Hi all,Hopefully a quick and straight forward question to anyone that uses Docebo Connect for the Outlook integration…Is it only the ‘admin’ Outlook account that links to Connect that needs to be M365?We are moving across to 365, but probably not until next year, but we do have a number of licences for it for testing and configuration.  My thinking is that we can use one of these accounts to do the ‘middle man’ bit of Connect that will then send an invite to the rest of the firm’s 2016 Outlook accounts.I really hope this is the case 😊 

Hello,The organization I’m with is currently using Docebo to offer health coaching. I’m interested in hearing if/how anyone has used the platform to facilitate challenges (we offer step challenges, pushup challenges, etc.). All suggestions/ideas are welcome!

hi, I am trying to add an interactive reaction buttons html widget to my LMS homepage. when I test the code on an external platform, it seems to work fine, but when I try to add this to an HTML widget, for some reason the buttons are not visible, and the html code I am adding in the widget configuration settings, disappears. is there any additional configuration I need to do here?would appreciate any help, thanks! 

Hi everyone, Has anyone else experienced a delay in the system when a Power User makes any changes?For example, it seems to take around 24 hours between:A Power User approving a pending user, and that user appearing on their list under User Management. A Power User changing an additional field of a user, and that user being enrolled in courses (when the enrolment is based on values in that additional field).There are definitely more examples that aren’t coming to me at the moment, but hopefully this isn’t something that is clearly documented somewhere and I have just missed it somehow.If anyone has experienced this, is there anything that can be done? Many thanks! Henrik

Hi everyone! I feel like I may be missing something very obvious. Use case: Instructor of an e-Learning course receives notification if a learner failed the course test onlyCurrent set up: “Learner completed or failed a test in a course” notification is set up; I don’t see anywhere that I could limit the notification to just failures. The passing score is set up accurately for the test itself and shows up accurately on the reports page. Current outcome: Instructor receives an email each time someone takes the test, not only when the learner fails. Question: Is there a way for the email to only trigger when the learner fails the test?

Can non-power users download a new custom report which has been delivered to them via email as a scheduled report? In the past we haven’t have any issue with non-power users being able to download reports this way however, in recent weeks we’ve been receiving many reports of errors when non-power users try to download reports from scheduled emails.

Hello Docebians!I have been doing some testing using session waitlist and want to confirm my findings too make sure I am not missing anything. USE CASE: Enrollment deadline imposed at session level.  We still want users to be able to enroll but be waitlisted so the admin can move them and have that visibility to late enrollees to be able to send out comms/materials. FINDINGS: Imposing a deadline removes the session from user visibility on that date regardless if there is capacity.  This means that the waitlist function is based purely on seating capacity and doesn’t allow for a secondary utilization based on enrollment deadlines. SOLUTION: It seems that the only way to have a waitlist enabled based on an enrollment deadline is to manually set the session capacity to match current enrollment count on the day of the enrollment deadline. This is less than desirable because of 1) t

Hi Folks,  We’re relatively new to Docebo. I’ve searched and haven’t quite found what I’m looking for, but I don’t necessarily think it’s a broke/fix issue, so I wanted to come here first and see if I could find an answer.  Our company provides test-out options for compliance training, but only if the user has completed their previous years’ compliance module.  In our previous LMS, we were able to utilize the automatic groups to determine our audience who have already completed previous versions of the course. We were sort of able to do the same in Docebo’s platform; however, we archived historical data once we moved over, and now our automatic groups aren’t functioning as initially anticipated.  I guess my question is two-fold: have you leveraged automatic groups to build audiences for test-out options in this way? If so, what has worked best for your group?  If you’ve not leveraged automatic groups this

I am trying to send a notification to users on the day a course is due (single email or digest) and have been unsuccessful with my tests. The only options seem to be those listed below and zero is not a valid number for ‘how many days after/ before the event‘. A number 1 entered on either does not return same-day due dates. Is there a way to unassign a course from all learning pathways?Currently, I can only see how to unassign a course from a learning pathway one at a time, and there is no ‘select all’ option.I need to remove a course from over 100+ learning pathways.Any ideas on the best way to complete this?

Can someone provide the API Call to extract the names/emails/usernames of users enrolled in particular Courses?We need to this to set up a database for a ID card company to extract these details from Docebo to provide the users access via ID cards..

Greetings all, I have a number of courses that I need to turn the deep link on, or off, and the self-enrollment option either on or off. I worked out how to do this via the API. The Requirement: Create a Q&A widget that is associated with and isolated to a single page that contains multiple channels and catalogues, rather than a single channel on the page, or with all channels on the site.The Challenge:When you create this widget, it wants to be associated with exactly 1 channel (which is no good for a page with multiple channels / catalogues), or with ALL channels (cluttering up everything).The Solution:Create and publish an empty channel with the appropriate experts who can respond to questions. We’ve identified skills that our employees should have, and have the training to go with these skills to increase competency at each level.Our challenge is to find the correct tool to aggregate everything into, and pull out reporting that shows which employees will best suit upcoming projects.In a discussion with Docebo, Skills Management works from the User side. We have gotten our people very interested in earning badges, and we’re using the badging inside Docebo as part of that.I know how to display to someone what badges they have earned, but is there a way to list everyone who has earned a certain badge?Part of the value of badges for our people is seeing their name on a list along with all the other learners. So they see if their friends, teammates, direct reports, etc, have earned a badge at a glance.Right now we’re using an HTML/WYSIWYG widget and just writing everyone’s name to display on a page, but if there’s a better way I know the clever Docebo community has figured it out.So what are you guys doing to display to the whole organization everyone who has earned a particular badge?

Can anyone explain why our Power Users cannot see all notifications?  I have a power user profile which has NOTIFICATIONS: CREATE, EDIT, VIEW.  and has access to edit the courses that the notifications are attached to and the users.They can see the course, they can see the enrolments, but the notification management area is empty.

Hello,I pulled a training material from the central repository to a new course i created, I am noticing that when I enroll a user to the new course its making them complete automatically. Any suggestions? 

Hello, Fellow Docebeans, First time post with a question for the community.  We have been using Docebo to power our learning platform for a few months now and are happily growing into our new system.  We predominantly run multiple sessions of the same course and a single learner will only take each course once.  Upon completion of the session, the learner receives a certificate of completion.What is the best way to set two criteria for completing the session?  We would like to ensure that all learners are attending each event, as well as completing all training materials. Thank you all in advance for your advice,Kevin
