Hi there, has anyone expereinced/solved this issue with Docebo log in?
I have entered my login credentials, and it appears to move forward with logging in. Then, the screen reverts to the log in page again.
Here’s more details about my efforts so far to troubleshoot:
- Other admin on our team are not having issues.
- I had another superadmin on our team change my password, then I tried logging in. Same issue.
- I then cleared cache/cookies, and tried logging in, and new password worked.
- Then I logged out, and tried logging in again, and had the same initial problem.
- I requested new password from ‘reset link’’ and set a new one, but same problem.
I’m using Microsoft Edge browser.
Any ideas?
