Hello! We have a course set up for Certification & Retraining that is coming up for renewal soon. I have made some minor updates to the training material (SCORM 2004), which I’m hoping to upload through the Central Repository without impacting the course. However, I need to know what, if any, impact this will have on the Certification & Retraining process and whether I should update it by Overwriting the content or by Versioning the content? Which will have less impact on the users and guarantee that the course records will be archived, and the course set to Renew on the appropriate dates.I’ve read the following articles: Managing the Certification and Retraining App, Managing the Central Repository, and Uploading and Managing SCORM as Training Material, but I do not see anything that would answer my questions. This is an annual compliance training event, so I cannot risk getting it wrong or having to manually re-enroll everyone on their respe

I am probably missing something fairly obvious here, but if we create a test that is packaged as SCORM 2004 (3rd edition), and within the test we have it configured to allow 2 attempts and that’s it..What is stopping the user from relaunching the SCORM test, and selecting the Start Over option to reset their score? I know we can select the option to only allow them to open the training material one time, but the counter point I’m getting to that solution is the need for users to review the test once they either passed or reached maximum attempts.Curious to see thoughts on this situation. Our people seem to be “missing” that this icon is there.During onboarding, our rep provided the following code to add a label to our Admin gear:#doc-layout-internal-header > nav > div.internal-header-navigation-group.

Hello!  Our product is a mentoring program but I am struggling to see the best way to organize it using the Docebo LMS. We do not have the coach & learn option - just keep that in mind. A bit about what I am looking for: an efficient way to have a user book a video-conference meeting (either individual or group) based on their course/learning path progression. We are projecting hundreds of users. We do have groups organized within our branch based on their school grade.  Some thoughts I have had: Why ILT/VLT? How can that be an option? Would having IFrames showing booking page link like Calendly or Sprintful? Has anyone used GoToMeeting?  Any other third party recommendation to integrate into Docebo?  Help please! I have looked at this over and over and I have hit a roadblock. Want to see if anyone has a different perspective? 

We have all users enrolled in lots of courses. We want to use channels as a way to show other, non-course related topics, but when we use the main search bar in All Channels, it searches all the channels but also brings back  the courses as well. Does anyone know a way to make the All Channels search only look in the channels and not the courses as well?

Hi everyone,I’ve been passed here by the helpdesk because evidently, standard <td> and <tr> table HTML tags are not supported by Docebo, even though there is a table tool in the Course Description editor for certain types of learning objects in the Central Repository:Table tool in the Description editorI built a small presentation to supplement a video in my course, and that includes a simple table with text and images. In the editing preview, it looks just like I want, and Docebo’s own tool provided the standard table tags to build it:Sample of the Docebo-generated table code

If a trainee has found a particular course useful, they may wish to share it with other colleagues. Is there a function within course management that enables the trainee to easily ‘forward to a colleague’?Thanks

Hi all I’m trying to work out if there’s a way for a single learning plan (containing two courses) to mark a separate single course as complete.Alternatively (and ideally) I’m looking for a way that two courses when both have been completed mark a single course as complete. For example: User completes course A & Course B and it marks course C as complete If user completes only Course A, course C is not marked as complete If user completed only Course B, Course C is not marked as complete We need this as we have one arm of our business that runs the content as two separate workshops as they go through in detail, whereas other teams do this in the one session.Also, due to their roles, some staff are only required to complete Course A for their compliance.  Any thoughts are welcome! 

Is there a way for users to be able to view course descriptions with Public Catalog off (many teams do not like users seeing the public catalog page to be the default splash page) and ”Only admins can enroll users” set on courses (most of my teams do not want self-enroll, nor deal with approvals)?When the above items are set, users just see the card for the course and it shows as “locked” and you cannot click on it.  It would be nice if you could click on it to view the description and just have the enroll button hidden.I can’t find anything in the KB and no one else seems to have posted about this specific scenario.

