Is there a way to sort the Courses and Learning Plan PAGE?

On our Home page I have the My Courses and Learning Plan widget set to sort on Code so that the Learning Plans always are listed first (I have a very specific numbering system for the Code to ensure this). But I can't find a way to set the My Courses and Learning Plan PAGE to do the same thing. Is there any way to automatically sort the PAGE?Our Learning Plans are sequential and learners get so confused seeing all of the locked courses.  We tell them they should always simply open and work through the Learning Plan.  So we want these always at the top of the list.

Does anyone have a course teaching their power users about the Docebo Community ideas page?

I’d like to empower my power users (ha!) and perhaps later even my end-users by educating them about the relationship between me and Docebo and how the Ideas portal works. Has anyone authored a course about this?

Test - Tracking Mode

Hello all. When we create a survey, we can select a “Tracking Mode”, local tracking or shared tracking. But does not have this configuration when we create a Test.We need to create a Test, but the same test will be apply to many courses (more than 100), and we need a local tracking for each one.And does not have a option to “duplicate” a Test object.Have any of you been through a similar situation? how did you solve it?Thank you.

Do You Need To Manually Mark a Training Material? --> Here's How

Ugh - So for whatever reason - a learner contacts you to say that they finished a training material but it was never marked as complete and they want to know if you can help because they cannot progress until that item is complete.Hopefully this is useful for someone in this situation.Begin by navigating to the course in question and hitting the enrollment tab and do a search for the learner. At the end of the row for that learner are three dots that will only appear when you hover over them. Click on these three dots to reveal a little pop up menu. Select User Stats. Next, find the offending training material and click on the status icon for it. In the little pop-up that appears, choose the appropriate status from the dropdown. Click the red checkmark to submit the change. You should see the change. Of course, now you need to dig deeper to find out why items are not being marked complete as they are supposed to.Hopefully this helps someone today!

Free CSS: Executive look-and-feel titlebar, header, breadcrumb bar and buttons

A variation on my earlier beach-scene proof of concept. Includes a few accessibility tweaks for larger buttons and text in a few places. I tried to get pebbled black and pebbled white leather to work but it didn’t look good for me - the header bar is especially intransigent. I’m also not happy yet with my gold button images or my brushed silver button images. Accessibility Issue with Test-type Training Material

Good day Community,In doing some accessibility testing of a course, my team discovered that with a Test-type training material component, the results page isn’t being read properly with an NVDA screen reader. After submitting answers for a test, and being presented with the screen/pop-up that displays your status, score, and the "show results" and "retake the test" buttons, the screen reader is reading the content behind the pop-up (the search bar, the menu, and the course list), even though those items aren't visible on the screen when the test answers are submitted.The course page can be accessed with some tabbing, however, if a user is relying solely on the screen reader, they would not be able to access the options to review their test results.I’m curious if this is a known issue, or a known area where accessibility standards aren’t being met. I’ve already delved into the KB and reviewed the VPAT, but couldn’t find anything specific to the training material types/components.Any ins

SCORM Course Material to mark as complete

Hi.  A little help please … I’ve uploaded a SCORM file as part of my training material.  I would like the material to be marked as complete as soon as someone opens/accesses this file.  I understand I need to make it known to the learner that they need to click on a “close/exit/submit” button.  Where is this button?  Thanks

Integrating Docebo with Zendesk

Hello all. Looking to start a conversation with those of you integrating Docebo with Zendesk. We have done so at my org with some success but question the viability of it for our use case going forward. Would love to hear from others about what they are doing. So let me start by telling you a little about our setup and what we see as some issues for us.We use Zendesk for 2 purposes:We have a resource bank of hundreds of games and activities for teachers to use with kids along with loads of quick tip sheets and other “document-like” resources. These are housed in the Zendesk Guide (KB) functionality. We “integrate” this by adding a “Resource Center” link on the users' menus. We also have a widget on the user’s pages to take then to the Resource Center.  We use the little help widget so when the user logs in to our lms they get a little help button that they can click to a) search the resource center and b) ask for help (this creates a support case in Zendesk which then is routed to our

Lets not lose this idea! - Better User Management

Folks,Every day when I go into our instance of Docebo, I start off like (I am guessing just like 90% of you) most of my inquiries about users in the Users Interface. Getting details about users from the 30000 foot level (about how many are at an active status in a branch) down to the 100 foot level is doable, but at times? Feels less than elegant. I mean don’t get me wrong. I can get to it. But at least two things needs to improve.Help carry the voice of the customer to product folk with voting up these ideas that seem to not be gaining traction:Without a doubt? Can I give users a default profile image?

I want to encourage people to change their profile imagesI was hoping to set a default image instead of the iMessage-style first and last initial. Something in unpleasant colors that says “change me” in large letters probably. I know that gamification of updating your profile image is coming in October hopefully! P.S. Want to make your users’ profile images larger? Free CSS here!

Hiding the expired date in the user summary.

Morning CSS hackers….a question that I thought I would not have to tackle for a little but is being driven by more and more inquiries by our managers after some training on the My Team view….Folks are getting antsy about the Expired Date shown in the summary.For things that are not leveraging roaming certifications but a deadline was issued? It is gonna get people nuts...and I can see us answering it forever…...OR…..can the row Expired Date be hidden with CSS????? Have you tried tackling it? @gstager - that magic inspector of yours (just kidding)...has it looked at trying to refine that one?

CSS help please: Why does the size of my login screen background change when I enter a wrong password - I'm using "cover"

Adding Groups to Learning Plans - Not Working

Hey There Docebo Community…I’m having an issue that occurred once before.  I can successfully make a group (45 users - manual), however, when I attempt to add them to a learning plan, I get the spinning symbol but no green status bar.  When this happened in the past, I logged out...logged in...and all was well.  No luck this time.  I did confirm that I can still enroll one individual to the same learning plan. Any guidance?  I’ve submitted a ticket, but thought I’d check in here. Ryan BerardiDirector of Training and DevelopmentClark Associates, Inc.

Channels as Communication Tool for Executive Team

Hi Everyone!  Looking for advice!  We are creating channels for each member of our executive team to share their own personal learning moments as a way to connect with employees in our organization.  My thought is to create a page with a video at the top to introduce what the page is - our President sharing what it is and how to engage with a call to action.  Below his video will be custom content boxes for each member of the EC that connects to their personal channel where they share musings, stories, videos, etc.  Has anyone done anything like this before? If so, what might you recommend?  What are some “watch-outs” I should be prepared for?  Appreciate any and all guidance!

Reverting completion to in progress automatically

Is there a way that completed courses can revert to ‘in progress’ status when new materials are added?We have started to experiment with using Docebo as a repository for important compliance materials, which we store in courses as learning materials.  We chose to use Docebo for this so we could automate reminders and check completion easily through reporting.The problem arises when we have to add new compliance documents or update current documents.  The courses maintain their completed status, so any reminders for updates will not be sent as they are linked to completion.  It also appears to the user that there is nothing more to download.I know I can update this manually, but we’d like a way for it to be automated.Thanks in advance
