Notification recipients don't match documentation?

I’m going through the ‘Notification events and conditions’ help documentation and I’m finding differences for specific notifications between who is listed as a Recipient in the documentation and who you can actually select.

For instance, the ‘Admin Asks To Check Your Team’ notification says it can be go to Users, Power Users, and Superadmins, but the notification only allows you to send to Managers. Is there something I’m missing that would allow me to send that notification to a Superadmin as a way to keep track of the notification being sent?

I hear you and confirm it can only be sent to Managers (as per the app itself). If you have the new notification service, you can parse through the logs to see when these are sent. If I read the KB article it sort of makes sense since the recipients can be users, PU and/or super admins as any of these users could have a team assigned to them.

While I see how that makes sense when you know how it works, it’s not a good way of documenting this information in a help system. For nearly every other notification the ‘Recipients’ is a list of who you get to select that will receive the message.