Hi All ~We are fairly new to Docebo and have not needed to set up any training to recertify yet and have not used the certification and retraining app. I was hoping for any advice or direction from the community.We are going to introduce a safe driving requirement to all employees. This requirement is watching a video and then taking a quiz to pass (SCORM file quiz). We want to require staff to take this annually but after watching the video in year 1, they can just take and pass the quiz in following years and as long as they pass, they do not need to watch the video again. How do I set this up?I was thinking of making the video 1 course and the quiz 1 course and putting them in an LP for year 1. When they completed both these courses, they would be added to a safe driving group that would assign them just the quiz in year 2. Would it be better if these 2 training materials were in 1 course as opposed to making 2 courses and putting them in a LP?

Hi, we would like to show the user’s name on each page/tab of the user personal summary. Currently the name only appears on the Statistics page, but we’d like to have it appear on the other pages. Has anyone created CSS code to do this? 

Following the rollout last spring and a minor update that followed, not much else has been done, improved or updated on this feature. As you all probably know there is much room for improvement on this critical LMS function. Hi there, we are building out our internal mobility strategy and I’m exploring how we could create a Channel in Docebo that is focused on internal job opportunities. We have a Talent Acquisition job portal for internal positions, so I was thinking that we could import jobs via API and do something with skills and tagging for the job roles and that would help surface relevant roles that people are trying to grow into.I’ve poked around the API browser but I was wondering if anybody else has attempted this before and if they had any luck. Open to discuss possibilities and share thoughts.Thanks for any help or contributions! :) 

Hi there, Some of you may have already seen my multiple questions today, so apologies for raising another one (I am on a roll!).I am just starting to learn about working with reports and I have discovered that the Course Duration field reports back in seconds (rather than minutes or hours).  Now I can understand how hours might be a challenge to read with decimals and the combination of hours and minutes might be difficult to display, but surely minutes would be much more useful to everyone?Interested to know - does anyone have a requirement for any durations or reporting to be shown in seconds rather than minutes (or the nearest minute)?CheersSean

Hey all,We seem to be having problems with Google Analytics 4 and SSO. We use various marketing channels to drive people to the content eg Yammer, Emails, MailChimp etc. and we assign UTMs to our links which should filter into GA4 audience acquisition. However, anyone who hasn’t been logged in to Docebo for over 24 hours, they go via SSO and it redirects so many times that they end up coming in to GA4 metrics as just “Microsoft” with no other availability to track their source.If anyone could help, we would greatly appreciate it!!Vesta

I am doing some badge testing and when I create a docebo badge based on a learning plan, the user who completed that plan prior to the badge creation does not get the badge retroactively. Is this designed behavior? If so, why? I haven’t done testing with courses but I am curious if it woudl behave the same. If anyone knows it will same me some time. 

Is anybody else having this problem?  I can upload recordings if I switch back to the current course player page, but if I’m in preview mode for the new player page, once I pick a file to upload for an ILT recording it just spins and spins indefinitely and never does anything.  Highly frustrating as I’m trying to use the preview mode as much as possible to familiarize myself with all its features and issues before switching our organization over to it, but every time I do an ILT I have to switch back to the old version to upload the recording.

I need to enroll individuals into a course who don’t belong to any of the usual groups/branches assigned to this course.I also have an email digest notification that must go out with the enrollment.I was able to locate the information about the notification Here’s the API endpoint that I’m using and here is the response that I get UNFORTUNATELY,the notifications never arrive. I know that the notifications DO work when I manually enroll via the UI in Course Management.

Hello team,Is there a way to hide ILT courses in the catalog where there are no sessions available to enroll into?  We have users who are enrolling into ILT courses, but not into a session.  Sometimes, it is that they don’t understand there is an additional step (really wish Docebo would make the enrollment flow easier for ILT) or because there aren't any sessions at the time they enroll into the course.  Some of our courses are only offered in less popular languages every few months.  I’d love a way to not display an ILT course in the catalog if there aren’t any sessions scheduled.  Thoughts?
