Hi Docebo community,
Probably like most companies that use Docebo Learn system, we have setup the Branche structure in the same why our organisation is organized. Where at the lowest level is the actual the place a learners works. In our case these are over 3000+ retail stores across Europe.
But we struggle with adding additional information with regard to these stores. For example we want add an adress, contact informatation etc. to the store. As a work around we now add this kind of information via additional fields to the user, but this is very unlogical and provides a lot of work and when users move within the branche this data has to be edited everytime.
Do any of you have the same struggles and maybe a nice workaround for this problem?
