Does anyone know of a way to change the placement of the ‘NEXT’ button within a SCORM module, from within Docebo (settings)?:I had reached out to Support, and they stated that there is not currently an option for this; however, it can likely be removed via the module authoring tool.I am wondering if anyone has found a way to remove it/hide it/change the location of it within the platform itself, however, as this Community tends to have workarounds for things.Thanks!

We'd like to use the gamification feature in Docebo to get our users to complete their courses ASAP. Would there be a way for us to add time as one of the criteria for rewarding badges & points? e.g. A user will earn more points if he/she completes a course within the day/week, compared to those who complete it late. 

One of our courses has a survey as the primary content item.  When a learner exits the course prior to completing the survey, it is not saving a learner’s progress.  Any suggestions on how we can fix this?

Our team has used the Custom Video Conferencing Tool option in Events for ILT Courses and Sessions for a long time now. However, as we try to create new events within ILT Courses and Sessions this afternoon, the Video Conferencing Tool drop down is no longer populating any options - including the custom option.  Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Are there any known solutions (besides .csv upload of events)?  

Has anyone else tried to embed Google Drive video content into Docebo pages? I tried to use the iframe option but I get a 403 error. Do we literally have to put all of our content into YouTube or Vimeo? If so, how to we ensure they’re not publicly viewable. We need most of this content to be private to employees only, and we usually manage privacy settings via Google Drive sharing.

I am just starting the process of getting our rewards shop all set up with inventory. I am not seeing a way to add/manage the reward items unless I enable visibility of the shop to our learners. Is there a way to build out the shop before making it available publicly?

Currently “in progress” courses show as having a black background, which matches the background of “completed” courses.  Could this be a different color so it’s more eye-catching to the user?  Or stay green until it’s completed?  

We are working on releasing a blended learning format and want to make use of MS Bookings to schedule times with instructors one on one or in group sessions.    My challenge is the iframe code will not add properly.   I simply get bad request.   This same iframe code is added as an html training material.  Has anyone had success with the IFrame widget

Good morning all,in our ILT courses, we have multiple events inside one session and we’d like to set up a notification before the start of every event. The problem is that notifications are set to be sent before the start of the session. I was wondering if someone of you had the same issue and how you solved it. I don’t think it’s possible to use a webhook because there’s no event which may trigger the webhook.Any advice?Elisa

Hello All,My team is working on our end of year learning dashboards for learner engagement & training statistics in our instance of Docebo. I’d be curious if anyone out there would be willing to share a couple of the following high level metrics (I’ve put ours next to each category). Would be cool to get a general sense of how our metrics compare to others, understanding that there are many factors that go into these metrics...Average courses completed per active user for 2022. Ours = 9 courses / per user Average course completions per course for 2022. Ours =  19 completions / per course Average course rating per course. I wat to generate a report that displays ecommerce transactions by month and per course. Currently, when geerating the report, it captures all transation within our system - is it possible to generate a report for a single month? thank you.

Hi,I’m going thru and cleaning up some enrollments for some of our product training for a specific population. We’re moving away from auto-enrollments and want to remove “not started” enrollments from users. I can search for a specific course under course management, go to the enrollments tab, and filter by 1) “enrolled” status and 2) the group that contains the specific population. I then check the box at the top of the resulting list which displays the “Select All” link at the bottom. Upon clicking “Select All” it selects the total number of enrolled users, dropping the “group” filter criteria. See screenshot below. Hello All, We had some ILT course management issues which caused the wrong completion date to be updated.I'm looking for an API to perform the correction. The only one I found was /learn/v1/enrollments, but I can only update multiple users, in the same course, same session and same completion date. This generates a lot of processing.Can you suggest another endpoint that I can update in a single processing, multiple users, multiple courses, multiple sessions and multiple completion dates?Thank you.  

Use case: I have 600 companies, each as a branch. A bunch of companies SHOULD have logged in by now and have not. I want a smarter/faster way to hunt these companies down and offer enablement calls/zooms. Is there a smart way to see which branches HAVE logins (eg any user has logged in) and which do not? Number of logins would be even better. I did this before with admin dashboard, but admin dashboard is glitched when you have 600 branches and 150,000 users, and has not yet been fixed by Docebo 1 month later. Not mad (well maybe a little), just explaining why I’m not using the admin dashboard for this. It works, it just takes 15 minutes to pull up each page.

One of my favorite quips is“There are 10 types of people in the world; Those who understand binary and those who don’t.” When I first started at my current company - it was not long before I was asked to help lead some redesign efforts for our service school curriculum. I had went through those courses as a part of my onboarding. As a former high school teacher with experience writing curriculum - my input on what was currently being taught was now being called upon to make the courses better.As we got our teams together - one of the first questions I asked is “What is the point of this training?” “What does the learner need to know by the time the course is over?”Once we identified all the things that the learner NEEDED to know - we were able to start pruning. That can be hard for some folks but if you put something in the “Well, that would be nice know, bucket” - I am going to probably end up dumping it if it doesn’t help

I can already see top line numbers for each course, but I want to get a deeper dive by branch/user. My custom reports functionality is erroring out, so is there a basic version that will deliver the data? Thanks.

I am extracting the ExecutionID from the following ‘export report as csv’ API endpoint:GET /analytics/v1/reports/{report ID}/export/csv  The ExecutionID is required to make the following ‘download filestream‘ API Call:GET /analytics/v1/reports/{id_report}/exports/{id_export}/download When I make the ‘download filestream’ call , I get the following error:{"success":false,"error":"Extraction download not ready","errorCode":1005}  This is happening because when I make the first call, it processes the CSV file hence is busy when I make second API call. Anyone know of a work

Hello Docebo Community,Our team encountered an unexpected issue this morning and we were wondering if anyone has seen this before and / or if anyone has any idea as to root cause. As you’ll see in the screenshot below, the image associated with the question is presenting an error to the user. We were able to verify it is not a local issue and is experienced by multiple users.We are attempting to re-upload / re-apply the images to correct the problem for now.  Thanks ahead of time for any help or insight you can provide!  

When creating custom notifications, I have come across a bit of a head-scratcher - so just wondering if anyone else has found this or knows what to do about it:At the top of my notifications, I put our company logo, centred to the top of the email.When the email comes in to my Gmail, or other accounts, it appears correctly.However, when the email comes in to Outlook, all the formatting for the logo are ignored and it just left justifies.Is this a known issue? Is there a workaround?Thank you

We are wanting to utilize Zoom for vILT (video Instructor Led Training) on our Docebo platform. We tested it today and it seemed to work fine - we started the webinar at the correct time, our team was able to click the JOIN WEBINAR button and it launched the Zoom meeting successfully. I was hoping that the Zoom window/stream would be embedded in Docebo, like a video player on a webpage, as opposed to launching Zoom and taking them out of the Docebo platform.Is there a way to embed the actual Zoom meeting into the Docebo platform? Or does it only launch the Zoom meeting through the Zoom app? Are there other video conferencing apps that do embed into Docebo?

I am working on a side project to share to do two things:Make it easier to develop/track your custom CSS changes Create CSS changes for those not comfortable with typical formatting or creating of those CSS changes.Obviously these will start at a more basic level to try it out, and the pro’s on here, sorry this is not aimed at you. I have searched around and picked a couple of nice ones to start with that seem to be fairly common instances of like show/hide/change color items, but want to see if I’m missing anything major or big gaps to consider.Help me out by adding what you find to be the more common modifications (don’t have to share the code, but if you can describe the change and its impact, before/after images welcome!)Thanks!
