Hello! Our team is delivering recurring vILT onboarding sessions in Docebo. In a nutshell, we have a single vILT onboarding course with many sessions throughout the year. When new hires join, we ask them to enroll in one of the sessions.  We need help tracking down folks who register for a session but do not attend. We want to follow up with these people to make sure they go back and register for a new session. The challenge is that users who are In Progress could be 1) users who missed a session or 2) users who are registered for a future session. Is there a way to differentiate between the two? Secondly, we want to use notifications to follow up with people who missed a session. We tried using the “Learner has yet to complete course” notification to set up recurring reminders to attend a session, but this also gets sent to users who are registered in future sessions, which was causing a lot of confusion. Has anyone else encountered this problem? What did you do? Is there a way to ide

Have you ever noticed our slide converter option get Stucks after we successfully load ppt/pdf file and click publish at the end? Page got stuck without showing the content is converted or not. Each time, I need to refresh the page to view the content is published. Is that the same for everyone or did I miss something?

Wondering what is the best way to deal with this scenario. I have an existing branch and users are assigned their learning plans. Now I have a large number of new users I need to assign to that branch. What is the best way to get the new users assigned to a learning plan without the existing users being assigned also.Would like to hear how the more experienced Docebo superadmins do this.

How can I be notified of known platform issues, e.g. platform downtime?

Hi. Does any one know how to get the notification “user bought a course” to include course id ?

Has anyone created a report/tool to display a users interaction with the LMS? I’m keen to look at what learners do on the platform from registered and then what they do next.I know the audit report for a given period can help a little, but wondering if anyone has done something more sophisticated. I most interested in which pages they visited, courses and enrolments etc.. over time. Like a website and the www server log can be analysed to produce useful reports, seeking something similar.e.g.user registered on platform user visited XYZ page user looked at course XYZ user looked at course ABC user enrolled in course ABC user visited ZYX page user updated profile user unenrolled from course ABC etc..

I setup what seem like it should be standard use of Not Equals To and I pretty much hit a wall.I added a string of characters (text) to be part of the logic, and I seem to have things bleeding beyond it.This no work-yCurious if anyone has had any luck with this group criteria logic and where the miss could be.Misses included titles with spaces and &s (ampersands) - like Sales & Marketing and Customer Service.

I’m new to the Docebo API and I am trying to get the API to add a user.I can add a user via the “API Explorer” using these fields:{ "userid": "killer@domain.com", "email": "killer@domain.com", "password": "some_random_stuff", "firstname": "Killer", "lastname": "Cat", "force_change": 1, "level": 6, "send_notification_email": true, "select_orgchart": { "375": 1 }}I’m using php to connect to the API, and submitting these fields there via the following construct:$data["userid"] = "killer@domain.com";$data["email"] = "killer@domain.com";$data["password"] = "some_random_stuff";$data["firstname"] = "Killer";$data["lastname"] = "Cat";$data["force_change"] = 1;$data["level"] = 6;$data["send_notification_email"] = true;$data["select_orgchart"] = array("375" => 1);// Build a POST request$opts = array( 'http' => array( 'method' => 'POST', 'header' => array( 'Authorization: Bearer '.$token, 'Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlen

Hello.I am a brand new Docebo user and have a question about using the Feedback Management - notification message.I’ve inserted a .png file as a header to the top of the notification, but the image is cut off on the right and the rest appears distorted. Is it possible to fix this? If yes, how? Thanks much,Marion

Hi all, when we go to course management in an ILT session, it’s never in date order, we always have to filter it every single time using the heading.  Any way we can set this up as standard in our system or is there a setting somewhere I have missed?

Perhaps I'm missing something but can you move courses from one category to another in bulk (rather than individually?)

Hi, I am uploading certificates to a completed course under Training Material and attaching the cert as a file, however, I don’t appear to be able to view the certificate once it has been uploaded, how can I view the certificate when uploaded or is there an easier way to attach all completed certificates to the course? Thank you

watI’m trying to figure out if there is any use case whatsoever for the configuration above. It sure looks like the selected Course Enrollment Policy directly contradicts the selected option for Course Self-Enrollment. Is there some nuance to this that I’m missing? If not, why am I even allowed to configure it this way, keeping in mind that I can’t even see the Course Enrollment Policy if I choose “Self-enrollments are not available”:The options are at least *somewhat* dynamic.Somebody please help, I’m genuinely confused about this.

Hello, I put together a Learning Plan with two courses and noticed that the two courses in the Learning plan are displayed under “my courses.” How can i not have the two courses house in the learning plan also displayed?

Greetings ~ I am very new to Docebo and have a question about course categories. I have set up categories to closely align with my catalog titles and I turned on ‘use categories tree’ in catalogs to that users can filter using the categories. I have some courses that are assigned to 2 catalogs but since I can only assign them to 1 category, the category tree filter is not truly reflective of the content. How are others handling this? I tried duplicating the course so that one course was in one category and the other in the 2nd category but now the training history shows 2 records for the course - which is not great and muddys up the user’s completed section with 2 entries. Thank you in advance for sharing your ideas.

We have been asked to add two approvers to an observation checklist that is attached as training material to an elearning course. Doesn’t look like this is possible. Are there any workarounds to achieve this?

Hello,I have created a learning plan. It is composed of an e-learning and an ILT session. I have set the rule that the e-learning must be completed prior to being able to access the ILT session. When accessing the ILT part of the learning plan the learner is asked to pick a session. This is the issue I have; I do not want the learner to be able to pick a session. What I would like to see happen, is the learner is put onto the waiting list/queue and the instructor will then assign them to a session. We do not always know in advance when there will be a session, so we are kind of using this as a queue and to keep track of who needs it. We do not want learners enrolling in random sessions. Is there a way to make this happen?Note: I have already checked the course’s settings (i.e., self-enrollment not allowed) and do not see any way to make this happen.  Thanks for the help.

Hi, Docebo do not currently support the Welsh language as part of their localisation options. I am told there are a number of clients who are asking the same question- is this something Docebo are looking to invest in? To comply with the Government Welsh Standards, we need to ensure our site is Welsh bilingual and any help and support in achieving this is appreciated. Thank you.

I created a short introductory guide for our users on how to navigate our academy. My higher-ups want this video to play automatically when someone logs in for the first time. I’m not sure how to do this. I can create a course out the video and have new users automatically enrolled. I can create a “Start Here First” label but I don’t know how to “force” users to watch the video first. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Is it possible for assignments for multiple trainees to be uploaded by an instructor or power user?We have a ILT training session with multiple trainees and would like to save a short assignment for each trainee to Docebo as evidence of completion. Ideally, the trainees would not have to upload this document personally.Does anybody have any ideas on this?

Does anyone know why the size (and aspect ratio) of the certificate template in Docebo is 2560 x 1810 pixels? I think this might correspond to the US letter size, but I'm not sure. It would be good if it could be changed to another size like A4, which is more common in Europe and the rest of the world.

Is it possible to copy all attendees from the roster on a course over to another course without having to individually select each attendee

Hi Everyone,I am creating a fill in the blank question for an assessment in the question bank. The answer is very long and does not appear in the text box fully when the learner answers. Is there a way for this to be adjusted so the learner can visibly see the whole answer? Image below for referrence.

I just got MS Teams integrated into the LMS.  I want to test it before I start creating ILT’s with a Teams meeting.  When I “join” the session as the instructor or as a learner, the Teams meeting shows as the event has not been started.  How do I start the Teams meeting?

How do I create the instructor_id?  I need to add outside instructors to ILT’s so it will display on the completion certificate and the sign in sheet, however, I cannot find the “how to” on setting up and instructor.
