My name is Melissa Kruminas, and I have recently joined Docebo as the Director of Customer Education leading both our Docebo Community and Docebo University teams. I was previously a Docebo customer, and I joined Docebo as an employee at the end of last year.

I live just outside of Nashville, Tennessee (who was at Inspire!??). As for the most underrated Docebo offering, I have to say Flow. The power to put learning in the flow of work is a game changer.

If I could have one superpower, it would be to read minds. And last but not least, an interesting fact about me is that I come from a Global Enablement background, so I’ve led everything from technical writing, customer education, and partner enablement to L&D, community, certification, and sales enablement. What I truly love about my role at Docebo is getting to see all the different use cases for which people are leveraging our platform. I am continuously amazed by the creativity and innovation that our customers bring to this community.
