We have a customer asking if this is possible, I cant get an answer on either Harmony or Trusthub so I was wondering if anyone else has been asked this before?

Is there a way for customers to download a creator course that they create, either into a video or SCORM file?

If you have given them permissions to develop it, the latest update (June 15, 2026) has released this capability.
