AI Roleplay - Reconnecting

Does anyone have an issue with the AI Roleplay not working properly? Whenever I attempt to preview the roleplay nothing seems to happen. I get a “Reconnecting” banner, but I haven’t found a solution or a reason why this happens.

Hi Erin, our end-users are experiencing the same issue, and we've noticed that it occurs when multiple users are using the AI Roleplay simultaneously and working through the same scenario.

Do you know what might be causing this? Are there any limits on the number of users who can work on the same AI Roleplay scenario at the same time?

​@joymiegarcia thank you for sharing this challenge with other users. I passed it along to the team and they are already working on a resolve for this issue. They suggest creating a support ticket so you can be updated when there is resolution.
