Hi Everyone,

We've started working on the Training Materials Data Mart, which will be the basis for the Training Materials Dashboard. Based on the data available to us, we have prepared a preliminary list of KPIs.

  1. Distinct Training Material used in courses: A breakdown of the distinct training materials (resources) already used in courses + the detail of their origins: Course Management or CLOR
  2. Training Material Usage: How many times each training material is used in courses
  3. Training Material Type Usage: How many times each training material type is used in courses
  4. CLOR Training Material: A breakdown of the training materials in CLOR + the details of how many CLOR TMs have not been used yet (is training material from CSP?)
  5. Training Materials User Usage Status: A breakdown of the training materials status (namely, how many TMs are to begin, completed and so on out of the total enrollments)
  6. Average User Progress in Training Materials: A % of how many training materials users have completed out of all those assigned to them
  7. Training Material Engagement Rate: The percentage of training materials that users complete compared to those they start

Filters: user, course, training material, training material type, training material source, branch, groups

  • Anything missing from the list?
  • Could you rank the KPIs from the most useful to the least useful (using the corresponding numbers)?
  • What do you think about the filters?

Thank you

I’m excited to hear this is coming! A stupid question: will this enable us to “export” from the central repository like we currently can from the Course Management screen?

I don’t see anything missing on the KPIs.

In the filters, can CLOR category be added? Including the option of “Docebo” without sub categories to show which TMs landed in the default and didn’t get put in the right place.

Most useful KPI ranking from most useful to least: 4; 5; 1; 7; 6; 2; 3

Hello!

We could use a KPI to indicate which training materials are localized versions of others.

For instance, the English training material is linked to other localized versions.

The following would be nice.

  • Training Material Score
  • Training Material Average Score
  • Time Spent on Training Material
  • Time Spent on Training Material (Just inter quartile range to remove outliers)
  • Table of all TMs with columns for category and last updated

Hi Everyone,

For those platforms that import training materials from Content Marketplace, we’d love to hear from you and understand whether indicating for the source of import for reporting purposes would be beneficial, similarly to the filter that is currently shown inside the Central Repository marked as ‘content providers’.

We’d love your feedback. Thank you.

Will this include actual data from the learning objects so we can drill into user individual results? Not just statistics…

Agree that indicating the source of the training material would be helpful.

Most useful KPI ranking from most useful to least: 4; 5; 1; 7; 6; 2; 3

Thanks for your contributions.

@ariel.zimmerman: The exporting capabilities will be aligned with the other visuals and dashboards in Insights for consistency.

@lhubbard: If you’re referring to the CLOR folder structure, we can explore adding a filter to accommodate that.

@pulkitmalhotra: We need to confirm whether the tracking is properly set up, but your request makes sense.

@pmo: When you mention “score,” are you referring to tests? The tests dashboard will be available on December 4th!

@LizaK. .: We can consider how to represent the provider in the proposed visual or potentially create a new one to include it.

@lrnlab : Yes, we have metrics both for the organization of the TM and for their actual usage.

Thanks for the additional info @federico.carugati

@federico.carugati , Thank you. To clarify, will it be just training materials that are associated to courses, or will it be the full Central Repository?
