AI Coaching - Attempt Reset

Hi there! We’re using the AI Coaching feature with two scenarios built into a course module. We originally set the limit to one attempt per scenario. However, we've encountered an issue where a learner exceeded the limit on one scenario, and even after resetting it, the scenario remains stuck.

Is there a way to effectively reset an attempt? We’ve resorted to increasing the total number of attempts as a workaround, but that isn't ideal, as we may run into the same issue again if a learner hits the new limit.

Have you tried resetting the learner progress via the course? It’s under the Reports tab. Find the user and click their name. You will see the learning objects and should be able to reset the object.

Hi there! We tried that reset option - the same way we normally reset assessment attempts but it didn't work. The attempt is still stuck. :(
