I am testing the Advanced Insights in Docebo and would like to know if anyone has tried combining data sets from Learning Plans and Courses. I was able to use a pivot table for the course completion, but it is still in a separate table from the learning plan completion rate.
We would like to see a Learning Plan Completion Report that provides detailed insights into learner progress across structured learning plans. Power Users can see the report filtered by the learners assigned to them. Each record includes:
- Learner’s Firstname, Lastname, Email
- Learning Plan Code and Name
- Expected Learning Plan Completion Rate
- Learning Plan Completion Percentage
- Number of Enrolled, Completed, In Progress, and Not Started Courses
This format enables easy tracking of individual progress and identifies learners who may need support or follow-up.
