We created profiles for Power Users to create, edit and export Reports for Training Record purposes.  Our Power Users have access to all Users of certain Branches but Reports only pull Users that were in the platform at the time of granting access.  Users activated in the platform after the date of granting access do not pull into the Reports.  I have searched the Community, University, and reviewed permissions and cannot locate a setting or correction for this issue.Has anyone experienced this and were you able to find a setting so that when the Power User pulls a Report, it includes all Users at the time they pulled the Report, not when they were given permission?Thank you!

Is there anyway to make a checklist go to a manager for approval when it’s a training material in a course?  Or do you have to schedule the checklist by itself to have those approvals?

We’ve launched the My Skills feature and have been looking for a way to report on the number of people who have completed the Skills setup wizard. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to find a way (would love to know if you have an idea) and there is no way to export Skills information from the Skills Management page.However, we’ve had success using the Skill API called “Retrieve The Entire Skills List” then putting that call into Postman and running it a sufficient number of times to capture all of our skills information (since each page of the export has a maximum of 200 records), saving each page as a JSON file and merging them in one Excel report. If that sounds complicated, it’s not really - it’s just a matter of steps, each one of which isn’t too hard (thanks to @Bfarkas).Our report allows us to see and sort by the same data as on the Skills Management page such as number of people who chose a cert

There is a “Suggested for You” widget underneath the information on a given course on its course page. I was wondering: Is there a way to incorporate this in a Channel? I know there are AI-based Channels, but these are working off of skill tagging. Is there a way to create a “Suggested for You” AI-based channel that recommends courses based on enrollment and/or completions? Thank you!

We are currently in the process of launching a new eLearning course and we want to give the learners 90 days to complete the training.  I know how to do this using the course validity. However, what we would like to do is lock the course for those who haven’t completed it, meaning they would have to be nominated again before re-enrollment.  We would like to keep the course open for those who have completed it though so they can go back and access the material again. In short, we want... People who complete the course within 90 days to have lifelong access.People who fail to complete in the time to lose access. Is there a way to achieve this without manually removing users from the course when their time is up?

Hi there,I was using the 'Type' filter in the Central Repository to filter out all my video content. This works great! However, I want to take it a step further. Is there a way to identify only Youtube content for example? The Video filter seems to find all kinds of video material in the system.   Thanks in advance, curious to see if there are ways to do this.   

I’ve had a MAC OS user say they are unable to see the left hand main menu - pop-up blockers are off for the site. Any ideas?

Has anyone run into the problem where the Enrollments Sync just hangs up and never stops? This is a problem because we can receive notifications from Docebo for FAILED syncs, but not for syncs that start but never stop. What happens is we realize weeks have gone by that training records are not updated. Then we open Docebo and see that the Enrollments Sync is still in progress. Docebo Support said that we need a Salesforce developer to configure a notification within Salesforce to notify someone that the sync started but never completed.

We’re going to implement course satisfaction surveys (yea, we’re a bit behind the times 🤣) and I know that I want to use a local survey from the Central Repository. Building the survey is no issue. And I’ve gotten the Survey - Question Answers report to publish correctly.I’m confused on the following:I want a local survey because we want information about each course, and we want the learner to complete the SAME survey for each course. But how do I know WHICH course they have completed it for? Since it is a local survey, won’t my reporting be a mess? Like all responses to all surveys just in one report? For APIs - I know the API wants a ‘poll ID’ but I can’t find where to get that info. Is that the same as Survey Completion ID or Question ID that I can pull from the Survey - Question Answers report?Thanks!

I can’t find a way to see what I have allowed a user.  It could be courses, learning plans, or subscriptions.  I want to check that I am giving the correct access.  There must be a way.They would not have enrolled yet, so I cannot use the User Summary and the reports all assume the person enrolled and provides that status.  That doesn’t help.(I have external customers, partners, and internal users, so important I am not giving away things for free that I shouldn’t be).Does anyone know of a way?  I don’t see any prior threads in the Community, so maybe I am missing a feature somewhere. 

This may be a long shot, but I’m looking for some CSS help. Through extended enterprise, we have public catalogs with courses for sale. In the course info, there are these tabs: I’d like to use CSS to add in a custom tab. Does anyone know if this is possible? Thank you!!

I export a full user report (approx 31k users) once or twice with no issues. I check the boxes I need and click Export XLS file and it works. I get this message and an instant download.Today, when trying to run a full user report, i get this message and email. I tried running it with less users and got the same message. Anyone else?  

Hi everyone!We've been given guidance by our Marketing and Design team on some pointers on the top Nav. One of the things which they want to see is - the Nav header remaining highlighted based on the page we are on aka an Active nav link indicator for every page. For example - If I am to navigate to the 'Home' page the Top Nav should highlight the 'Home' button on the Nav. Proposed lookUpon further research I have seen that an Active nav link indicator can only be added via JavaScript which Docebo Learn does not support at the moment.Is there any roundabout way to do this with only the help of CSS? Would really appreciate insights on this problem, thanks!

Does anyone know if there is an option for a user to access while in Docebo that will let them unregister, deactivate, expire, or delete their own account if they no longer wish to be registered.

I am trying to think through and standardize practices for Global programs delivered in multiple languages from an LMS admin perspective. Courses only allows for one language designation at the course level.  Our Catalogs are split up by languages Program managers would prefer to go to 1 course to monitor registrations. **Reports could be used to pull multiple sessions into 1 view Want to avoid users accidentally registering for a wrong language One course with many sessions in various languages seems to be a poor user experience and confusingWould love to hear how those with similar use cases have managed this!!

Hi All,Usually I’m quite good on the research but this one is just wearing me down. I’ve tested and gotten conflicting results and I’ve gotten conflicting reports from my colleagues about their experiences.We have the Zoom v3 integration in place. Some of our Instructors will be using the Zoom integration (webinar or meeting) and some will be using the Custom Tool and setting up their meetings in Zoom and bringing in the URL.I’ve been researching this and honestly cannot determine if there is any way we can create events and have Zoom’s attendance information automatically populate in Docebo. Can someone please let me know the simplest way to make this happen and/or point me towards any articles on this topic.Thank you! 

We’ve been struggling with SSO implementation, and we’re 30 days into a support ticket with no light at the end of the tunnel, despite escalation and looping in account managers. Turning to the community for support…Here’s the scenario – we’ve got a custom OpenID provider for our industry, and many of the apps our stakeholders utilize have the same SSO integration. All our users start from our custom member portal where they are authenticated into our OpenID SSO provider. From here, we intend to have our Docebo users click a link to be taken into the LMS directly, without having to authenticate again. Here’s the problem – as of right now, if you go straight to our LMS login page, and click the “Login with OpenID Connect”, it works perfectly. However, the Login URL that we intend to embed in our member portal that we’ve been provided is not working. It takes users to the LMS login page and says there’s an error. Hi all,We’ve combined our LinkedIn Learning with our parent company and are in the process of creating two SSO instances - one for our group and one for the parent group. The parent group is the default SSO in LinkedIn Learning admin portal. I know the steps to integrate LinkedIn Learning into Docebo (article); however, the LinkedIn Learning tech team said that if we have a user access LinkedIn Learning from Docebo it will prompt them to login in via the default SSO (our parent company). Workaround is to make our SSO the default (not an option). Anyone else have two SSOs for LinkedIn Learning and use the Docebo<> LinkedIn Learning integration? And if so, what settings did you have to configure to make it work?Open to any and all ideas!Thanks, D’Arcy

Good morning everyone, I am hoping someone else has had to fix this issue. We have added an added field about opting in/out of email lists and only a portion is visible. Has anyone else had to expand these fields to show all of the test? Any and all help greatly appreciated! 

Forgive me if this has been asked already, but while I’ve seen several posts talking about tracking issues with Rise 360 courses, I’ve not found one that details best practices for export.Apart from knowing xAPI is a newer standard than SCORM, I’m far from an expert at the pros/cons of each format, and even less of an expert with each version. In my testing, while I’ve read Docebo can have trouble indexing xAPI for its global search, I’ve personally not found the SCORM content indexes particularly well for me either.In that way, what is the recommended format for Rise 360 courses published to Docebo? SCORM or xAPI?If SCORM, what version & edition works best/is recommended?Thanks for any insights you’re able to offer.

Using Wire Transfer payment method to mimic invoicing…When we first launched eCommerce, we found that there was no option that would allow us to BILL our customers. We had a look at the Wire Transfer method and found that with a little tweaking, we could use this to mimic the invoicing process. when a user checks out and selects the WT option, the transactions and access to the course remains in a “pending” status until the admin marks it as PAID. We use the eCommerce Transaction report to export our transactions and send them over to accounting system via ftp (this part is optional and requires an accounting system that allows this type of connection or some kind of import tool). The Tweaks:added some Additional Fields to the user profiles to capture information needed by the accounting system updated WT labels in Localization with language that better fits and invoice method created an internal pr

I am looking for some advice on using Docebo Learn for monthly reoccurring training sessions. My team used it previously but not in many years and I went through Docebo University’s course on this, really just looking for tips, things to avoid, etc. We have the legacy solution, Docebo Growth plan, which I believe is only Docebo Learn. Please correct me if I’m wrong. :) Things I am looking for:-scheduling/enroll link with limits -video conference integration (teams)-easy management, as we do not have dedicated lms admin -using it with a Cloudshare VM Is this all possible within the built-in features or do I need a third party solution?

Course A is in two learning plans X and Y we want Course A in one learning plan X only we want to add training material to course A (name it B) and put it in plan Y only we don't want the users that already completed course A in the two learning plans to retake anything. How do we do that? Possible solution??Duplicate Course A - and carry over training material.  Rename copy of Course A to make it Course B  make course A mutually equivalent to course B and vice versus  add course B to learning plan Y  (now it has both original course A and duplicate course B) remove course A from learning plan Y ( now LP Y has just B course) ??? ????All the users that completed the original course A still have completed statuses All the users that
