For courses with days of validity set, which enacts a due by date to the learners enrolled, am I missing a report field that shows them as overdue??? How is everyone identifying those that are overdue from the in progress ones that are valid and within the window?

We have a mixed audience of users included a number of deskless employees. When assigning compliance courses, often our production employees complete these in a room together as a facilitated session and a power user manually marks them off as complete. Often our deskless employees become frustrated at the reminder emails, which we have turned on to cater for our professional employees. Is there a way for users to disable email notifications on their end rather than us having to create two versions of the same course (professional vs production) simply to disable the notifications for a select group of production employees?

We're looking at creating about 400 3-5 minute videos this year.  Our current process is to record ourselves talking over a PowerPoint for the lesson videos.  Instead, I'm thinking of using WellSaidLabs text-to-voice or Descript Overdub with a trained voice that can speak the scripts to an audio file.  Then drop the correlating audio file onto each slide and export it to video.  Done. Modifying the lesson in the future will be as easy as editing the PowerPoint or dropping in a new audio file. There's some resistance to using an AI voice.  Do any of you have experience with AI text-to-speech that sounds realistic?  What about using Descript Overdub?  Videos I've seen where people have trained it with their voice sound impressive.  I want to focus on writing good content and automating the production part as much as possible.  Do you have any tips or ideas to help make this happen? Thanks!       

Hello, At my new org we (I) will be building fully custom dashboards for learners and managers and superadmins using microsoft PowerBI and PowerApps, replacing native Docebo dashboards with iframing. If you could have ANYTHING in the world on your learner dashboards and manager dashboards, what would you include? Some ideas I’m playing with:Superadmin: geographic map showing progress by location, progress by team / dept with cool iconographyManager: various representations of team progress - what are on your “hot list”?User: assignments, things that are late, comparisons to other users beyond just leaderboards

Channels have the advantage over catalogs for presenting courses because they include the status markers Not Started, In Progress, or Completed, as appropriate. However, many of our users are confused by the Not Started marker, because they are thinking they are required to take these courses as mandatory learning. Is there a way to hide the Not Started marker, or change it to something like Not Enrolled?

I just want to make sure I am not missing anything.  I am wanting to run a report and see how many completions were earned by actual attendance vs by watching the recording.  I am not seeing any fields available that would give this information. Are we not able to tell how a learner earned the attendance?

Hi,Is there anyway to make the admin gear menu a landing page.  It’s pretty annoying as a superadmin to have to click the gear from the landing page constantly.  It would be better to have it as the main page.

Hi All, I’m keen to know if it’s possible for the rsvp in Google calendar for an event/session which shows the location information of where a learner will join from, i.e. ‘‘in the room’ or ‘virtually’ if this can pull through to the session enrolment tab in the ILT in Docebo. Do you know if and how the connector can be modified to enable this? Thanks for your help

I am trying to work with channels and I do not see a Follow button as described in the knowledge articles.  Does anyone know why it would not be visible?TIA

I want to share an experience with you that came as a result of shared information in this community!  A while back there was a post about homepage layouts and @Salvo posted a video of his home page and spoke about a program that he uses called Comslider!I was blown away by how beautiful, engaging and inviting his platform was but doubtful I could accomplish the same (I have no programming/marketing experience...or natural ability, plus my budget is small). Anyway, I decided to look into the program he mentioned (www.comslider.com). I used their free trial to create a new and interactive slider for our Supervisors Home Page. GUYS! It was so easy! I used free images on Canva to create the background for the slides and customized a Black Friday Template with my own platform content and seriously in less than 20 min I had a fully functional slider! AND get this! A subscription for the features I needed only runs me $40 a year! I

I need to offer a course across my organization and see that everyone has taken it. Based on their department, I want to vary the training materials visible by their branch. Is that something I can set up? If not, what is the fastest way to build this to meet the multiple audience need and allow me to aggregate to see who hasn’t taken it? TIA.

