Is there a way to create a group of individuals who are NOT part of another group? i.e. US employees but exclude those who are in California We need to enroll users in specific compliance training courses. We want those who are in “California” to be enrolled in one course, while those in the US are enrolled in another course. Groups work for California, but we can’t seem to set up a group for those who are in the US, as we have other employees who are in Canada, UK, Italy, and France. 

I see we can integrate with OneTrust, are there plans to expand the options for other 3rd party platforms? 

So we have 1 course that has 1 session/event in person option and 1 session/event virtual option (zoom integration). The ‘user enrolled in an ILT session’ notification we have set up to show the session name, location and classroom. This works great for in-person sessions but for virtual ones - the short code for session location and session classroom appear in the notification received by staff. How are others managing notifications for ILT courses where there are in-person and virtual session options? I have already had to name the session/event with the date and time because I don't like how that short code appears in the notifications. I would prefer not to have to add the location & classroom (for in person sessions) to the session name too if possible. Or am i missing something here? Is it possible to add an out of office closed/winterbreak message that sits at the top of every page? could I do that in CSS without completely messing up my CSS?  Currently, I’m adding a widget to my home pages, but some of my home pages are out of widgets… Any ideas? 

So, we have established a successful instance of SSO for our EE agency. One of their requests is that we only show the SSO button on the login screen. Sure, no problem, that is a setting. Well, now I, a superadmin, cannot login to their domain. Is there a workaround for this? I mean, other than having the client build me an account in Azure, but that isn’t going to happen. 

It’s not ticket-worthy at this point, but I keep getting rejection letters when trying to export a report from the Sandbox. Anyone else seeing this?Production works fine so i’m not concerned...yet...

Widget sizes on a Row layout 1/3 are not unifiorn . The embed video link is much smaller!!!  It looks not nice!!!. Hello,For some time now, I've been facing an issue, and I can't find any solution. Here is my problem: I can't seem to modify the text and background color of the elements inside a folder in my course. I'm sharing a visual of my issue along with the CSS code I've already entered.Code : Course :As you can see, I have several elements below 'Skills Obsolescence' that are not visible due to the color or a setting I am not aware of. Is there a way to give a Power User editing rights for one course catalog but not another? We have a HR Power User that would like to run reports of all the courses that a staff member has taken.We have our product trainings in a separate course category than their HR courses. Only the product training Power User should be able to edit the product trainings. We put the HR courses in the HR Power User’s permissions under resource type but if we add the product trainings there, they can also edit those courses but if do not add this to the resources, they can’t run a report with those courses.We just want to add the product trainings as a resource so that they can run reports to include those courses but do not want them to have editing rights. I can’t seem to do this with their Power User profile.

Does anyone know how  either of these fields are populated? The “img_url” field shown in the View All Courses API?The “thumbnail” field shown in the View specific course API? I would LOVE to be able to update the field with a url to a thumbnail instead of having to manually upload the image to the image navigator.

Hey!I am new to Docebo and confused about how to provide experts permission to upload content in channels. I have created channels, set the upload permissions to Experts Only, and keyed in the specific experts that should have upload ability. However, all users can upload content to channels even if they are not experts. When I log in as a user, they can still upload content to all channels even when they are not experts.What settings could I be missing?

I’ve gotten my list of groups already, and I have been able to use the audiences/Audience/Audience_audiences_v1_audience_importer_fields call just fine, but I am curious if anybody has found an efficient way of doing this process & a clean way of presenting the data?

Hi there,We’ve recently got a trial, and we also got superuser account, During the trial I’ve tried the integration with auth0. The connection works like a charm.but now, I’m having a hard time to login as superadmin again, since its now always open the auth0 login form. please help, how can I login as superadmin again. is there any specific url I need to open?

Hello, Is there a way to include user Status in an export from User Management?  I don’t see it as a selection option.  I see Expiration, but this is not the same as a Deactivated status. Thank you!~Diane Jacobi

Hello Docebo community, first post here and looking for recommendations to solve the below problem we have.Description:We have a classroom that is configured to accommodate multiple courses being conducted in it each week. Internally we call if a Flex offering externally customers see individual courses.  For example:Each week the classroom can accommodate 13 students that are taking various courses comprising of the below:Course 1 max is 6 users per week – due to equipment limitation Course 2 max is 6 users per week – due to equipment limitation Course 3 max is 6 users per week – due to equipment limitation Course 4 max is 13 users per week per week Course 5 max is 3 users per week – due to equipment limitation Course 6 max is 13 users per weekHowever we cannot exceed 13 total students from any combination of the above courses per week in the classroom due to class room seating capacity.

I know Managers can download their team external certificates but I’d like to know if it is possible for a Manager to upload his direct reports external certificates in external training app without becoming a Power User? Thank you.

Is there any option to be able to search Certificates other than CTRL+F?We have 400+ certificates and it can be taxing to seek out a specific certificate to make an update. Are we the only ones with a large volume of certificates?

Does anyone have a document that they shared with test users for their mobile app?  I want to make sure I’m asking my testers the right questions and I also don’t want to recreate the wheel.  I know I am curious aboutDesign - How does the app look? Is it attractive?  IS the presentatation clean and simple Ease of use - Was it clear what to do and when? Was it easy to use? Were you able to find what you were looking for? Was it easy to access the courses? Did you have difficulty with any of the course elements? What questions have you asked your users? 

We are in the process of creating career pathways using Docebo. I’m looking for ideas on how everyone has done this for their org, and if there are any features that have been especially well-received. Would love to see screenshots of your org’s setup and pages!

Our organization has been using Docebo for about 10 months.  We host a lot of ILT courses over the year, but for around 85% of the courses that we conduct, they are a singular session that is recorded.  Due to the nature of ILTs, we ultimately decided that our best course of action to provide the recording to users who missed the live session was to create an e-learning version of the course and mark the courses as mutually equivalent. This process has worked well for us, but we are at the point now where we are considering cleaning up the enrollments from the ILT courses.  While they’re mutual equivalents, we don’t necessarily want them to be frequently double-credited with completions due to a rewards system that we run internally for completing live courses.  Almost all of these courses are self-enroll and self-unenroll, but the users often don’t go back and modify their own enrollments. We’ve been discussing options internally for how to manage these

I have a number of scheduled reports set up that are emailed automatically not only to myself, but certain departmental managers so they can track data for a particular course. Over the past week, the reports are not being received. I haven’t changed any report settings and also added a personal email to see whether it was our IT systems blocking the email, but the email wasn’t received there either. I thought I’d check if anyone else was having this issue before raising with Docebo support. Thanks

Hi,I manage ILT sessions with multiple events.I would like to send a link to the survey upon the end of the LAST event, automatically. And another automatic reminder 1 week later to all users who did not complete the survey.I did not find notifications related to end of last event or end of session. Does anyone have something like this setup and could give me a suggestion how to work it?Thanks,
