Hey, folks, I pursued learning how to use the API with AI. Made good success here with Google, but curious if anyone’s pulled it off with Microsoft. The idea of using Excel and a script to do the imports is simple, but the Microsoft ecosystem operates much differently from Google.

Would love to know if anyone’s pulled this off. Thanks!

Hello! We are integrated with Microsoft graph and I have a recipe built that updates instructors to be co organizers. We also have outlook so we have all of our ILT management automated with Outlook.

What is your stack to accomplish this? Excel and Power Automate?

No I have it all setup through Docebo Connect with recipes. There are pre built connections for most tools you can connect to using your companies client credentials. So far I’ve integrated with Service Now, Graph, Monday.com, Box, Google Calendar (we have a subsidiary who uses it so I had to set up in both systems), Outlook, and Workday. We also have Teams turned on but that’s built in so it didn’t require an integration.

I’d be happy to jump on a call and show you!

Hey, can you include me in that ? :D

I would love to see how you managed all those integrations, highly interesting for our business and me as Product Owner!
