It helped us use custom CSS in our portal! So many members here are really good at different things and we love that everyone is so helpful and wants to share. We used some code that was shared to help us hide buttons we didn’t want our users to see.

Like others have mentioned, I really appreciate the support with CSS and API usage. What makes this community so valuable is the spirit of collaboration—sharing our work, learning from each other, and continuously improving together. It’s like one wheel that turns better and stronger with every contribution.

The Docebo Community has helped me learn more about CSS and offer more creative page and widget suggestions to my clients.

Forum|alt.badge.img+1

Docebo Community has been a great support system—whenever I’ve had a question, someone’s already asked it (and answered it!). The product tips, real use-case discussions, and admin tricks have helped me solve issues faster and use features more effectively. It’s like having a team of experts always on standby!

I would have to note that I have found making connections with the “Pros” and all of the out of the box solutions to issues that I have encountered. I have learned not to expect a “simple” solution 😅 if you ask a question here in the community or reach out personally to a connection, you receive ATLEAST three to four solutions that you would have NEVER even thought to have tried, and even better is that those solutions are so easy to follow and execute!

The community has helped me learn how to use the platform more efficiently - so much to learn and so much to do.

This community has been a wealth of information on multiple topics. It is my go to whenever we need to  do anything to our CSS as this house is full of coders.

We do a lot of complicated stuff with ILT’s and learning plans and to have a community that has answers or can act as a sounding board has made these challenges manageable.

Also gut checks. I do a lot of these. “I am trying to do X and seeing Y. Is that because something is broken, or am I doing it wrong?” Huge thanks to everyone for commenting on these.

Docebo is my 4th LMS and this community is by far the best of any of them. Really appreciate Docebo making a great place for us all to interact.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

Docebo has helped me by providing a safe space to ask questions and not feel like my question is dumb or that I should know the answer. In my interactions, everyone has been eager to help and super nice in wanting to ensure questions are answered.

I really appreciate when someone provides a workaround to a situation we are experiencing, yet we do not have a resolution for. One example is that I posted an idea about having an option for the trainer or trainers of an ILT course to automatically display their name in an ILT course survey, as there is no option to have a trainer's or trainers' name listed on a survey built within Docebo now. When our management reviews the survey results, they do not have a way of determining which trainer the survey is intended for. One Docebo Community member responded and shared they experienced the same issue, and provided me with their workaround, by adding a single or multiple-choice option with the trainer's names for the learners to select from in the survey. I thought it was a brilliant idea. So, I added a multiple-choice option with the trainers' names displayed so the learners can select which trainers trained them. I also added a free text field for them to add comments, calling out specific trainers, so our management would know which ones the comments are applied to. This was a big win for our management.

Hello! The community is helpful when there are issues within the platform, and knowing we are not alone in the issue. Also, finding solutions that others have come up with for issues.

One of the biggest ways Docebo community  helps us is with Product updates, because we have to provide updates to our internal LMS team regularly. We will present the changes to them and whether or not these changes will effect them moving forward.

The Docebo community has given me a space to read real examples of how other companies are utilizing Docebo’s resources. I’m still fairly new to Docebo, so I find it helpful to check out posts here  along with the Knowledge Base articles for more context.

Oh man, so many helpful CSS examples to hide certain things. We also got an idea from the community to make a superadmin only home page that had quick links to course management, user management, power user management, and so on. It’s a lot faster vs clicking the gear in the top right and finding what you need in the list. Here’s our superadmin hub :)

Helpful for troubleshooting issues or learning about hacks/features before we try and implement them.

Hi everyone, Happy Birthday Docebo!

Community has helped me immensely. I was hired into a Learning Admin role in 2022 and then became the primary LMS admin at launch in July 2023. The community has supported me as I have grown as both a user and an admin. I have learned about and use CSS/HTML, extended enterprise, an outlook connection, API integrations, page design, and FME/FTP systems. Thanks to everyone for collaborating and helping me grow and survive the learning curve!!

I’m new here and don’t know a whole lot the Docebo Community, but I’m eager to learn and see how I can use it for my program as well.   The feedback from my customers has been positive and I’m so happy to be able to help them too.  Seeing the out-of-the-box ideas and solutions has been my starting point and I love the suggestions!

It’s been great seeing how others are using their system and the creative solutions they’ve come up with to resolve issues. I think most of my searches in the community was for how others are handling specific needs when the system doesn’t do quite what we need it to.

The community has helped me with creative solutioning for learning requests and has inspired me to try new things. I referenced the community when we started our homepage redesign project for home page reference examples. I usually go to the community when I can’t find what I’m looking for on the help page. The community has also given me some fun ideas such as automated new hire home pages!

Docebo Community has been a major help in finding quick solutions to issues we run into and the general learning from others on how someone may be doing something.

I love the fact, we can ask a question to see if anyone else is running into the same problem OR if someone else has done something within the LMS that works as we explore parts more in depth.  Someone normally always answers the questions which is great!!!

We are in the process of doing major clean up (for example archiving old enrollments for retired courses).

I also asked at one time about time zones, what is working with the tag in the notifications as GMT confuses people.

I turn to the community a lot to share pain points and learn best practices from others.  One specific answer was finding the CSS to remove a menu item on the My Teams page.  It allowed me to roll out the Teams functionality and not worry about users making unintended changes.
