I’m exploring Shape and I’m finding that it leaves out the vast majority of my source file’s content. I recognize that it’s trying to create microlearning, but given that I’m trying to introduce a process, leaving out steps in said process is problematic. Is there anything I can do to increase the likelihood that text in my source file will be included in the Shape?

I have several content creators who want to see statistics on the courses they’ve built. Mainly, the progress of the learners. Apologies if this has already been asked. I searched and didn't find what I was looking for.

Hi all, we have a course that is being marked as complete even when the criteria in the SCORM file are not met. In the SCORM, a passing grade of 100% is required. Exported with Docebo’s recommended settings (SCORM 2004, 2nd ed, tracking based on quiz results, complete/incomplete). In Docebo, I selected the “End Object Marker” button to say mark as complete when this object is complete.The problem is that some people are getting 90% on the quiz and still being marked as complete in Docebo. Should the end object marker not be set? Any ideas on why this might be?

Hi,While I am a decent LMS admin, I am a novice when it comes to automation. I always struggle getting started. Here’s a use case that I can’t seem to find “the first step” … after authentication, of course.Use case:Learner enrolls in LMS (self-registration) and completes an assigned learning plan. The whole learning plan must be complete before anything else can happen. When the learning plan is complete, authenticate to “System ID” Create a unique ID that combines 3Letters_UserUnique ID. Define the date 90-days out Send a post to generate a new ID (randomly generated number) with the unique ID + 90-day date “Snag” the resulting new ID Post that new ID back to the LMS account it came from into a designated Additional field.What do I do when I can’t find things in the api-browser or webhooks events that match the steps in my use case? How can I make the location of a hybrid ILT session on My Learning both a classroom and a meeting link so they have the option of joining in both formats depending on preference? This will be an extremely large event which means we will not be able to get large enough rooms for all to attend in person so we would like to present them with an option and to be able to receive RSVPs to invites in line with these options so we can collect the data on the LMS. Failing that, what do you think the best way to approach this might be?

Does anyone know how to remove this “?” ? It does not seem to do anything, we would like to remove it from the user’s view. Thank you! 

Hello all,I am making use of the POST /manage/v1/user/send_mail User API operation with the following request body:{ "id_user":xxxxx , "subject": "Test", "message": "Hello\nWorld\n"}The email is send successfully to the user but all formatting (in this case the \n characters) are ignored!  This is what the email looks like: Any idea how (or if it is possible) to preserve the formatting? Cheers,George

Is there a way to search the platform for a session/event ID? I.e. to search by session or event ID and find which course and session it’s located in?

Hello everyone! Does anyone have any experience using the Shipstation Connector SDK? We have been able to use it successfully to fulfill shipments that come through infusion soft via api calls. Now we are integrating it via woocommerce for one of our resellers and the connection is there but the orders do not get posted on shipstation. Has anyone found some sort of identifier in the HTML/CSS of either the root domain or extended enterprise domains which would allow me to change CSS only for the root domain? Apparently, If I change the CSS for the root domain to hide the login form fields, it applies to all EE domains as well. Ideally, I’d like to figure out a way to accomplish this in the root domain only. Unfortunately, there’s no way to use Javascript/Jquery as that would allow me to make changes based on the domain.Thank you!

Hi All - I do see a lot of posts around Gamification and I wanted to get some thoughts around our Use cases:1. Quiz Contest for Ethics & Compliance Awareness day :- This is doable as the contest can be set to run for a specific period and we can have the results.2. Fastest to complete the assigned Compliance trainings :- We have about 6-7 compliance trainings that get spanned across Q3 & 4 every year. We were thinking of using the Gamification option to drive the engagement of our employees to award the fastest in completing the mandatory trainings, but the audience being dynamic (new hires join the company on a regular basis), I am not sure how can we make this work as the new hires would already be behind the current employees so they would not get really get a chance to compete with the rest.Would love to get some ideas here. Hello All,Can anyone tell me if it is possible to not show the ‘xAPI (TinCan)’ label from under lessons in the course player? I can’t seem to see a setting for it anywhere in Manage Courses.  

I’m wondering if it’s possible to add the users’ supervisor as a field in a custom report? We send out overdue training reports to supervisors in mass, and want to provide a quicker, easier way to find their team members as they sometimes manage across departments.

Our IT groups in the regions want to configure any organizational device to get the go learn app. They can set up the download, but they are asking if we can get a configuration key. I don’t see anything in the documentation about this. I know that we can’t change the go learn app (we have the branded app as well), but is there not a value we can link to in order to prepopulate the URL for the users on the Microsoft admin side for Go Learn? If anyone has experience and knows the value for iOS and Android that would be very helpful. We have about 20k users and trying to remind them of the URL just seems painful.Here is an example of our Saba configuration (which we are migrating away from) -  

Hi everyone! We are currently trying to set up our Docebo Connect to ADP recipe, however we do not have the API Client ID or Client Secret without incurring additional costs on the ADP side. We were not made aware that these were required prior to purchasing Docebo Connect to ADP, has anyone else experienced this or found a workaround? Many thank for any advice or help!

I have a course that is free to our members, is there a way to host a free course in Docebo without requiring users to enroll? 

Has anyone starting playing around with the new release of Shape? I signed up for the free trial and I love the product, however, I recently got a quote back from our rep and the price is outrageous.I am really interested in a program that would allow me to create similar content types as efficiently as this program, but that is less cost prohibitive. Would love to hear your suggestions and what content creation software you use. We do currently have access to the Articulate Suite (Rise, Storyline, Quizmaker, etc), and we plan to continue the use of these. For video content we use Screen-Cast-Omatic. Snag-it is what I create still images from or add text to my screenshots or blur images with! 

Has anyone heard anything about an update on making the Search Function for course assignment to a learning plan finally functionable? I've been eagerly awaiting this feature for two years, and with approximately 530 courses, navigating through the list on the daily has become quite… well, irritating.

Hello Docebo experts :)I am having an issue with using the API to set occupation and skills for multiple users and would really appreciate your help. I don’t understand what the “canonical” variables stand for and where I can obtain them from. Here is my attempt, which sadly resulted in an error. We launched Docebo earlier this year, and as part of our package, we added the “China Firewall Solution”. As best I understand it, the CDN’s are located just outside of mainland China, and the solution is provided via network routing.We’ve yet to roll out the platform to the learners and company staff located in China.With the roll out the PIPL in China, I was curious if any other Docebo customers are currently using the China firewall solution, and if so, if they’ve done any research on how deployment of this solution would be impacted by the new privacy laws.Our account manager is checking for any new information internally, but suggested a post in the community to see if anyone else has any intel.

We user enrolment links heavily and prefer not to grant access to catalogues so we use the option below:that states that when this ON, the users do not need catalogue access...anyone with the link can access the course. This was working fine until today when it suddenly changed. We were able to get around this by adding catalogue access but this defeats the purpose. We have logged an issue and are waiting on support.Has anyone else experienced this today?
