Good afternoon and a happy Sunday to you, In our shared space, getting folks to complete mandated training is one of the things that we (supposedly) shine at. We (all of us) can demonstrate that we can scale learning to the thousands, but after working for a large healthcare system the concept of mandating healthcare professionals at the different levels? I can report to you that trying to push a mandate can feel like trying to corale cats without dedicated staff or processes. A big piece of it is to align with your compliance and quality teams what does it mean to have something mandated. So to the bigger questions: Has your organization figured out what the meaning of mandatory is? What is it at your organization? Does that meaning come with incentive or threat? Who does “the chase” look like after hitting your threshold for success with any given mandated campaign? Is there a magic in Docebo that you are using to move along that mandate beyond scheduled reporting? How successful has
Hello Docebo Community, We are about a year away from implementing a new Electronic Health Record called Epic for a system of Community Health Centers. We are exploring the idea of using Flow with Epic. We are a few weeks away from meeting with the Epic learning implementation team about the possibility of the Epic/Flow interoperability. Do any of you have knowledge of or experience with using Docebo Flow in Epic (or any EHR, like NextGen or Cerner). If so, I would love to chat! Many thanks!Aaron
Many of us have been sharing information about how to make use of the government mandated eLearning that has been created by elfh in Docebo. There have been two major issues: elfh used a very old format (AICC) and they wrongly published their courses as AICC 4.1 (they are now correctly this to 4.0). There is a bug in Docebo that triggers an error on status flags that prevents the user progress being recorded in Doecbo. Docebo has identified the problem and it is planned to be fixed on 29 March. In the meantime there are some work around that were shared by @gigi galgoczi One of them created a course with 2 training material: a HTML type of material embedding the e-lfh link (which completes as soon as the material loads in the course player) and another test type of training material with a file upload questions that instructs learners to upload their certificate from e-lfh. So the course only completes when this upload happens. ( Another used a similar approach, but they uploaded the e
By popular demand, the Healthcare User Group is here! This group is a place for Docebo admins within the Healthcare industry (in any location!) to discuss and collaborate on industry related topics. Shoutout to @aswartz for the group recommendation and for volunteering to be group owner 💚
Hi, I’d like to be able to run a report to see all skills that users have assessed of having. Is this a report that is possible? If so, how do I build it? Thank you!
Welcome everyone to this new group created for Docebo super admins working in Healthcare. This group was formed out of a necessity for UK Healthcare organisations to rollout some mandated training. However, we recognise that there may be value in sharing across healthcare, regardless of location. Please share any topics here you’d like to discuss. We were also thinking it might be nice to plan a call once we get some members to discuss what we’d like to contribute and get out of the group.
Hi all - we have another topic to discuss the mandated Oliver McGowan eLearning but I’m curious how others are approaching the ILT portion of the mandate? Have you had anyone involved in the Train the Trainer sessions for Tier 1 or Tier 2? As we are national we don’t have a clear contact at an ICB so are struggling to get in on what’s happening until it’s too late. I did have a call with HEE last week but the information is still a bit unclear. It seems we are too late to send a trio for the Tier 1 TTT, and we will be informed about Tier 2 TTT only a few days before they happen as the coms are primarily through ICBs. Curious how others are progressing on this part of the programme? This seems to be the best overview of the requirements I’ve found so far. Best regards,Aimee
This group is dedicated to Docebo admins within the Healthcare industry to interact with each other and discuss industry related topics.
