The External Training managing Training Courses and Institutes. We need the ability for Admins to sort these list for the end user.
I am getting several complaints from the users wanting the course list to be in Alphabetical order to limit the time it takes to upload training records.
I created a list of course names and institutes and when users click on the drop down the list is not in alphabetical order....

agree the External Training app needs som improvements...searched the ideas but could not find any specific to your question. I would suggest you create an idea for this.

We recently starting using the External training management section. Looks like this topic was brought up several years ago so does anyone have a suggestion for how to sort the list of external training institutions after they have been added without having to recreate them?
We use the external training app quite extensively in our company and the biggest compliant is that the list is not in alphabetical order which adds to the time to upload several records with the same evidence. Another feature that would help greatly is if we could quickly load multiple records using the same evidence of training eg if I have to load a sign in sheet with 20 participants currently I would need to load the file 20 times to the individual names. it would be good to have the same sign in sheet load all 20 names then press submit and the file is loaded to all 20 names at the same time. So opening “Report new training activity once and assigning all names for the same evidence then hitting submit and all names have the same evidence to their file all in 1 submittal.
