We have an intranet wiki as well as a SharePoint site. When I try to share those links as assets using Discover, Coach, and Share I receive this error: Link is not a valid url! Does anyone else experience this? Is it not possible to share intranet links?

Hi, Hoping someone can help…I need 15 course shells each with a different scorm package in.Once all 15 of these course shells have been completed (in any order), a 16th course shell (with no content in) will automatically show as complete. Is there any way I can do this on the system?  I know this sounds a bit daft, but I need it this way for reporting to external auditors, so it’s super clear which employees have their full certificate (completed all 15 courses) and which don’t. I’ve been looking at Equivalences but struggling to get this to work how I need it to.  Thanks

Hello all, I am an Instructional Designer at a software company and we have recently started using Docebo as our LMS. We have created 14 courses that are meant to be taken in a specific order to effectively learn how to use our software platform.My issue lies with the built-in "my_courses" page in Docebo. On this page, I would like for the courses to be displayed in the suggested order for all users, but currently, they only appear in the correct order if the user sorts by "Code A-Z." The default sorting for the page is "Newest to Oldest (Enrollment)" which doesn't align with the desired course sequence.I am seeking a solution to either:Delete the "my_courses" page and create a new custom one, on which I can auto sorts by course code.  Change the default sorting on the existing page to "Code A-Z" (or remove the option to sort by any other method). We offer a instructor led courses on premises and at a customer locations. When we offer a course at our facility, we do not charge for the course. When offering it at a customer location, we charge per participant to alleviate travel costs. Invoicing is handled by our company and not through Docebo. The pricing structure could be confusing for users who might sign up for a course offered elsewhere not expecting to pay. I’m curious if others might have handled courses in this way and if you offered it as the same course, or did you create a separate ILT and corresponding session? Or can anyone offer suggestions on how to structure in Docebo? Thanks!

Hello all,We are facing a challenge with the layout of the "My Courses and Learning Plan" page within our Docebo platform. Our goal is to create a dedicated Learning Plan (LP) page that displays individual courses separately, exclusively featuring the courses associated with that particular learning plan. This layout should not combine all enrolled courses, as we want to avoid any overlap with courses that are not part of the learning plan.As it stands, the current features and functions in Docebo do not allow for such customization. When using the "My Courses and Learning Plans" widget, you are limited to either displaying just the learning plan or only the individual courses. There is no provision for a custom course selection display.We are curious if others have encountered a similar situation and managed to find a solution. I might be over complicating things here- but my only way to currently isolate managers is to export users and filter by manager permissions and then reupload them with a custom field on the profile -essentially duplicating the manager permissions status in order to automate groups and enrolments.Have not done this yet- if there is a better way please can someone let me know?

Hi - How is your experience with the archiving feature? It takes so long to archive enrollments (Archive and Unenroll), about 5 seconds per record, and I have over 17k records to archive and enroll right after. Aside from that, archiving continues to abort. :( The reason I did not Archive and Re-enroll is because of the due date and the course is also used for new hire enrollment rule which has a different time options set. Any best practices on this feature? Thank you!

We have a sandbox environment and I am trying to send a user notification. However I am not receiving the email from the system. The notification is activated and the users are in the branches selected.Any ideas? What am I missing?

Hello, Could I use CSS to create hoverovers for the calendar, so users wouldn’t have to click an event to see details? I assume not but figured I’d try. See below.

Is it possible to create a forum within a course that is only shown to certain learners? For one of our institutes we divide up the learners into groups for their capstone project. We want to provide a space for each capstone group to discuss their project that is closed to only those learners. I have seen the Cohort option within channels but I believe that is only for Q&A. 

When a super admin or a power user pulls a report, they are emailed a link to that report. Is the Supervisor also supposed to receive a link with an email when they export a report from the MyTeam area?

On my learner home page, I have used the widget “Quick Overview: What’s on the Docket?” When learners are approaching a deadline, the course shows under the “Not Started” and “Deadlines” tab. However, once the deadline passes, the course no longer displays on the Deadlines tab, leading users to believe they do not have any upcoming deadlines. Has anyone found a workaround for this issue?

When I change a course code on the LMS system will it change everywhere or will it update throughout the system or are we going to lose people from courses or any data?

It appears a user’s progress through a SCORM package does not save if they lose their internet connection before closing out of the course. Is this true? Our previous LMS did not have this issue, and even if a use lost connection, they’d at most lose a few slides of progress, not the entire course’s progress. 

Does anyone know the different cost structures for Learning Impact, Shapes, Connect, Data, and Flow? I gather these are add-ons to the Learn LMS basic structure, but I am not entirely not sure.

Hello,I had a learner concerned that their My Activities, Instructor Led Training page is showing a number of courses as “Enrolled” while the actual course page shows them as completed and she wants to know how to make those align so her supervisor doesn’t ask her why she hasn’t finished work.Here’s the My Activities, ILT page:  Here’s the Course page:  You can see that the Open House and Orientation are completed, even though she’s showing Enrolled on some of the sessions of it.  Is there something that I can do to make it so that when a course is marked as complete, the sessions that were optional/additional disappear from the learners enrolle

Hello,I have an e-learning course that includes three items. First is a microsoft form embedded in an iframe, second is an Articulate Rise quiz, third is another microsoft form for an upload. Each item show the previous items as prerequisites.For the Articulate Rise quiz, the learner has 3 opportunities to take the quiz. If they fail on the third try, they keep a failing score. However, they are now “done” with the course by our standards, and I want them to move to the third object in the course. My testing of this shows that this isn’t working. How do I get my SCORM file to send whatever Docebo needs to know that the course is “done” despite being failing for the learner to continue?Module done, no retake option

Hi, we’re getting close to soft launch and are toying with the idea of getting rid of enrolment… My understanding is that enrolment as a concept is a commitment to doing a course - either dictated by the admin or by the learner. In our use case, an admin will not enrol users onto courses - we intend to host partner onboarding learning videos that they can watch in their own time. We hope they’ll want to watch them all but we certainly won’t enforce it. We are thinking of enrolling all users to all courses basically, as it will solve a few issues for us:deep linking to a training video within a course - this is probably one of our biggest gripes. Based on learner behaviour outside the platform, we want to target them with an engagement campaign that links them directly to a very relevant video. Is there a plan to make the ILT Unenroll Icon more intuitive?  

There is currently not a way to mark someone who did not attend a session.  When you mark their attendance absent, their enrollment status does not change.  Therefore they are not eligible to enroll in a future session and the administration will have to remove from the session, losing the enrollment data.  We would like to also track and report on the no show users.   

Is there any way to give points or coins without a badge? We tend to give away “Coins” during in person classes on the fly for exceptional answers or participation.  Just trying to figure out if we can just add to the learners balance, or if we will have to award a badge?

I am trying to pull a report that includes my additional enrollment fields.  I cannot find anywhere to turn that on.Separately, is there ANYWHERE to pull a report based on the course data INSTEAD of user data?  I want to understand what I have loaded in our LMS already in a clean format? Thanks!
