Has anyone matrixed out the ILT Course and enrollment statuses by the user performing the action and the admin performing the action, and then also with how that status shows in reporting? We are seeing differences in the course enrollment status if a user enrolls/unenrolls vs the admin doing it through the enrollment screen.  And then in reporting on this course, there is still the ‘Subscribed’ status which has been deprecated from the course management screen. We have a user that has enrolled into a course and session, shows in progress, and then unenrolled from the session yet still remains in progress instead of reverting back to enrolled which is what they should have since there is no longer a session enrollment.  There is no training material associated with this ILT course 

Hello Fellow Admins, I noticed we have a suspended status option available for course enrollments.What is the use case for this status? Should this be used when archiving courses for learners who did not complete the course? What do you use it for at your company? Thanks!

I used Adobe Captivate to set up a course, published it.  It was added to central repository, assigned to a course and put in a learning plan. When I access the learning plan and play through the course, I can take the entire thing but the Docebo progress bar never shows it is as “complete”.  I only see “in progress” and “pick up where you left off learning”.Has anyone experienced this and have a solution?  I want to make sure our learners are getting credit for learning plans they have completed.  Thanks!

HiIs there a way that the sessions can have an indicator to show how many places are available/remaining for an ILT session?Our sessions have a cap of 8 and it would be great if this can countdown (either with 7/8, 6/8 or x seats available) so that when people are booking they know whcih session will be right for them.We have scenarios where more than one person from a company may want to attend the same session and knowing how many spaces are available will help them to pick the right one.THank you

I can get the file just fine with filezilla.I have tried “/”, blank, various combinations of made up folders etc. Nothing works. I tried putting the file not-in-root as well, with every variation I could think of for folder.The fact that there are zero screenshots of this screen in the kb doesn’t help :Pthanks and happy holidays all!

Many of us who attended the Docebo Inspire conference in October expressed the frustration for the recertification feature - Certifications & Retraining from the Super Admin menu. The complex issue business case is that we want to offer recertification, but not asking people to redo the same course, but a new and different course. Currently the default solution is to offer learners to re-do the same course/learning plan they have previously completed. I have spent some time and figured out a way to send out targeted notification to these learners and provide them with a link to a different course/learning plan. We use SFTP (Automation feature in Docebo) to sync users from Workday to Docebo. Recently, and for what seems like no reason, users are not correctly being added to that branch. The users are instead not added to any branch. Have you see an instance where users are not added to any branch through automation?

So I’ve been searching for an endpoint that would let me mark a course as complete and import a score. I am already connected to Docebo through a data ingress API and I have the course ID, student ID, and user name. I can’t find anything on the API endpoint menu (though I am super new at this and probably looking in the wrong place). Any help would be great!

General question - what is the point of having the “Course > Evaluate” option in Power Users permissions if they PU can’t actually evaluate or see any assignments that are uploaded by their users? I am running into an issue where I need Managers and Team Leads (given Power User permissions) to be able to evaluate learner’s assignments, for a couple reasons.This is an accountability process for us - we want to hold the TLs and Managers accountable for approving their team’s assignments. Removes the overhead of another team (my team) from having to manage this.Right now, according to this article, only “Instructors and SuperAdmins” can evaluate assignments. Hello All! 🙋🏻I’m quite new to Docebo and work for a global company as an Instructional Designer but I’m trying to lean into some of the LMS admin responsibilities. 🔍My question is how do I know if I have access to a sandbox for testing and where would I find it if I do? Hi, I am wondering if anyone else is having an issue with their gamification settings? I have assigned points and badges to courses but my users are seeing negative points on there account but when they go to the rewards store they have more coins than points. Its a mess!! I thought points and coins were a 1:1 ratio? Is anyone else having this problem? Can anyone help?

Hi,I’m trying to see the users enrolled in courses. I’m using the /learn/v1/courses/report endpoint. According to the Response Sample in the API Browser, this data should be included:However, those fields seem to be missing and my returned data starts with idCourse, code, etc.: screenshot of Power Query field selector of returned dataI have superadmin permission. Is there a reason this is missing? Should I be using a different endpoint? Thanks for any insights.

