Hi all,I’ve been wondering if there’s anyone syncing employee tenure into LMS and the best practices/use cases around it.E.g.: How do you do it? What kind of HCM integration do you have? Do you sync it daily with the automation app? Count in days, months? And how do you use tenure to assign and manage trainings? Lot’s of questions, I know! But would love to hear from someone doing it. :)Thank you!

I’m sorry if this has been answered somewhere else, but I’m curious if anyone has found a way/workaround to hide future ILT sessions? We’d love to be able to schedule future sessions for a course in bulk (all sessions for the next 6+ months), but only show a few month’s sessions at a time to reduce enrollments for sessions 3+ months out. Anyone know if this is possible?Thanks! 

Does anyone know how to pull a course completion report that includes content version information?  We are just starting to use versioning and trying to figure out the limitations.  For instance can you trigger a course with recently versioned content to change a user’s course completion status?  Can you auto-assign a course based upon the version that was completed in past?  Thank you in advance for any experiential advice you are able to provide.  

We’d like to award a "Welcome Badge" to our first-time users or to those who have finished their first course. However, we discovered an issue in which the badge is awarded repeatedly as users complete more courses, doubling their points. Do you have any suggestions for how we could apply this only once for each user?

We want to embed a Channel Asset into a rise 360 course so users don’t have to click out of their course. Does anyone know if this is possible? 

Does anyone know if you can set completion for ILT by attendance time? It seems weird it could mark someone complete if they join and and then leave. Does Docebo even have the capability to track time in a live session?We host really large training sessions so hard to keep track of each individual. If we can’t track by time, do you all have best practices to help mark complete only if they attended the full session?

Per this morning’s release readiness call, there’s still no release date for supporting recurring or multiple completions in Learn. I’m desperate for a solid workaround as we have several mandatory annual trainings, and I would appreciate links and suggestions.One workaround that I am considering is creating annual courses such as Course A 2023, Course A 2024, etc. I want to get the completions that have been done in the core course for 2023 into the actual 2023 course. 

Hi all - I’m wondering if anyone else has taken the Harvard Manage Mentor modules via Go1? Our integration is not working properly (completed courses are not updating to show as complete on the learner’s record). We are getting a lot of messages from users. Docebo, Harvard and Go1 seem unable to get to the bottom of it. Becoming very frustrating. Would appreciate hearing about any similar experiences or advice on how to resolve. Many thanks, Andi 

We have a Certification that offers two choices to earning it:  “Bypass Exam” (a course) or “Course Pathway” (learning plan).  The Bypass Exam allows skilled learners to test out of having to take the 6 courses in the Learning Plan. If the learner attempts the Bypass Exam and fails, they can still take the Learning Plan. We are finding that learners who have passed the exam are still receiving Virtual Coach notifications encouraging them to take the Learning Plan. So, it seems that setting up an Equivalency may solve this problem.  Would using the Bypass Exam as a Source Course be the best route or would Mutual Equivalencies be the best route?  With Mutual Equivalencies, it seems that if one of the 6 courses in the Learning Plan is completed than the Bypass Exam would be equivalent when actually 6 courses = the Bypass Exam.It also seems that this will only potentially solve the problem going forward because setting the equivalencies is not retroactive. Any ideas?

When a user is enrolled in a Learning Plan, their default ‘My Courses and Learning Plans’ screen shows the tile for the Learning Plan AND the tiles for all of the individual courses within that plan.Is there a setting that will automatically hide the Course tiles and just display the single Learning Plan tile?  (The default is very confusing to our users who are, by definition, new to our company and Docebo at the time these onboarding plans are assigned.)

HiWhat is the way to set the color of the header icons/buttons (?, Gamification, Notifications etc) ?I’ve tried /*question mark menu color*/ #ui-button-icon-4{ color: #f1f1f1 !important;but although the CSS reference is right (Display:none works), the color will not change.Does anybody know a solution? (P.S about the same question for the breadcrumb bar color and text color) thanks, 

Is Docebo still planning on revamping the Central Repository functionality this year? If so, do you plan on allowing users to upload multiple training materials at one time? 

