Soft Launch User Cases

Hello-- We are getting ready to do our soft launch in two weeks. We received some sample soft launch materials and things to test, but nothing on Discover, Coach and Share and also Gamification.  Does anyone have any templates they would be willing to share?

Hi @LauraRae were you given access to this? It does have a tab titled “Channel/Expert” that provides some testing scripts for coach and share. 

Is that what you were looking for?
