Solved

Hi all,Does anyone know if there is a way to change the Score Display for tests after it has been set? One of my colleagues accidentally set the display to percentage and we would like to change it back to numbers.

Does anyone know if there is a way to download all skills listed in the platform catalog?  Or is there a source where Docebo has it in a PDF file?

I’m looking for information on how to reset the course rating on courses. We regularly review courses that have poor ratings and we are trying to establish a review process for these courses. Part of that is that we would like to reset the course rating if a course has significant updates due to the fact that you can’t see a breakdown of how many ratings you’ve received, when they were received etc.Does anyone know if this is possible?

Hi EveryoneWe have enrolled all our employees onto a ILT course and they are required to book themselves into a session of their choice.Which notification is best to use for reminding users to enroll themselves onto an ILT session i.e. # days after being enrolled on the ILT course they receive a reminder to enroll on a session?

Has anyone else experienced this problem? My colleagues and I are trying to register for the July Release Readiness Webinar and after we complete the “register here” (with endless Captchas), we get onscreen confirmation that we’ve registered but never receive the invitation. This has been happening for several months now and several different users, so it’s not one invite/computer/user. Thanks for any assistance!

Hello all.I’m having a weird issue wherein the Course Player seems to be hiding the navigation controls. Users cannot see the navigation buttons - either they are fully transparent or they are the same color as the surrounding elements. The screenshot below demonstrates how there is a ‘Next Page’ button but it is not visible unless hovered over: My fear is someone will tell me this is a CSS issue, b/c that really pushes the boundaries of my knowledge & the only person who could fix this is about halfway through their holidays. but in any case, any feedback is welcome, even if I don’t want to hear it. Regards,Nate

Hi, we are exploring to integrated Docebo with MSTeam. Our goal is to notify user to completed their Obversation Checklist using MS Team. Instead of notify by email, and system we wanted to post a MS Team messages to the learner. We planning to use the Docebo Webhook so that any notification will be trigger to MS Team URL pay load. However, we could not find any Docebo Webhook related to notification or Obversation Checklist. Has anyone has experience to this similar scenario? If, yes is there any workaround other than using Docebo Webhook to trigger and get the notification?  Thanks.

Something has been brought to my attention and I’m hoping I can get some help finding how to change it.  Recently we created a new group then applied it to a custom report.  Then we ran the report and nothing showed up.  When we reached out to get help about it we were told that the data only refreshed every 4 hours due to a setting in our platform. “As noted in the KB, Data Refreshes, Data displayed in the reports is not in real-time, but instead runs atmost 12 times per day, depending on the setting of the platform. For you, this is every 4 hours:  This means that, even if a report is manually extracted, it will still check if 4 hours since the last data refresh has occurred, before refreshing again.” First off I have to say how frustrating this is, especially when we had been told the newest update meant  the data would refresh in real time when a report was extracted.  But that aside, I just want to know where to find this “Data Expiration Hours” setting.  I’ve searched through Adv

Hi EveryoneIs it possible to have the instructor’s slide deck in the training materials so that the instructor can access and present the slides without the attendees being able to access/view the slides for themselves? We tried hiding the slides but then couldn’t figure out if the instructor could access and present them. Many thanks

Does anyone know of a way that we can keep our notifications working, but disable them for one individual (e.g., high level executive) who does not want to receive notifications? Thanks!Jennifer

We are using a single evaluation material in an ILT class that has multiple sessions. Is there a way to see the evaluations by session? Currently when I try to run the report from Reports/Training material Statistics I get all of the results from all sessions in a single report. I feel like this is something I should be able to do and am somehow missing a box or a location to do it.

Hey everyone! New customer here, glad to be a part of the community! We need learners to be able to self-unenroll from courses/Learning Plans that they personally enrolled in - but prevent them from unenrolling in courses/LPs that were either assigned by their manager or by an admin. Is it possible to customize self-unenrollment to meet the need in the scenario above?(Or, is this how it already works and I am just unaware?) Thanks!Ryan

For example, I work in the real estate industry so I don’t have users who are building and maintaining nuclear power plants or managing textile manufacturing or newspaper print shops.

