In our skills section, we no longer have the option to select external content - this has only happened in the last couple of weeks but we don't know exactly when. Are there any options elsewhere which would result in this option being hidden/removed?  

Currently, the courses show in full screen (almost same as a document zoomed at 240%). Can it be shown or viewed on a smaller layout?

Hi all,When I click the button shown below to download survey results, the file is being downloaded in text (.txt) format rather than Excel format. Does anyone know why this might be?

Good day Community,My organization is looking to create a course with an option for the learner to upload a file for evaluation. We’re weighing the pros and cons between using the Assignment training material type and using an Upload File question type within a Test. I know that for Assignments, there’s a 40 MB size limit on files, but I haven’t been able to pinpoint a file size limit for the Upload File question (unfortunately, it’s not in the Creating Tests and Managing Test Questions KB article).Any insight to help us get a more well-rounded picture of our options would be appreciated. We’d like to be able to remove the ability to give thumbs downs in comments (especially in the channel assets)  is this possible? 

We have a Technical Skills Assessment (TSA) that our managers complete for each employee. The TSA is currently an Excel file because different parts of the organization are required to complete different components. Some required areas are determined by each manager. I don’t want to disrupt the existing Excel file process at this time.We have been asked if it is possible for managers to load each employee’s completed TSA file into Docebo so that an employee’s management team can access the Excel file. This access would carry through if an employee moves to another location.We investigated numerous possible options but did not locate something that met all our needs. For example, we looked at the super admins loading the file as a certificate for an external training we add. We found this wouldn’t work because employees can access the certificate file and replace it.We considered observation checklists. We didn’t see an option within this to upload a file like th

When someone is in our sign-in screen, they see a dropdown in the upper right that says “English” and has an arrow, hinting that they could click to change the language of the interface. However, we only support our content in English and have no other languages. This function ends up being useless for us, but can “trick” the user into thinking there are more languages available. Is there a way to remove this little box? We are looking for a way for someone who is taking a course to submit text-based feedback on how they like the course, what could be better, etc. in a way that other people attempting the course don’t see. Is there a way to do that? Thank you in advance!

We have a search bar on our home landing page that does not offer result; only get a “Whoops no results” message regardless of key words. I have tried catalog names and course key words, same result. Not useful to have search bar that does not work.Right now i have to select a course catalog widget or other widget to go to that page search bar to finally get resulting items but would like feature to work from Home page.

Hello! I am using the Automation app to create course shells with a CSV file upload. I have setup a scheduled rule which, once a CSV file is added to an FTP folder, imports the courses using a custom import schema. The process itself works absolutely fine. However, we now have a mandatory additional course field, which causes the import to fail and sends the following error on the log:Invalid option 'field_1’The additional field is a dropdown list, so I have assumed that the value should be the string value of the dropdown option, as per the information for managing uses via CSV on this page: https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020128839-Importing-and-Managing-Users-via-CSV-Files...But clearly this is not working, and we can’t leave it blank because it’s a man

I am looking for a solution to be able to track and mark assessments complete on the docebo platform.Our company completes assessments based on the professionals competency level of certain equipment. We then track this in our current LMS by filling out what the equipment is and their competency level, as well as attaching the excel file that is filled out with the professional.Is there a similar way we are able to do the same sort of process on docebo that allows reporting and for us to attach the completed document with it. 

We’d like to send a newsletter on a periodic basis to all employees. Is this possible in the Docebo Newsletter feature? Thanks for answers in advance!

Trying to get my certificate template to show up correctly has me frustrated, mainly due to trying to getting my alignment correct.But giant shout out to @gstager for the lovely tips and tricks.Anyone else have any tips and tricks they have come up with on certificate templates?

Hi all, I have updated a set of material of type file in an ILT course.  I first added the material in the repo and changed the version.I then modified the material to reflect the latest version on the ILT course.I registered on one of the sessions and when I inspect the material, I see the older version.  The files are shared between the ILT and e-learn courses.  I have completed the e-learn course already and the e-learn course still uses the older version of the files.Any ideas? Cheers,  George

Hello! I am here with a CSS question. The My Activity widget that you can put on pages has so much negative space on the top and bottom. Has anyone figure out how to remove or reduce that? I don’t like how it looks on my page, but we want to provide this type of visual to learners directly on their courses page. Red boxes below are what I’d like to remove/reduce.  

At present, if an expired user attempts to log into the Docebo platform, they receive the following message: Error - Sign in not possibleWrong credentials provided. Check them and try again.This message us confusing to expired users. Is there a way to modify the message specifically for expired accounts?  

We are building out Docebo courses for the first time, but we don’t want to give our presenters all the abilities of an instructor. We are making a custom Power User profile instead. Will there be a problem if we make sessions without instructors assigned?

How to make the certification/compliance courses to re-appear on learners dashboard so they know they are expired and need to take them again after a year or two? 

Is there an event notification available that can be utilized to send notifications to users when their registration request is rejected by an administrator?

We have a spreadsheet that students need to learn how to complete. I’d like to create a test where students input data into the sheet and are graded based upon expected values in each cell. Is this something can can be done?

Hi all, I’m trying to work with my tech teams to create an API that will capture results in Docebo and send them to our data warehouse. We ultimately will build a Tableau dashboard off the data captured in the warehouse.
