Hello,

I have a user who displays that they have never access the learning platform, despite having completed courses, showing a total course time of 4h 4m (see attached image).

What would cause this issue? We have requirements for access times to our Learning Center, and despite the users completion of material, they are marked as not compliant.

Thank you!

I have seen this issue before but since it was quite sporadic we were not able to replicate it. I would certainly ask support about this. Did you check your audit logs to see if anything was tracked there?

I did not see anything there.  I have two users with this situation, but one is an internal employee.  I have submitted a ticket and I will update when I have a resolution.

Please do let us know how it works out. I wish I could recall what our resolution was.

We had the same issue, and we opened a ticket, which they claimed was resolved. If I remember correctly, they said the impacted user would have to log in again for the last update date to correct itself, which is massively unfortunate from a data integrity perspective. If the user still has a no last access date after logging in again, definitely open a support ticket.

After working with support, they informed me that there was a known issue in March and April that caused the “Last Access Date” to not report properly.  The issue has been corrected.  I have confirmed with a few of the users who fell into this issue that they are now reporting correctly.

The issue is closed at this time.  Thank you for your responses!
