Anyone also experiences super slow platform responses!? 

It just keeps loading like foreveeeer!

Mine has been responding very slowly as of late. I have tried multiple locations as well as hardwiring in to my server. Nothing has been assisting.

Hi ​@ealcanar , how many active users in your platform? 

We had a lot of system slowness issues, but this was caused by high volume of data.

I had a lot of slowness in my platform in all areas of course management last week!  It eventually resolved on it’s own.  I had even opened a chat and they said their course management was working fine.  So something was going on with our platform.  

Maybe there is a big background job running?

@ealcanar we had a lot of problems the previous two weeks with the platform freezing during learner courses and exams, not being able to connect, issues uploading content to the repository etc, but this week we have had no issue (that I’m aware of). We did go through Docebo support who were unable to identify any problem, and the status page always reported no issue during these times. Maybe log a ticket, so at least they’re aware of it. If enough people report a problem then maybe they’ll look at it more closely.

Yes me too in Melbourne Australia. Very random across the various parts of the platform from the power users module to course editing to gamification. Cannot pin it down to report, so I assumed it was just my internet connection. Glad to know it wasn’t just me.
