Hi All,Does any one have any ideas on how to post a message on a landing page? We occasionally have messages about open enrollment, career fairs, etc. that we’d like to share across the company. 

What is the best way to manage duplicate courses? Is there a way to merge two courses and still maintain the sessions/events/enrollments/completions?

Greetings,When setting up an assignment type training material. In both the Instructions and Description there is an option to “Insert File” and “Insert Image.”  What is the difference? Both seem to only allow images. I would like to insert a pdf in the Assignment type training material. Please advise...

In CSS, docebo uses variables for colors to represent your branding-and-look colors.As we migrate to extended enterprise, I am cleaning up my CSS and trying to use more variable colors - so that companies with different branding colors won’t have their colors overwritten by my CSS.Here’s all the variables I found so far. The only one I know that corresponds to the branding-and-look colors is the first one: --ui-color-layout-background. I’ve also tried making it bigger but this makes the spinning look like a spirograph since I’m not sizing some of the transformations used, I guess. In any case, relatively successful theming of most (but not all) spinners. Not sure if I broke anything but it seems fine. I can’t seem to hide the spinning wheel thingy. The admin dashboard is a good testing page since it is so slow for me :) finally got a chance to have at that spinner! 

New to managing this LMS, so thank you in advance for your patience! We host a lot of our technical trainings at our HQ. Because of this, we open up a lot of those trainings as a hybrid option so that other office staff can attend. It’s helpful to know which staff are attending in-person vs. in the virtual space (but in real-time, not a recorded session). Occasionally, the learning team is not present for these trainings and it’s helpful for the facilitator to know how many staff from other offices we expect. I wrote Docebo support to see if there was a way to customize our attendance sheet with a ‘location' column, but there is no way to do that. Do others have alternative ways to easy track who is where when attending hybrid courses? I’d like to easy say that there will be 3 from our Melbourne office, 2 from our NY office, etc. Or, 5 total from other offices. Whatever is easiest. Thanks!

Hi Everybody,🙂I’d like to share a question about a use case that might be interesting for others as well.We will be conducting a big event (100’s of participants), that will take part in a live hands-on training session across a few days.For some of the sessions, which are more traditional,and will include a speaker, we will have an online course with an exam as a completion trigger.Others sessions, will be hands-on training booths that will allow attenders to experience some hand on task. once they complete it, we are trying to find a way to be able to trigger a completion in a course by the booth manager. The challenge- How can we, using any physical object that each learner will have, trigger a course completion for that learner, in that specific course?And in general - is it possible to set a course completion from outside the platform (like a reverse Webhook)? We want to use the gam

We have completed some in-person training and we would like to issue the certificates through Docebo. We have created an ILT and enrolled all of the learners.  What I need is to have a notification that triggers when their attendance is marked as complete that will tell them they have a certificate ready for download and direct them to the course to download it. I have tried the following and I can’t get the notifications to trigger:Learner completed a courseUser passed ILT session - doesn’t feel like it’s the right one, but couldn’t think of anything else to try When the session is marked as attended, the course is marked as complete and the certificate is available to download, so that side is working as expected.  What can I do to get a notification to send? The notification is active, the correct course is chosen, it should go to users (the people tested on are powerusers/superadmins, but are enrolled in the c

Central Repository > Upload File: What is the file size limit (if any)?

Got a “File size error.” message while uploading a SCORM file. We use Articulate Rise as our current content authoring tool and export SCORM files in the “SCORM 1.2” format. Does anyone know a way we can export it to reduce the file size or track how many files we have in a SCORM package? I found the Docebo article that says the file limit is 15000 files but nothing on the SCORM file size itself.

In the Add New Apps in Docebo, we have activated “Google Analytics” which reports out on our Docebo platform and was wondering if anyone else is using this.We are trying to understand what our users are interested in (courses, widgets on the home page, reports, etc.)  To know what widgets on our platform are being used the most, so we can move, remove or add new ones. To communication with our management the Google Analytics reporting on the platform.If you have any suggestions here, please let me know. 

I am a new superadmin of our training site.I'd like to identify the user who uploaded a course.What's the easiest way to find that information? I was also wondering why it isn't one of the columns in the Course Management area? Or why it isn't in any of the reports? Or am I looking at the wrong places?Thanks!

I dont know if this is a bug or not.But check this out - I know you can reproduce this:Go into any course enrollment with alot of people in it that you used groups to populate. Filter to just that group with the filters tools. Click on the green check box to select the row of people on your screen Now click on select all at the bottom of the enrollment You land up with ALL instead of the filtered value. This feels like a bug….no?With this fixed? I could en masse change a validity date for a course….send an email to just a group... 

Is there an integration possible between Docebo & Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation through APIs?

Hi. I’m hoping for some help with training materials. First, I disabled the internal Next button. Customers were getting confused since the button is visible throughout the course. Most think it’s a button to get to the next slide. If there is a way to have the button appear when the course ends, I’m all ears.I see the option for autoplay in course properties. I can also enable it at the course level for a SCORM file. However, I cannot enable it at the course level for our survey or test, which are housed in CLOR. I have three total training materials and I would like them to follow each other automatically so the learner doesn’t have to hunt for the next step. There must be a way to do this.All suggestions are appreciated. 

Does anyone know if when importing users via the CSV option, can Docebo auto-generate passwords during that process? Or is this option only available when resetting individual passwords?

Hi all,We run a number of ILT sessions around technology and I’ve just began to notice that when an notification is sent from Docebo with the [calendar_attachment] it states Who: Unknown Organiser* in the calendar event that is sent.Is there a way I can amend this to state us?I’d love to get it to be an actual invite to the user but I’m aware we need to Docebo Connect for that and we just aren’t quite there yet regarding the business case. Any help would be greatly appreciated.    

Hi. I was wondering if anyone had more of a step-by-step guide on creating a simple horizontal navigation menu (with drop-down/cascading links) for people with a very basic understanding of html/css (i.e, myself)?  I’m assuming all code has to sit within the CSS Custom Styles section of the branding page? In which case, does the page that will have the menu need to contain a widget (such as a full-width row) at the top in order to ‘house’ the navigation menu within? If so, how do you ID the widget itself? A full, working example, clearly labelling any widget or page referencing would be greatly appreciated as I’d like to condense using boxes/images as quicklinks to other pages on the platform. Thanks in advance to any responses!

Can anyone give me an example of how you are configuring your branches and then how that impacts your decisions concerning groups?

Hello, I had to change several course names, but if the learner has already taken the course, he cannot issue the certificate with the new course name.How can I fix this without the learners having to do it all over again?Has anyone experienced this problem?
