Hello! I am new to Docebo and in the midst of setting things up. We have a set of progressive courses that we offer across multiple disciplines. ie. Level 1 Course, Level 2 Course, Level 3 Course in Topic X, Topic Y and Topic Z.I would like to make a catalog showing Topic X with courses Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 in it. However our business rules are that you must have completed 1 to do be able to do 2, and completed 2 to do 3.I can’t seem to restrict visibility or enrollment into a course at the course level, only the catalog level (e.g. by creating a Group of people who have completed Level 1 and making a Catalog with Level 2 visible to only them).Instead of 3 catalogs with 3 courses in them with courses locked until a pre-requisite course is completed, this means that I would need to have 6 catalogs, all with only 1 course in them, which looks … terrible! (I actually have 4 levels and more than 3 disciplines so you can see this is going to get messy fast if

Our power users are suddenly encountering this synchronization error when creating and or duplicating ILT events. Anyone else experience this?They’ve been able to do this before with no issues. All of the integrated Zoom Accounts show paired Successfully in the Zoom V2 Admin page. Super admins seem to have no issues. The Power Users assigned profiles have all the permissions for Course and ILTs.  Did something change?  

I just got this message from a manager trying to understand.So, for example, xxxx and xxxx need to log into the learning center and complete NH Training even though they show as Looks Good?What do I tell the person??? They are right.So a question for you - does anyone know if you can hide the KPI “Looks Good” tag via CSS? Because the training is given a deadline? Albeit a soft-deadline - and the KPI tag isnt helping - it is confusing people on my end. 

Our CSM shared this update back in Dec. 2022: Massive Enrollment Options (and update of the currently enrollment LP process which is subject to frequent failures under high load): The problem we intend to solve with this feature is a purely operational and daily usability problem of the function itself: Docebo is growing a lot and we are increasingly faced with customers with a very large user base. When an administrator has to manage thousands of learners, the management operations proposed by the current legacy interfaces are often inadequate tools since they have not been designed to manage large amounts of work. We must therefore equip the Learning Plan function with a series of massive management tools, first of all that of enrollment, including multiple enrollment options in the UI and offering the possibility of enrollment from CSV files.

Hi everyone, I have run into a problem with user registration. For our usage, we are using SSO login for employees of our company. We are manually adding contractors and vendors who do not have access via SSO. These users are added by a power user who manages those individuals. We’ve noticed that these contractors are sent to an administrator approval queue before getting access to the system.I have self-registration set to “Free” because, if I am reading the Docebo guide correctly, that should not hold anyone’s accounts for approval. About a month ago, I turned on Moderated self-registration because I wanted that extra level of security but turned it off when it became a bottle-neck for these people. However the option does not seem to have been turned off in the back end. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to turn this off? Ideally, I would rather have “moderated” turned on, but allow it to be bypassed if they are added by a power user.

Hi! We’re currently running our Docebo instance with SSO using our Assoc. Mgmt Software called ‘iMIS’ as the backend. It works so-so. Our organization is considering replacing iMIS with a new AMS and I wanted to ask if anyone here is using their AMS as an SSO source and if so, any recommendations or warnings. Thanks in advance!

Curious - has anyone ever completely revamped their LMS experience after the initial build? We’re trying to do this right now and I just wanted to see if anyone else has felt this pain?

I have been trying to access the setting of the Learning Plans app, however, I get nothing, is there anybody else with the same error? I just get blank spaces.  

Hello All, We have an storefront and we want to show people what is being released soon. We want to allow them you see the full course/Learning Plan details (description, price, etc) but not be able to purchase it until is complete, or to have the ability for people to enroll/join a list so we can email them when it is released.  Does anyone do this, or does anyone have a work around they use?

Hi all,So we have a page with a dedicated Catalog widget displayed full width as calendar.  This works great for firm-wide training, so people can see everything that is upcoming, regardless of whether it is legal, L&D or technology training.I’ve been asked by a department if they can have it on their departmental page, but only half width.  When I do this, it changes to the smaller version with the dot to indicate something is happening.My question is this…Is there a way to make it show the same as full width, but in half width, and also, is there a way of removing the weekends from the calendar?

HI.I created a course using Articulate Rise 360 and included a quiz as one of the lessons. The user must score 85% or greater to pass and receive a certificate of completion from Docebo. The quiz questions come from a pool of questions, and I set up the options in Rise for the scoring.How does Docebo know if the user as passed?… and is it OK to have the quiz located inside the course itself or should I set up the quiz as a separate Rise course? I’ve seen it where the quiz is set up as a separate Rise course but ideally, I’d like to keep the quiz inside the course. Hope my questions make sense. I am new to LMS and Docebo.Thank you,Marion 

I had a bunch of conversations at Docebo Inspire and been reading around on the community about Skils management. Trying to think through how to best help folks….I understand many wish for a CSV upload for associating skills to courses, but is that the only common skills management?Is a CSV the preferred method?If there was a way to select a skill and then assign multiple courses to it would that be preferred or work?What else is annoying with them right now?I am thinking of a tool over at Fark.Tools but also potentially a Quickgrabs article for helping folks leverage the api’s to get this stuff done.

