I've already reviewed your site for what I'm about to request and found nothing that accomplishes this task.Currently, we have this function working properly with email notifications going to the Power User (Manager) to review the assignment and grade it.However, some of the PUs don't always go into the system and mark these complete. Looking for a new process to mark these materials approved after a specific number of days after the submission IF the manager does not mark them? In other words, I am looking to automate marking rather than setting up another email for the administrator to go in and mark said courses. Thoughts? #UPVOTE #ENHANCEMENTREQUEST #TRAININGMATERIAL

Hi,We use a survey in the training material in each course. The survey is an evaluation of the training, so that we know whether the trainer and the content meet the expectations of the learner.Our question about this: We already have completed evaluations for some courses.But how will we see the new evaluations, so for the same course, but for a new session.They will be mixed in with the old ones, won't they? Is there any way to make a difference of evaluation per session and not per course (at least when there are 3 months between different sessions). Can we see somewhere on which date the survey was completed? Thanks!Eva

Hi,We receive a lot of feedback from our managers that they cannot see for which session, or on which date, their team members are enrolled. This is often important information for them when planning their team schedule. The date of the session is not visible in 'My team' and cannot be added in the notification 'confirmation to manager', there is no short code ‘date of session’ available.Do you receive the same feedback of your managers? How do you solve this problem? I asked this to Docebo’s Helpdesk and their solution is to make the manager an instructor, in that case he has all the details of the session. But, we have about 200 managers, so this solution is not realistic.Anybody who has a suggestion?Thanks!Eva

An alert showed up on the Admin Dashboard indicating there is one course with no training material. There isn’t a link on the alert to show you which course it is. Does anyone know which report can be run to determine which course does not have any training material?  

Morning - when going into peoples summaries, we are getting an unusual error for the first time. Anybody else seeing this???? 

I just got a note that my PUs cannot reset a course attempt.Where I can see the attempt and reset it….I can verify that it is true what they are seeing.Off hand - does someone know the permission to reset a course attempt for PUs?

Hello! I have been trying to figure out a way to change the color of the background within a Google Slides iFrame widget. Currently the issue is that I can get the iframe to display at full size within its container, however it always leaves a slight black border along the bottom and right sides of the element, as seen here:  I’ve placed the iframe into a div container will maintain its aspect ratio and scale to fill the entire area and hide any overflow. I’ve set the background, background-color, and color to match our general background yet it always inherits the same black color. The culprit appears to be a .punch-viewer-[element] when inspecting the page.  

There is a lot of white space and we have nice graphical assets.  I’d like to shrink down the white space and make the images bigger among other things. I can’t find a guide on this. I’m sure other users have done this too. 

Hello-- We are getting ready to do our soft launch in two weeks. We received some sample soft launch materials and things to test, but nothing on Discover, Coach and Share and also Gamification.  Does anyone have any templates they would be willing to share?

Hi - I genuinely feel lame asking this, but I have a catalog widget that I am using in list mode and there are three things that I would love to tighten up with the experience.make that title a little smaller cut down on the spacing if possible remove the status from the widget all togetherWith an attempt to make the widget to the left scale better with the one that is “dynamic”.If some of you have fought this and have something that can come out of your backpocket? Hi all,I often need to upload records for sessions that occurred weeks in the past. The enrollment date, however, seems to default to the day you create the session/event. Is there a way to change the enrollment date so that it matches the completion date?

Hi, can a power user award badges or is it just a super user privilege? I’ve had a look at our Docebo installation and it looks like only super users can do this, but I would be happy to be wrong!

  Hi, I know this is probably somewhere, but I can’t find out where so apologies in advance. I went to the update webinar yesterday, and it was fascinating. I was hoping to be able to try out some of the features on the platform today (I have a quiet day for a change). Now the new release schedule starting in September is Monday to Wednesday after the end of the month release updates are posted. But when is the current update? Is it at the end of the month ie Sunday this month, or the start of the following month ie next week sometime? The updated pages are not really helpful “end of July” but no actual dates.

Howdy!Ahead of assigning out some harassment prevention content (fun!), I am creating some groups to help with my assignments.Our non-US based employees will be getting their own version, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to make a group that would reflect these users.When I am looking at my eligibility requirements for a group, my brain is just thinking: “All employees NOT in the United States.”  However when looking at conditions….The “Country” field is a drop-down with no operators like “is equal to”, “contains”, etc).  I can only select 10 countries at a time. We have a field for “Location,” but those operators are limited to “contains,” “is equal to,” and “is not equal to.”  It does not have “does not contain.”Has anyone done something similar in the past?  how did you set it up?

As previously posted in Articulate RISE has courses you can modify, but now also courses that are whole cloth and supposed to be ready to go. NOT ME : (1) don’t want to spend any money on 3rd party content; (2) actually launched it to everyone already, with very little content;.As I am a NOOB to Docebo, I’ve yet to try and add it to Docebo as … yeah, like this: is it [Rise course] is a Training Material that you put in a course? Is IT a -course-? CAN it be an asset?Just looking for any (from) best practices (to) dire warnings.

Question regarding a custom report & scheduling to a Power User.I set up a customer report for a specific group + all courses and have it scheduled to send to two people. One person is also a power user who does not have access to all courses within the power user settings, but I do want them to see all courses on this report. I thought that when you schedule a custom report it sends to the individual regardless of the access they have as a user or power user. Is that correct? Or is there a way to have the report include all the information I set in the filter tab without being limited to what the person has access to as a power user? Thanks!

I attended the July 2022 Monthly Release Webinar this morning, and my understanding during the demo was that the ‘Follow Channels’ option would be available in both the desktop and mobile platforms. However, when I went through the course in Docebo University, it stated that it would only be a mobile app release.Can anyone clarify if it will be on both? Also, what is the date that this update will be pushed to production?Thanks

Hello! We are launching Gamification and I wanted to see if anyone has had information on the Sharing Options badges. Like how long is the sharing option valid for to receive a badge?I’ve read that some sharing options can be abused so we aren’t using all of them, but any information on this would be super helpful. If I’m creating a notification to send on X-day at 9am and I’m in EST time zone, and I have learners in different time zones, would it, for example, land in a PST time zone’s learner inbox at 6am?Thanks, Nicole 

Hi, I was wondering if anyone is having similar issuesWe have an urgent issue with our Docebo LMS.  When users are trying to register on the site in any language on mobile, the page is simply refreshing before they can enter any registration details. It is therefore impossible to register as a new user on a mobile device.  The sign-in function does not seem to be affected. In some instances, the sign-in page is not accepting email addresses. All languages on mobile are currently affected. In some cases, the desktop is affected. Docebo says that they do not support navigation via mobile and unfortunately, they are unable to investigate the issue further. They have recommended we use the Go.Learn App, however, we our external users are having issues downloaded the app. I have done a numbe

I have a custom Widget Page for our Channels - not the Built in page provided by Docebo.  I want user Playlists to be visible to them on the custom Channels page - but it seems they can only see this if I use the Built in Page.  Any suggestions/thoughts - I might be missing something?
