I though the ideas portal had a different format for a little over a year. Did I teleport or is it back to the previous format again but with support from the Product Roadmap as well?

+3Totally understand your confusion! Unfortunately, if it’s not in the template, the status will get updated to Closed. We do have a significant backlog at the moment and are trying our best to keep up. Using the outlined process will also greatly help us mitigate backlogs in the process.