Has anyone used Docebo Connect for Sharepoint? We are interested in finding out more about the functionality and capabilities but there isn’t anything in the Knowledgebase.

Allow tags from Google Analytics 4 to work in Docebo and allow us to add the tags to the right location of the home page HTML code such as adding a Google Analytics 4 tag to the header and body of the home page.  We need a way to directly add Google tags to the header and the body as specified by Google.

Hello everyone!I’m trying to assign a user their manager via API, but I get a response 200 (success) with the following message:{ "data": {  "success": true,  "user_id": 13115,  "message": "Cannot assign manager to the user" }, "version": "1.0.0", "_links": []}Why can I not assign the manager?My uncertainty is in the request structure:"manager": {    "__manager_type_id__": 0  }Should I set that “__manager_type_id__” as the manager’s ID? As a text (in quotes) or as a number? (both ways are not working, otherwise I would not be writing here :) )Can anybody advise? Thanks in advance.Best,Mauro

Is it possible to create a test within Docebo that offers scoring based on how many questions were answered correctly in the allotted amount of time out of the number of questions attempted rather than out of the total number of questions?An example of what I’m trying to achieve: A test has a time limit of 1 minute with 10 total questions. A participant is able to answer 5 of the 10 questions within the 1 min time limit and gets 4 of those 5 questions correct. They receive a final score of 80%. So far I can only get the score out of the total available questions rather than just the questions attempted. In the example above the learner receives a score of 40% instead of 80%.   

The icons for course element status are the same and in our UX also very similar colours. We have a couple of videos that never mark complete because they are not quite watched till the end. Unfortunately they are not our videos so I can’t clip them. I wonder if there is a way to change the icons that display for In Progress or Completed to make it more obvious. I don’t find this in the settings but I thought someone may know how to do it with CSS. Many thanks!Aimee *circled ones are In Progress the other two are completed. 

Hello community,I am trying to look for the right ID or class the past hour to no avail. Basically, what we want is to hide the bottom tab that says My Awarded Badges and My Total Points. This way, only the badges will show up in the widget. If they need to dive deeper, they can always click the Trophy Icon on the top bar or the dedicated Badges and Points link we have on the homepage. Hopefully someone in here encountered this use case and was able to find the right id/class to modify.I appreciate any help regarding this  

Is it possible to have the Activity Overview Widget to show the sessions and enrollments of all users? As a superadmin I have no use of seeing my own activities but would love to see statistics of all users.

For release "February 2023: Mid-Month Release"I'd like to know whether there are some changes to certificate. We suddenly ran into errors after 2/16 when calling Docebo API. We consulted with our server team, It seems Docebo allows TLS 1.2 and above connection and requests cipher suites ‘TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384’ or ‘TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256’ to shake hand with client.  The two cipher suites doesn't exist in our server. But it worked well before 2/16. so I'd like to get more support from Docebo. Thank you!

Evening everyone. So we have access to Go1 for access to over 50K courses.Cool.  I have people showing up asking for leadership courses and courses for managers, but that does not help when you start off at ground zero.And so - that question of the day? What method do you use to help curate content forward from Go1?

Hello all, looking for ways to organize my learning plans. We have multiple roles following multiple paths. Would like to see some way to organize such as:curriculum 1 section 1 module 1 sub module 1 sub module 1 module 2 etc etc The current system doesnt allow to set up a curriculum and then divide it without creating seperate learning plans for each section. We are SO close to launching our Docebo instance. While I’ve been hustling behind the scenes giving sneak peeks whenever possible, we are going to need to launch the product company-wide. We have offices in 7 countries and everyone is fully remote.We have a solid plan for training on the product, but we really need the messaging and marketing around deployment. Our big challenge: our soon-to-be former LMS was not inspiring or remotely user friendly from a browsing perspective.How did you launch your LMS? How did it go? What would you have done differently? How did you encourage employees to jump in, poke around, and start contributing? (we have Discover, Coach, & Share)Many, many thanks in advance!Anne
