Browser Recognition - Docebo backend

Hi Docebo,

We get a lot of students stating they’re using Firefox when they’re actually using Safari. If a student continually lies about what browser they’re using its a real time suck getting to the truth of the matter via screenshots.

I’m wondering if there is a way for docebo to determine what browser a student is using on the backend? If so I would like to suggest this feature be added to future releases.

Our company’s tool - Tealeaf is an analytical tool allowing you to inspect each individual session gathering all details of the user’s environment, capturing all user’s interactions, as well as everything what was presented on the screen.

Having it integrated with Docebo, would provide you all that details for each individual user, allowing you to replay their session, exactly as they have seen it on the screen.

Unfortunately it’s not supported by Docebo, but you can vote on this idea:
