Hallo!I would like to know if there's a way to automatically fill the "average time" box of the LinkedIn Learning courses in Docebo.Right now, when I download the reports from Docebo, the LinkedIn learning courses have a "0" on the course duration column. I usually enter the average time of each course one by one, but it is a really time-consuming thing to do.Is there anyone else having the same problem?How do you solve it?Thank you so much,Martina

Hi EveryoneI am trying to generate a report using CUSTOM REPORTS BUILDER that shows usage statistics as a percentage (“Completed”, “In Progress” and “Not Started”) for a specific course within a specific timeframe (01/01/2024 – 31/12/2024).  However, the course has a certification attached which means that the majority of “completions” will be as a result of certifications being renewed whereas for new users ( a small number) this will be the first time the course has been completed.  An expired certification’s status remains as “completed” and therefore will be included within the “completed” percentage when I run the report.I want the report to take into consideration everyone who has been enrolled on the course, regardless of the enrolment date but to only report “completions” within a specific date range as I’m thinking this will then pick up just “completions” (including certification renewals) that have happened this year.I have applied the

Can you build an ILT course that would allow you not to select a date until you have gathered enough expressions of interest (e.g. a ‘By Request’ course)? Currently unable to find a way to create an ILT without being forced to select a date. 

Hi All,I need help with the steps to configure a catalog that users can see without having to authenticate.  We have done this in a sandbox account, but it doesn’t work in our production account because we have SSO setup.  We cannot disable SSO without breaking our existing process which works for internals and customers who have a subscription to our self-paced courses.  I want our ILT courses and calendar to not require authentication until it is time to purchase. We do have a calendar and ecommerce already working, but no one can see anything unless they login first.  We have a lot of people that wont login to see and we are manually sending emails regarding ILT course descriptions and when our next courses are. We have extended enterprise and think we may be able to setup a new domain that doesn’t have SSO, but I am having a hard time getting a straight answer on the best way to approach this.  I have gone through a lot of documentation, threads and support tickets, but n

I feel like I’m missing something obvious here…Today, above each of our “Catalog” widgets, a new line of courses has appeared titled “Docebo Content Premium” (see image).I am apparently the only one seeing it. I am a superadmin, but they are not showing up for my fellow superadmin, and I tested “View as User” and can’t see them for anyone I’ve tested.I’ve checked the settings of the catalogs on the pages, even the page preview does not show these… it has to be from Content Marketplace but why are they showing up?Thanks for any help in advance!

I was wondering if anyone in Doceboland has run into this issue and how they’ve resolved it. We have monthly safety and compliance courses required to be completed by all regular employees. Most of our temporary employees are not issued email addresses, which we use as usernames in Docebo. Some administrative temporary employees are issued emails and end up included in our mass distribution for the company.I have created a temp Group and a landing page specifically for them that doesn’t have any Open Sesame content. There’s a message on the bottom stating all compliance training should go through their agency.We are sending an auto-enrollment link in the email for the safety and compliance course, and when the temporary employee clicks the link, they are being enrolled and taking a seat/license for Open Sesame.I would appreciate any insight into how others are handling this. I saw that we will be migrating from Zoom V2 to V3. Wondering if anyone out there has had experience moving from V1 to V2?We started off with V2 so this will be my first time doing this migration and would love to hear from folks who have previously done this. Anything particular to look out for?  Was it difficult? Hi All, We just paired Zoom V3 in our Sandbox for testing. Super excited to get this rolling. As you can imagine, there is a lot to test, starting with the adding of Zoom Hosts to the paired Zoom instance. The first problem we are running into: Extreme latency opening and interacting with the enrollment side-bar. We’ve had different people try this, are meeting all of the minimum system requirements for Docebo(using Google Chrome) and have a minimum of 200mbps/10mpbs download/upload speed. Upon clicking the green assign button to add a Zoom Host, we see the enrollment side-bar open, then freeze, we get the message to wait or close the page. We click wait, then it opens fully. Upon trying to type in a username, name or email address to search it freezes once again. Is anyone else experiencing this?We were able to get 3 Zoom Hosts added before this became a major issue, since we’ve deleted one host and tried to add them back, now we are getting separ

