I am two weeks into go live and I am trying to keep track of all my powerusers and the profile assigned to them.  I want this as we have a certification process for their permissions and I want to audit to ensure everyone completed it correctly before being granted permissions.

I feel like I am missing something.  There should be a way to pull a report of who the PowerUsers are and what permissions they have.

Sadly no report or easy way to do this. You might look to see if there is a API call that can do that

I agree that this should be possible but it is not.

Agreed. We should have a report for profiles and resources.

I would recommend adding this as an idea. We track this using a MANUAL spreadsheet, which is terrible!

The way I do this is with two tabs open, one with the Power User List (filter by Profile) and you can go to user management filter by Level - PU. It’s manual, but can help you spot check in a pinch.

PU management on the PROFILES tab -

+1 the API / admin reporting.

Similarly, I wish there was a way to easily extract settings from the system.  For example, I’m analyzing our reports to see which ones use a specific column so I can remove it.  I have to look at every single report to see which one uses the column--it would be helpful if I could export the report settings instead of just the report data.  (I’ve been looking at APIs for this but it is a bit overwhelming; I’m new to Docebo.)

As Lrnlab mentioned , you can do this easily using the APIs.  If you have phython or postman.  We do this a lot for our clients.

This is a huge issue. You should be able to export power user profile reports from the Power Users module.

We contacted support and asked them to create a Power User report for us - it was an exception but they did it - it is in the old reporting functionality and we cannot edit it.
