Question

Where to manage image files for HTML? (i.e., "https://cdn5.dcbstatic.com/files/t/r/company_docebosaas_com/userfiles/)

In looking at sample HTML files from previous posts, I often see images mentioned that have a file path that references a “userfiles” folder. Is there a way to edit this from the user interface?

I was specifically looking at this for notifications, though if I upload an image there, the HTML references a file path like this: https://cdn5.dcbstatic.com/files/b/a/company_docebosaas_com/assets/notifications/emailTransport/ (where “company” is the specific URL for a Docebo instance).

Thanks for any guidance!

So far, I have only found that I can upload images for custom HTML pages via the WYSIWYG editor, then changing back to HTML with that file reference.

For notifications, I am not too well-versed in HTML editing.

This post may also be of some help. It looks like each image is saved per user, so you will not be able to natively see images others have uploaded besides the path in the raw HTML: Path to Images in Docebo? | Community

Thank you - it looks like the prior post you referenced does a nice job explaining how it works and how to upload and access images using the WYSIWYG editor.
