**issue is resolved. Thank you! A fellow superadmin typed a power user’s email incorrectly as their username. How can I fix this without deleting them and adding them in again? This power user already has multiple learning plans setup and currently operating, so we don’t want them to lose that data.
I am new to Docebo and have a question … I’m sure this is a super quick and easy fix.We offer our clients a ton of downloadable resources for them to use in their businesses. I want to create a “Quick Resources” link on the homepage so clients can access downloadable files in one place vs having to search for the course and go to the linked File Repository.What is the best way to do this?The “less clean” way seems to be to create a LP with multiple courses, but the courses only contain the downloads. Good afternoon from the East Coast of the US.A question that is related to enrollments. Subscribed/In Progress/Completed Enrollments and their associated certificates are shown in the Personal Summary / My Activities.Is there a way to hide a completion or the associated course from that summary?Here is the use case - I am using Learning Plans and people are not completing them timely….darn...darn...darn….so they get locked up…because I setup dates of validation on them….darn ...darn...darn…and users now cannot get into them. And so - I am going to use enrollment rules to re-enroll folks into “remediation” courses to bypass the LP. Those remediation courses will be a “bi-directional equivalent” and allow a person to see they need to only complete the content that they missed.That said? I really don’t want those remediation courses to show up in that person’s activity though.Someone has had to play this game before me….any thoughts on how to effectively pull it off?#givelearningplanssoft

Does anyone have any tips on bulk enrolling users into learning paths? Most of our users are enrolled into Learning Plans rather than individual courses. Occasionally, users will need to be enrolled into multiple Learning Paths. Are adding users to Groups the best way to handle this? Any feedback is appreciated!
We have installed a front page using WordPress to help sell our courses.We’d like to link to the Register button, but obviously this is a bit of difficulty as the registration form is lightbox like display.I know that we can use the WordPress plug to create users and push them Docebo, but at the moment we’re not prepared to do this. Any ideas on how we can link to the form and bypass it being embedded on the Frontpage.
Hello,For a start, I would like to say I’m aware that Docebo offers “Skills” but we’re currently thinking about implementing a proper skill database for our employees. The goal is to have all skills of all our employees in one place, including languages, levels, etc.We need something that will allow us to create reports and analyze the data. Our aim is to not only identify what skills we are still missing but what other career options are there for our employees within the company.My questions is: do your companies use something like this? Have you build skill database for your employees and if yes, do you use any external providers or tools for this? (e.g. Skills-Base.com)Bonus question :) Do you know if it’s possible to export a report from Docebo about Skills and who chose which?
Hi All,How are you going about tracking the content of your courses and channels on Docebo, to help you keep it up-to-date and develop a refresh plan? Are you using an off the shelf program? Have you developed something in-house? Ideally I’d like a way to tag content to then be able to search it. For example if a new feature is added to a dashboard, I would be able to search for all mentions of the dashboard in any content on Docebo. Looking forward to hearing about your solutions!Hannah
Hello,Is there a way to hide the “Start Learning Now” button on the course player once they have begun their course? Having both buttons is very confusing for our users and hiding it would help with the number of help tickets we receive from users thinking their course wasn’t saved because the “Start Learning Now” button brought them back to the beginning of the course. Any advice is appreciated!
Hey all! I’m coming to you for help! Recently (just over 3 weeks ago) our Teams Integration quit working. I submitted a Ticket, but after three weeks I haven’t gotten any answers from Support. And in the last few days this has caused quite an issue for us (so much we have had to cancel training). I need a solution so asking for anyone who has experienced to help me figure out what else I need to troubleshoot! (See attached screenshots for an idea of the messages the system gives us when trying to set up a new vILT session/event). In the past, we have had certificate errors (they have expired), but we check and that isn’t the case. Our Secret Keys and other account numbers are matching, what else can we check? What am I missing!? It’s also worth noting our Zoom Integration has had issues in the past, but it is up and running just fine (well expect for a Daylight savings issue but that’s a post for another day )Thanks for any advice or help you may provide!
We are attempting to integrate with Microsoft Teams. It took a while to get it to function properly. We finally got it to work, however, the only person who is a super admin in Docebo and an admin in Azure is someone from our IT department. So when a class is run on the integration, the class is running on his Teams session, not the instructors. IT will not allow our instructors to be admins in Azure, with good reasons. So far, it doesn't sound like there is a work around. I am wondering if any other organizations using Microsoft Teams had the same issue and found a workaround?
