers) > Group 0.1(Buffer group with 7 day delay) > Group 0.2 (that will trigger the enrollment to the next group) > Group 1( With next course inside of it ) > Group 1.1 … etc.
I stopped in 2nd step, where 7 day delay should make all enrolled students to get passed to the next group. Because, i cant find trigger or rule to make users go to other group.
I don't think this idea is perfect, however, i cant find any other way to auto enroll students without using Learning plans.
So, I'm trying to find a way to implement this idea.
I know Docebo supports dynamic groups and enrollment rules, but I don't have access to the Automation App or Learning Plans.
Has anyone implemented a similar chain of automated enrollments using only groups and enrollment rules?
I'd love to hear your experience or suggestions!
