Hello fellow Admins!

We have a couple of large customers who would like to integrate their users enrollment and completion data for our product training into their internal LMS platforms.  We currently send them enrollment and completion reports weekly but they would like to set up enrollments for our courses in their platform and have it drive the leaners to ours to complete the courses and send the data back to their platform.

Has anyone here successfully implemented anything like this?  We are leaning toward letting them link to the learner’s home page in our platform and letting them live with the .csv data exports.

Any idea or suggestions are welcome!

Hi - I will tell ya that I haven’t personally achieved what you are looking to do…but Docebo offers so many options that I think your challenge is going to be on the other side of house with the other LMS flavors.

High level - understanding the potential “ins and outs” and frequency of records needing to reach said platform(s) is where it all starts…sometimes automated reports out to an SFTP site is all you need is my point…for stuff on demand or near real-time? Look into the webhooks and the API side of the product. You will probably need a developer to tap into the API/webhooks side of the story and there are third party consultants that can give you a hand in that space.

DM me and I can pass along some insight into one I have used in the past.

With the APIs available from Docebo, you can definitely get the data out, the challenge would be around the technical capabilities of your team to get the data out, and the same challenge on your customers platforms. We take the Docebo enrolments and completions and flow the data into our Salesforce instance so that our other teams can see at the learner level who has done what. The concept would be the same for any system.

We have been asked this many times and tell our clients No, especially since they all use different LMSs.  However, we do have a 3rd party content provider that also uses Docebo and we would love to be able to somehow link to a subset of their courses from our Docebo LMS to theirs, so that we aren’t having to recreate their courses and so that completion info can be shared across the two.