Does anyone else have challenges with this?Our use case is that we grant our customers access to a certain number of seats with their contracts. A number of courses are open enrollment to them and their users may enroll to one or more of those courses using a coupon code until they have used up their seat allotment.The current configuration options for coupons codes limits users to one use up to a number of uses but we need more flexibility.We need an option for a coupon code to be used multiple times by all the users up to a limited number of uses. We don’t want to restrict a user to only one use but we need to limit the number of times the coupon can be used.The current options do not meet the needs of our use case.  If you need this as well, please upvote this idea:  

Hi all,We are wanting learners to be able to access content from our Public Catalog and actually view material and interact with it without having to log in. You can see in the image below we have this test course we are playing around with. There’s 4 Training Material items listed under Content that we’ve added but you cannot click on anything. We would like to be able to. Basically we want a course for free for the public without enrolling or logging in. Is it possible to do this or will all our interested learners need to create an account just to demo/trial our content?Thank you in advance! 

Is anyone using coupons to award training credits to their users?  We would like to use the coupon functionality to award a set dollar amount of credit to our institutions.  The users at the institutions should then be able to register for course(s) and the discount be applied up to the total amount. If the users course is less than the discount amount, the balance should be applied toward the next user transaction.In our testing, we are finding that if the coupon is available to multiple users, each are able to apply the total discount amount to their cart balance. If the transaction is less than the coupon discount value, the remaining balance is not applied to the next user.We are interested to know if anyone else has this type of situation, and how it was handled. Thanks

We had an instructor of a course session receive the following error message when she used the direct enrollment link to try to get into the course to log in.  We teach this same course each month, provide the same (direct enrollment link) to all learners and instructors, and have never had this error come up. Anyone know why it did?  Is using the direct enrollment link not recommended for the purpose of entering courses you’re enrolled in as a learner and/or instructor. If not, what do you suggest? 

Hi! Preparing for our soft launch. Our platform will have mostly Product Knowledge training. Users can enroll themselves into courses (or learning plans) and they should not have a deadline for anything self-enrolled. Other users (either individually or groups) will be assigned training and they need to have a soft deadline (so that they can still access the training after the deadline).  I was hoping to be able to use Enrollment Rules to add an expiration date for those that need it, but see that is not an option. I’m thinking that for these individuals, I would use “Manage Enrollments via CSV” to set the valid until period.  One of the issues I see is that the User Enrolled in a Course notification doesn’t differentiate between those who enrolled on their own or those that were enrolled with a due date. Instead of including the due date in the actual notification (which would show up blank if no due date), I have included the follow

Can you deactivate users via Salesforce Contact Sync.?I have mapped the Docebo “Active” field with our salesforce “Contact Active” field and when I run a sync, users who should be deactivated in docebo still have the green checkmark on their status.I have tried multiple variations of the salesforce “contact active” field - i have tried a checkbox, True or False, Yes or no, AND 0,1 but nothing seems to work. 

Hello,I can’t seem to allow access to my Power Users into the Reports or New Reports areas from their Admin Menu. Regardless of what permissions I include or Profile modifications I make, when the PU clicks on either option from the Admin Menu they are greeted with the 403 “Forbidden” Error screen.Any tips, recos would be most appreciated!thanks

I was very excited to use the Central Repository to easily re-use content in different courses, especially surveys. I was disappointed to see that when content is moved to the Central Repository and subsequently used in other courses; if the same user accesses this content after having completed it once before in another course (for example a standard survey or test), that piece of content is automatically marked as already completed. I have posted an idea on this topic but thought it would be important to post this for our new users. Hopefully we’ll see some improvements here once Docebo launches the concept of multiple completions for a single course (fingers crossed) Central Repository - stop tracking completions for re-used learning objects LMS-I-4423 (should be visible in a couple days).