Hello folks.I’m working to cater more to users looking to manage their CEU credits, and one of the biggest issues i’m seeing is that it’s very difficult to even determine how many CEUs a user has accumulated.As far as i can tell, one of the most efficient ways is to look at the Personal Summary for a user, navigate to Courses and manually add all the entries for the Credits (CEUs) column. Which is not efficient at all.I’m trying to puzzle out a report that will help but so far i’ve had no luck.Does anyone have a method they use? Any input would be very helpful.Regards,Nate

We have a selection of courses that cover a variety of topics that we want to assign to new hires.   Each subsection of courses is essentially a Learning Plan.  The idea is one Master LP that holds child LP’s.  Currently this functionality doesn’t exist. We have explored loading multiple training content, and using the course shells as a ‘child LP’, however this is not as clean or user friendly as we would like. Has anyone else had a similar need?  How did you end up resolving?

Currently it seems power users only interact with channels on the course creation → channel tab.This is kind of unwieldy for larger groups of courses, or checking what is or isn’t in a channel (for them) Is there something I’m not thinking of?

Hello,Here is my problem: I can’t calculate score of a ILT session based on training material.I can’t mark a ILT course as completed based on a training material comletion.Let me explain:In my ILT course, I want the user course to be marked as completed when he complete a specific training material, I also want the score of that session to be based on the same training material.Maybe im doing this the wrong way but it seems weird to me that there is no option to mark a session as completed when a user complete a specific training material. There is only the ‘’user complete the test training material’’ but what if i have more than one test material ? Why is this option only available at the course level? I want to be able to access the score of my users in the session reports but for this i need to evaluate them, but why would i manualy put the score of a test a second time if they just did it and the score is calculated au

Hello, there!I was wondering if anyone in the community currently has Worktango and if you’ve found a way to integrate it with Docebo, whether by API’s or otherwise? Worktango is a rewards platform, where users can give points that can then be spent on prizes, for reference.

Is there anyway to put alternative wording for when there are no sessions scheduled? It is not a great customer experience to see “Whoops, there are no sessions yet for this course - Please contact your Administrator or the course instructor” - especially when there is no area enter contact information and make it visible on the Session tab of the course. If there is nothing that can be done, can we at least have the sessions tab not show up automatically when there are no sessions added? 

Hi All,We are providing content for our client as XAPI modules via URLs. They work without any issue on desktop but we got multiple reports that they cannot finish their lessons on their mobile devices. I can confirm (tested) that it works with Chrome and Firefox on macOS, and it doesn’t work on Safari and on iOS (Chrome, Safari). (The lesson stuck in Activity in progress state.)To be a little bit more technical: We are sending a finishing XAPI statement to the provided Docebo API URL. In the browsers, were it doesn’t work, we get an error when a request is sent to /tcapi/statements?statementId=XYZ Failed to load resource: Request header field User-Agent is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Headers.Does someone else also experience this issue? Any ideas where to look for a solution, or if we could contact someone about the problem?Thank you,Rola

Hi everyone, I'd like to enhance the learners' homepage by incorporating a full-screen background photo where our LPs and ILTs would sit on top/in front of it. Is this easy to do? I have the image from a photobank. Where and how would I go about doing this? Is this in custom styles and an HTML situation? Is this more complicated to do than I think it is? Your guidance would be super appreaciated. Thanks!

The Batch Course Update API call only includes the bare minimum of options for LMS admins: {  "items": [    {      "id": 0,      "code": "string",      "title": "string",      "description": "string",      "language": "string",      "course_status": "published",      "category_id": 0,      "category_code": 0,      "thumbnail_id": 0,      "batch_item_id": "string"    }  ]} This should be updated to include Additional Fields so that this is not a manual process when updating courses.

We have a global audience of customer and partner learners and deliver several VILT training courses monthly.  We have discovered that many of our learners struggle to understand how to get the multi-event sessions onto their internal calendars using the .ics files provided in their enrollment messages.Because we don’t know what calendar applications they use internally, we have provided instructions for the finicky Outlook application, which differs depending on whether you use the desktop or web application. That doesn’t help users who use other platforms. We have complaints from learners that they don’t get an “invitation” they can just accept the way their internal calendar invitations work.Has anyone else here run into this and if so how have you mitigated this thorny problem?Thanks in advance for any ideas or solutions you have.
