Hello we are new to Docebo and are setting up our payment gateway to accept payments in Canada. We have tried with very little success to have a Stripe integrated payment that will automatically collect tax based on the province where the course will be completed. Wondering if anyone else has successfully set up payments in the Docebo checkout in Canada that calculates tax in addition to their course price and if so, what payment processing system they integrated?

We use PayPal and it has worked well.
Thanks for the tip! We have been struggling with Stripe as they discontinued the ability for Stripe Standard and the tax integration. I’ll start investigating switching over to PayPal.
We are based in Canada as well, selling courses to learners located in different provinces. We are currently in the Sandbox testing stage with the PayPal integration. Is the sales tax calculation working correctly? Have you had any issues with cancelled transactions or unapproved payments? Any words of advice?
