I am still in the new stages of using Docebo, integrated with Zoom V3 and have been noticing that users who register for an future event/ILT session, do no receive the basic confirmation email from zoom; they only get the email if they register for a session that is close to starting or has already started.
There is something I am missing but can’t seems to figure it out as everything seems to be connected okay and when I search in the community or online nothing really point this is specific issue.
I will say I have noticed some error logs in Zoom (Zoom App market) related to templates but because it is not a requirement, I am not sure why zoom is looking for it.
So I am thinking templates are needed for Zoom to know that confirmation needs to go out via the Docebo but not sure if that is the issue as a template is not required for an every day user to receive a confirmation email of a meeting they have accepted.