I’m trying to allow a power user to pull the survey data from a course, but I can’t find the appropriate setting. He has all permissions for reporting. Does anyone know which option I need to add?

Any idea on how to update the font used in my custom buttons? Trying to get them to match the custom content widget font  My CSS:/* Custom Buttons PU Page */.button_PU_page { border-radius: 4px; background-color: #105074; border: none; color: #FFFFFF; font-style: bold; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 28px; text-align: center; padding: 28px; height: auto; width: 100%; transition: all 0.5s; cursor: pointer;}.button_PU_page span { cursor: pointer; display: inline-block; position: relative; transition: 0.5s;}.button_PU_page span:after { content: '\00bb'; position: absolute; opacity: 0; top: 0; right: -20px; transition: 0.5s;}.button_PU_Page:hover span { padding-right: 25px;}.button_PU_page:hover span:after { opacity: 1; right: 0;}My Html on the widget:<a href="/pages/384/trace-power-user-guides"><button class="button_PU_page"><span>Power User Guides</span></button></a>Any help would be super appreciated - I

Hello! Is there something available on the platform that will allow you to see every notification that a course is assigned to? I really like the learning plan tab feature on the course properties page, where you can see every learning plan that contains the course you are editing. Is there something similar to this view for seeing all the notifications that the course is associated with?

Hi EveryoneOnce all users have been enrolled on a particular Learning Plan is it possible to pin that Learning Plan to the start of each user’s training record so that it always remains the first record (always visible when the user logs on) regardless of how many other courses/learning plans they are enrolled on later?

I have 2 users in one branch. I put one of the  user in a group and assigned that user to a specific menu. Why cant they see a the different menus? Below is my menu screen.  The menu I am having trouble with the  Cathy Menu (2nd on the list). If I put the Cathy menu  above the Default page, everyone can see it, not just the one user in the group I gave visibility to even though I show visibility to 1 group, and 1 level. If I put it below the default menu, (regardless of what visibility I uuse) the user cannot see the Cathy menu.  I've spent hours moving Cathy above and below the default menu and no matter what I do,  I cannot get the one user in the group to see the Cathy Menu. Thoughts?

Hello to allWe want to use Docebo connect to create new users from other systems we have,As part of it we need to set the user’s branch, but Docebo Connect expect me to provide the Branch IDI do not want to hard-coded it in the integration, What is the best practice or other options to set the Branch of a user? How do you manage it in your organization? Thank you all

We have a mixed audience of users included a number of deskless employees. When assigning compliance courses, often our production employees complete these in a room together as a facilitated session and a power user manually marks them off as complete. Often our deskless employees become frustrated at the reminder emails, which we have turned on to cater for our professional employees. Is there a way for users to disable email notifications on their end rather than us having to create two versions of the same course (professional vs production) simply to disable the notifications for a select group of production employees?

Channels have the advantage over catalogs for presenting courses because they include the status markers Not Started, In Progress, or Completed, as appropriate. However, many of our users are confused by the Not Started marker, because they are thinking they are required to take these courses as mandatory learning. Is there a way to hide the Not Started marker, or change it to something like Not Enrolled?

I just want to make sure I am not missing anything.  I am wanting to run a report and see how many completions were earned by actual attendance vs by watching the recording.  I am not seeing any fields available that would give this information. Are we not able to tell how a learner earned the attendance?

Hi,Is there anyway to make the admin gear menu a landing page.  It’s pretty annoying as a superadmin to have to click the gear from the landing page constantly.  It would be better to have it as the main page.

I need to offer a course across my organization and see that everyone has taken it. Based on their department, I want to vary the training materials visible by their branch. Is that something I can set up? If not, what is the fastest way to build this to meet the multiple audience need and allow me to aggregate to see who hasn’t taken it? TIA.

Hello,in our catalogues we have some equal courses but in different languages (italian, french, german and english). I created mutual equivalences for them, in this way a user who complete the course in his/her mothertongue outomatically complete the others equal courses. But I notice that by setting as completed also equivalent courses, the user gain badges and points from all of them and it’s not correct for the logic of gamification. Is there a possibility to add an equivalency option which let to separate badges and points and just get those of the course actually completed? Many thanks,