We have a plenty of learning content in terms of a training material. For e.g SCORM files, JPEG, forms, videos, etc. We continue to develop new contents for our learners. At the moment, we store all of our contents in the NAS. But I am looking to explore other options such as cloud storage. I would like to know what tools/applications other are using to store their LMS content?Thank you,
Hi, Docebo Community - I’m reaching out to see if any others have experienced issues with course enrollment links breaking/changing when sent via email or added to a Word document. One of our instructors sent an email with enrollment links for three different courses (set to allow anyone who clicks the link access to auto enroll). I verified with her that the links were the correct links, however, the links all broke/changed when the email arrived to the recipients so they got an error message when trying to access the course. She then tried to create a Word document with the proper enrollment links included and sent to me for review, but the links broke again in transit.I’m at a loss for why this might be happening, so thought I’d reach out here for any advice! I’m trying to move learners from one LP to another. The target LP is a new “generation” of the LP, and I need everyone who in incomplete in the source LP to get assigned to the target LP. I’m trying to do this with groups and enrollment rules, but nothing is happening. I have the enrollment rule configured as groups/learning plan.I have enabled the enrollment rule before assigning the groups.Thanks for any help.
We got so deep into working with the Custom Report builder to find out….that because we are not on an enterprise plan? We cant run a scheduled report? I am sorry folks - the UI seems horribly deficient in this case. I only figured this point out by hitting my head against the wall and trying to schedule over and over again to find out that it is not me or the UI, but then I went to go read about why I kept on getting an error to finally surmise our level of licensing does not match the function? Something should be done here…tell us right on the page that this option is not available to us - dont allow us to try something to find out it wont work until we read up about it or go onto DU - this needs to seriously change.And then? There are suggestions to migrate our reports that can be scheduled...to the new custom reports builder?…ha!Sorry - has anyone else learned this one the hard way as well? Is it only me?Seriously bummed...someone tell me that I am doing something wrong with this.
Hi All! As a new Docebo client in our implementation phase I’m finding the Central Repository frustrating from a CMS perspective. I want to be able to create folders to organize cross-departmental content but there isn’t any concept of categorical folders, only *course* categories. For example, I have a desire to upload our quarterly newsletters on the site to be available to push to channels or courses, but I don’t want to create a course category for newsletters. Your options seem to be to 1) create a ton of extraneous course categories you never add courses to or 2) drop all your content that crosses categories into the root completely unsorted. For those of you who have a large volume of content, how do you stay organized? Is there something I’m missing?
We have a scenerio: Manager fills out an evaluation. We want the manager to submit the evaluation as a step in the course in order to complete the course. Currently we only see the user is able to submit the documentation. Has anyone needed to do this? What is your tip/best practice for this?
Hi - I am getting feedback that a bunch of enrollment rules that have been working have not been successfully triggered between yesterday and this morning. Is there something that I should watch for as a best practice?I know that the enrollment rule should be doing its thing as a moving forward type of criteria….but for whatever reason? They did not seem to “run”??? And I find myself going into groups and triggering their associated mapping.
Hi, everyone!Does anyone know if there is a chance to upload the users to the group through the CSV file? Sometimes we need to make groups that can’t be done automatically. We have a list of users that need to be added and we assign users by hand. It takes too much time because sometimes it's hundreds of users, so we just want to add them through CSV.I will be glad for any help that you can provide.Thanks!
I have a need to update literally thousands of enrollment “Active Until” Dates via CSV. We have many customers who have paid for access to courses based on multiple conditions of sale. We have customers who wish to extend their access, renew a subscription, (or simply run out of time to complete the course). The issue for me is that for different requests i need to be able to set different active till dates for different users and courses.There is currently no way to do this via CSV. ( if there was it would be a fantastic solution for my problem).Currently i have to run reports to extract the enrollment status, Active until date, Active from, Completion date (and, of course, username)I then have to run an Excel macro to edit the enrollment status to match the API endpoint. (for example the report output is “In Progress” and the API requires “in_progress”After running the macro i have to use POSTMAN to post API’s back to Docebo. Changing an active till date for a “Completed” enrollm