Hello,in our catalogues we have some equal courses but in different languages (italian, french, german and english). I created mutual equivalences for them, in this way a user who complete the course in his/her mothertongue outomatically complete the others equal courses.But I notice that by setting as completed also equivalent courses, the user gain badges and points from all of them and it’s not correct for the logic of gamification. Is there a possibility to add an equivalency option which let to separate badges and points and just get those of the course actually completed?Many thanks,

Hello everyone,We’re revamping out badges this year and I was wondering if there is a way to display the badges bigger inside the widget used on the dashboard? Currently, the badges are displaying very small. Any writing that may be on them is essentially not visible. We were hoping to be able to label the badges so it is not just a generic icon. ie. A First Aid Certificate badge would have an icon but it would also say First Aid on it visibly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

I have a need to host sort of a HTML type page for a client with various documents that I want to reside in docebo both accessible by learning coach and share and a pc. I may have additional type clients I need to do the same for but not fully understanding if Docebo can support this nor how to start? Probably did not give enough details however they are  specific PDF’s of instructions or contacts. lists etc… I do not what to have our people to have to enroll to view….want it more like its own landing page for documentation.

Hi EveryoneWhen signing up to the LMS we also signed up to the Go1 Library of e-learning as we want our employees to have access to as much learning as possible for self-development/career progression purposes.  We therefore have two course catalogues:  one which contains all the training that is recognised by the employer as absolute requirements and the Go1 library/catoalogue.Line managers are able to enroll their team members on e-learning that is listed in the employer course catalogue but they if they have found a useful course in the Go1 catalogue they cannot access it to enroll their team on it. Is anyone else out there also using the Go1 Library and have this problem and if so have you managed to find a way round this so that the manager can enroll their team without having to contact the LMS administrator?Many thanks

We assigned a course to our supervisors. Some of them did not complete the course prior to the due date. When they go back to finish the course, the work already completed is no longer marked as complete. It is a two+ hour course and they already are time-starved. Help?

As the title says, I have an issue where Managers or Team Leads in my organization will have this option “unchecked” in their User Profile: I have to go in and check this box, and click Update, every now and then for several users, but only after I’m notified it happened. When I turn it on, it does automatically populate “Users” that report to them so I’m not concerned about having to fill that out, it’s just annoying because it removes the “My Team” option from their menu in the LMS. Has anyone else encountered this and figured out how to get it to stay on?

When a user completes a required training and takes the quiz, how long does it take to reflect that on report? Does it take 24 hours or it’s immediately reflected?  Thanks!  

We are a Utility Company for Gas and Electric Services for the city.  We maintain the Electricity and Gas for our Customers.  With that said we have lots of people who work in the field who have to Qualify to perform certain tasks.  We call that Operation Qualifications.  Basically if you haven't passed what we call a KNT online course and shown by means of a PEF (Performance Evaluation - someone seen you do the task in person) then you can't do the task.  We maintain this information on who is qualified to do such a task and reports are ran daily to show the information that is updated.  People have to requalify depending on the task either every 12 months, 24 months, 36 months, 60 months.  

Good Afternoon, There are a number of times I am embedding an HTML code as a learning asset.  These include:When I want to embed a Canva project When I want to Embed a Youtube video with extra coding at the end to only show recommendations on my channelAs things stand, as soon an the HTML learning asset is viewed, it is marked as complete.  This is especially problematic with the upcoming AI change in October as this will open a pop-up that says it is complete. Has anyone found a way to allow for some time to pass before the HTML asset is marked complete? Thank you,Ryan

We have a survey (course evaluation) at the end of each course. This evaluation is required and it is the end object marker for users to receive their certificate. Pulling the evaluation report for all of our courses is very cumbersome. Right now, I pull them all quarterly because it takes so long to complete but I’d like to do it monthly.I do not know that there is another way around going to each course and pulling the training material report but I thought here would be a great place to find out. What do you guys do?We do not want to use survey monkey or any other outside source at this time. We are looking into Learning Impact but right now that’s not an option either. I’m open to hearing how you all use those though. It may plead my case for going that direction moving forward.Thank you!

How does a supervisor assign a course to their employees?For example, I search for a course in the catalog, and I can enroll, but I don’t see how to choose members of my team to assign it to them.Any links to supervisor/people manager functionality is appreciated.
