Need help with CSV Enrollment template file

Can someone please share the required date format for the CSV enrollment field? The documentation in Docebo University suggests that the template contains the required format, but I keep getting “Please enter a valid date format string for: active_until” errors. I also noticed that when I upload my template, the process does not see or recognize my course courses. It doesn’t appear as one of the options to move over to the right. Is there a minimum character requirement for course codes?

Dear all,It’s been a very positive improvement that Docebo removed the necessity for instructors to be enrolled to ILTs. This removed them from the statistics. Unfortunately, the programmers missed the fact that an instructor will still be enrolled when he calls up the learner view. Have I missed something here? Have you also noticed this?It should not be too difficult to intercept this type of behaviour.Uwe

Do any other system admins on here find Docebo Support exceptionally poor when it comes to assistance with Salesforce integration?

The bureaucratic ticket intake and resolution process makes it worse because every time you have to go to Tier 1, wait, then go to Tier 2, wait. SLAs are fulfilled by reps responding to the messages but not by finding solutions. It’s said we can get better support but we have to pay extra.

Hello everyone. I will no longer be very active in this community, as I’m changing jobs and in the new place and role (outside of the LMS space) I will no longer be working with Docebo’s solutions. I want to thank everyone for the few years of great cooperation, support, and discussions.Thank you, @erin.brisson and the whole Docebo team, for setting this up and making it such a welcoming place for exchanging ideas. It’s the best product community I’ve ever been part of, and I often use it as an example of how to engage customers and partners in a mutually beneficial collaboration with the vendor. A special thanks to the fellow members who were listed on many weekly leaderboards, who were always ready to help, correct my mistakes, and share ideas - @lrnlab @Bfarkas @dklinger @gstager @Daniel @elamast and probably many more with whom I interacted, but can’t recall their names now. Has anyone released the new course player to all of your users?

We are currently testing the new course player functionality in our sandbox, but we want to get ready to release to everyone.If you have released it to all of your users, I’m curious to know:How it was received by your users?  Any questions or issues that are coming up from your users?  Did you do any communication to your users about the new course player? System outage?

Is anyone else having trouble logging in at the moment? It was working until maybe half an hour ago (9:45am CST). The icon in the bookmark ribbon has also changed from our company’s logo to the Docebo logo.

Hello all...brand new to the world of Docebo.  Excited to learn about about it...here’s the 411 on me! What's your name? - Colin Deans What's your job title and industry? - Manager: Learning & Development for Nuclear Waste Management Organization (NWMO) How long have you used Docebo? - This is day 1 (eeek) Where are you located? - Toronto, On.  Canada In your opinion, what is the most underrated Docebo feature? - Completely unsure! If you could have any one superpower, what would it be? - You know as a professed comic book geek (BTW all in on Marvel...not a fan of DC...I mean how many times do we need to reboot Batman??!?!), this is a difficult question to nail down.  They all have their pros and cons.  Love the superspeed stuff, so I guess it would be the ability to run fast and endlessly without tiring.