Hello! We are exploring the localization capabilities of the certification feature and I have some questions. We have courses that are completed by users in different regions. Each region has specific requirements for what appears on the certificate. My understanding is that we can assign users to specific certification groups, then localize the certification based on said groups. The challenge is that some users operate in both regions and would require both certificates. Is it possible to generate two certificates for the same course?Example:Create an additional field called “Certificate Type” and make it a mandatory field. Users select Certificate A or Certificate B. If a user selects Certificate A, they are assigned to Group A. If a user selects Certificate B, they are assigned to Group B. A user in Group A completes a course and receives Certificate A. What happens if they change their Certificate Type to B. If they returned to the

I can’t seem to find Hindi.  I can’t imagine it isn’t there given some of the other languages covered. If it isn’t there, has anyone made a Hindi set for the localization tool they’d be willing to share? If not I will probably make one and share it (free!)

However, we’ve noticed that the new learning plans are marked as “under maintenance” (I’m adding a screenshot here). Are any of you issuing presenter certificates?  The same way we attach a certificate for the learner, I need to be able to issue the presenter a certificate as well.  The presenter would be in-house, so they would be a learner in the LMS.  Thoughts? 

Our company name is changing and I’m looking for best practices in handling these changes.  For example, we have a domain URL (https://qognify.docebosaas.com/) which contains our current company name and as well as the background job email sender in Advanced Settings.  What are best practices in updating the URL with a new company name and the background job email sender?  Any other areas in Docebo besides our usernames/email addresses that we should consider?

Hello, I have used a GIF instead of an image on a widget but i dont know how to remove the white space at the bottom and also the scroll panel at the side. I have tried resizing but no luck, any ideas?  

 Need help understanding best utilization of extend enterprise with multiple clients. Is anyone else experiencing an outage?

We are currently using tabs showing users their ILT and upcoming courses and deadlines for courses. We are looking to be able to add a tab or a page on our user menu that will show our users any courses they haven’t completed after the deadline is passed. When we look in the my courses/ learning plans, the filters do not account for only overdue or expired deadlines, and they also only go as far as the current year (not last year). We have also tried the calendar, but this is not working in the way we need either( doesn’t show deadline dates/ not obvious to users the date is a deadline).  Does anyone have any suggestions or has tried this in the past? Any help is much appreciated! 

Hi, Was wondering if there was any more information regarding how courses can be used offline. I’ve seen some posts saying that Docebo has an offline player but there seems to be no actual information about how to set it up or use it. Thanks, Andrew

I had a facilitator join through the LMS to facilitate a session.  The session used the integrated TEAMS account, and the facilitator was using the latest updated version of TEAMS.  When joining, she was given an error message asking ‘Did you mean to open this in the old TEAMS?’ and she could not proceed until she reverted back to the previous version.I am going to attempt to reproduce the scenario, curious if this has happened to anyone else?

 I was able to create the scorm courses and assigned to the learners.  I added a 30-day due date from the course enrollment. Someone came back and stated he was able to complete the training and passed the test. When he tried to revisit the training content it wouldn't let him review the training again. The system states you have completed, passed this course. You click on Back to the Lesson, when you click on the button, the window appears, then disappears. Showing that you have completed the course. The setting to review, is infinite. I troubleshooted with clearing the cache in browsers with the learner. Still could not review.  Does anyone else have any solutions to fix the problem? Thank you for your time.

Hello,Is there a max we can Archive and unenroll users? Getting an error message. Course is under maintenance. 

Does anyone know why this error message and issue is occuring. I had recently updated Articulate to their newer version and this error started occuring when I had overwritten the Scorm. I have rolled back Articulate and republished the course to LMS scorm but it is still happening even when not overwriting a course but when adding as a new scorm and assigning to a new course. Thanks 

It seems as though the “level” attribute is now required for a POST. I don’t see anything in any general release notes about it. Should I be looking somewhere else for more detailed change logs?

I think I know the answer to this, but I wanted to check because this platform surprises me with what it can and can’t do regularly.Can I set a final pass/fail continue on a learning path based on multiple courses or based on a learning plan?Right now I just have two courses with two learning elements a video and follow up SCORM scenario/quiz. I want the combo of the two to be the pass/fail move on to the next section of the learning plan which is compliance courses. (This is all for New Employee Onboarding and the first two courses are on our mission and values. I can combine them into one course, but I know my stakeholders would like it better if they could see the separation of those two courses.)
