I have a client that moved all their users to a single Branch accidentally. 😉How could you undo or find data on old Branches?CheersVin

Is there anything to be aware of when selecting the Password Dictionary Check option? Will this force a password change for all users or just certain users who don’t meet requirements? I did a trial run and it doesn’t seem to add much extra security. It allowed me to use simple, common passwords still like ‘password11’. Any ideas what exactly it checks for?

Hi there,I would like to assign specific dates (time window) to when a test can be taken. I am looking for the best way to do this. Is it possible to assign to/and from dates to a test? Or is it possible to make it only accesible with a password created by the moderator for example?I've only come up with a workaround I do not like so far. This contains creating a 'test-course' containing only the test and then assiging the dates the couse with the test can be vieuwed. Any ideas? Help much appreciated. Thanks

I have created a certificate for an ILT course and connected it successfully to the course. The recipient’s name and the course name print out fine. I can’t seem to get the date to print on the certificate. I have tried multiple shortcodes; [lt_session_date_end]  [date_end] [date_complete]. They show when I download the example from the platform. When I go in as a user and attempt to download, the date doesn’t appear. What am I missing? Your help is so appreciated!dates won’t show on user certificate :(

Hello everyone, Is there a way to expand a course in the ‘my team’ section to further breakdown which parts of a course have been completed? Currently it only shows overall for a module status, and trying to provide our Managers with a much data to help drive completion.  thank you,

Hello :-)  Is it possible to run a report that will show all courses in the platform and include details such as date created, published, track, created by etc?  I am aiming to have all information relating to all courses created in one report to allow me to track and ensure they are reviewed and updated.  Thanks :-)

Hi, Our nursing staff does skills checklists at hire.  We need to be able to assign checklists and have more than one custom user be the validator.  The reason is that different people may have validated skills at different times.  Perhaps a coworker witnessed the live patient central line cleaning but an educator may have witnessed the assembly steps prior. Both witnesses need to validate different steps and add their own notes

Hello, Is there a way to assign a group to a Manager so they later can see it under “My teams” page? or only unique users can be added?  Thank you

How can I have this structure in Docebo?Primary Manager - Can view all teams (team membersstatus and course activity) and assign content to themSecondary Manager - Can view only his team (team membersstatus and course activity) and assign content to them Thank you

Does anyone have any idea if it is possible to embed information from a user profile (additional fields visible to users) into an HTML document on a course?

Hi,Can you give permission to a Power User profile to use the API browser?I’ve just tested and I’m getting ‘forbidden / permission denied’Would be great if they can to help with bigger admin tasks!ThanksAnt

Hello community,I am seeking assistance with an issue I've encountered. I am attempting to update a user's additional fields using the PUT /manage/v1/user/{id} endpoint. However, I'm facing some challenges and would appreciate your help. The message structure I'm using for the update is as follows:{    "userid": "test@test.com",    "email": "test@test.com",    "additional_fields": {        "3": "Finland",        "4": "No"    }}Upon sending the request, I receive a response indicating "success." However, I've noticed that the additional fields are not being updated as expected. To make matters worse, if the user already had some values in these fields, they are being replaced to “blank” by my request.Thank you in advance for your support.

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone has managed to find a way to disable the checklist feature in Docebo.  We’re not using it at the moment but may do in the future - however, we’d like to hide the feature in the manager functionality.

I’m looking to implement at least two bots - one that indexes both our docebo as well as our multiple knowledge bases at our company, and one that has access to sharepoint and other internal document stores. Potentially a third one could be a sales roleplay bot. All of these would be microsoft power virtual agents implemented through iframes. Has anyone implemented any bots in their LMS via iframes yet? You can see an example of how I want the third one (sales roleplay) to play out here:https://www.linkedin.com/posts/leonardrodman_self-prompting-for-sales-roleplay-with-chatgpt-ugcPost-7072584132538613761-5ZV-?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop

Hi! We currently have links to other learning platforms included in the upper left menu, however, not a lot of users can find these links, so we were planning to add them as tiles in the landing page. It seems like the only way to achieve this is to add custom boxes with the link in the button of each box, but we think it looks too crowed. We were hoping to get a clean look, any ideas? suggestions? examples? Thanks!

Hello, I’m new to the docebo community, and as I find all of the great ideas/solutions that people have utilized in the past, I would like to be able to bookmark ideas so that when I am able to implement functionality down the road I can remember that there was already a quick easy solution.  How can I do this.  I’ve currently been trying to “like” a post, but don’t see that as a good way to manage it long term.

Hi,I was just wondering if there is anyway we can stop the ‘You have been enrolled’ notification for courses in which you self enroll on. The email notification is just clutter - If you have enrolled yourself you don’t really need an email also letting you know what you have done. I would still like notifications though when when courses are assigned to users by either managers or superadmins (Courses they won’t know they are enrolled in). My only other options would just be to turn off this notification completely and rely on managers/power users/superusers to let users know they have been assigned in another way. Any help or any other ideas/workarounds will be much appreciated. Thanks!

I am having difficulty with the UI for course completion and keep changing the settings on my SCORM packages to get what I want to happen.I am at the point now where I want to create new versions of the same SCORM package and replace them over each other in the course. I know I can change my enrollment status to “in progress” and “not started” but that doesn’t seem to effect that I’ve completed the SCORM training material. How can I clear/edit that so I can take the course and tracking again fresh? Thanks!

Hallo everyone,I run a training school and we have all our online courses on Docebo. It’s a long time we have the feeling a few students are “cheating”, I mean they give to other people their username/password who can access our courses and training materials without permission and for free. That’s because the enormous amount of hours spent on the course, for a single person. Luckily, there are only a few students with this strange behaviour. My question is: is there a way to monitor the user IP address?I already asked the Docebo assistance for help, they gave me some useful tips, but suggested to make a post here.thanks to anyone who can help,Stefan

I was trying to develop one learning plan for all compliance training -- approximately 5 courses/topics. The challenge I faced was that certain courses only applied to certain individuals. For example, a manager in California would take a different Sexual Harassment Prevention course than a manager in Texas. I was comfortable with creating an IC learning plan and a manager learning plan but I didn’t want to create 4 different manager learning plans (CA, IL, NY, everyone else) if only one course was different.  I ended up rolling out the courses individually vs doing it in a learning plan but I would like to think there is an easier way?

Apologies if this has already been raised, but I can’t seem to locate an exact discussion. Is there a way to change the size of the learning objective window in the new course player when it’s a video? We upload videos that are hosted in Wistia and whereas they fit perfectly in the current window, whilst trialling the new course player view we’re left with black bars either side of the video as it’s wider. I know you can change to full screen once play has been clicked, but the initial view looks awful aesthetically. Thanks.

I have been updating users via csv files for over a year. This time, several fields did not show up in the list of fields available for mapping. They include the firstname, lastname and e-mail fields. This prevents the entire update.Does anyone know what’s going on here and how to fix it?

Good morning community! 😍Do any of you have any completion certificate templates or HTML code that you can share to make your completion certificates a little prettier? We've created a number of very attractive backgrounds, but I'm going crazy with entering the text on the platform.Thank you all in advance and have a great eveningAll my best Edo

Has anyone else had issues getting what they need from the Audit Trail? A couple of times I have tried to determine who created a course & have narrowed the Time Frame to reflect when I know that course was uploaded, but I still could not find it. The first time this happened I tried adding a buffer period of about a week on either side & that worked, but the last time I tried this same approach I was still not able to find what I was looking for.I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong, but ultimately it meant i had to reach out to several Power Users before finding what/whom I was looking for. Any input is, as ever, greatly appreciated.Regards,Nate
