Please note: this post is a follow up to a workshop exclusively for clients who are waiting for an assigned Docebo onboarding resource (SDM). If you already have a SDM or have completed onboarding, the information in this post may not be relevant for you.

Below you will find answers to the questions asked in this workshop. However, whether you attended the workshop or not, if you have any questions related to the topic, please post them as a reply below and we’ll be sure to answer them.


 

Questions

 

Q. When adding a logo to the platform how will the platform behave if the image is smaller? Will it be stretched?

  1. After doing some testing it looks like it will preserve the dimensions of the image as long as they are smaller than the suggested dimensions. It will not allow you to upload images that are larger.

Q. How can we test how the platform will look on different device types?

  1. You can use the dev tools within your browser to see how the page looks on different devices.

Q. What accessibility tools are available to evaluate the platform?

  1. We don’t currently have any built in tools but here are some resources I found that other clients have used.
