Does anyone have any tips on bulk enrolling users into learning paths? Most of our users are enrolled into Learning Plans rather than individual courses. Occasionally, users will need to be enrolled into multiple Learning Paths. Are adding users to Groups the best way to handle this? Any feedback is appreciated!

I am creating a page that includes an image carousel of our team members. I have found that creating a video in Canva with the autoplay feature is how I have been able to get around using any code or Comslider. However, Docebo seems to be blocking the autoplay portion. Is there a way to allow the video to autoplay? If not, what are other people using for image carousel’s that isn’t Comslider?

Hi CSS Gurus!Would anyone by chance know if there’s a way to change the thumbs up icon in the Task List widget to an icon of our own choosing?I keep thinking that this has to be do-able via CSS similarly to how we added our logo to our sign-in page with a little ::before styling of the right item and display:none on an item that needed to go away. I’m just having the worst time identifying that icon image.  Any brainstorming or help is appreciated!This is the area I’m trying to target -  

We turned on peer notifications, and the notification appeared to work as it should, BUT it was received twice. I am wondering if this is because we were assigning two different peers to the one checklist or if it is because during testing, we rejected one of the users. The notifications did not come at the same time. Any insight to this would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve read through the community help articles on this topic, and need some guidance/suggestions on how to do the following. We have a selection of courses that are assigned to all new hires and due within 30 days of their start date. These courses are assigned via a learning plan currently.Annually, the same courses need to be assigned to all staff, however, anyone who started within 60 days of the launch/assignment don’t need to complete the courses again unless the content of the courses changes, and then they are required to complete the course. We were thinking about using learning plans to assign these courses as there are about 10 courses that each user needs to complete. The content for these courses is loaded into the central repository. For one of the e-learning courses, I uploaded an updated SCORM file in the central repository today as a major version and expected the training material to be reset for the users who previously completed it and f

Hi there! I am hoping to use the course completed webhook to track when users complete required training in an ILT course. While the webhook does have a date completed field, I am concerned this triggers when the instructor marks the student as complete in Docebo, not when the student actually completed the course. This is important as there is legal significance around when this training expires, so I want to retrieve the date of the final event in their assigned session to ensure an instructor inputting grades late does not cause us to record a later expiry date (It’s ok if the expiry date ends up being a couple days early. It is very bad if it ends up being late).The webhook gives me both the user_id and course_id which is great, however I am trying to find an API call that will allow me to find the sessions a learner is enrolled in. HiWill notifications set to trigger when a user self-enrols or when a course is archived and re-enrolled by a superadmin also activate if the course is part of a Learning Plan, and the user is later enrolled into that Learning Plan?thanks

Good afternoon,  I am getting very confused with enrolment CSV’s. As our go-live date is approaching I would really like to master this, rather than manually having to enrol staff onto 100s of ILT courses.  I have tried 5 different times and each time I try it gives me a different reason for failing which I have then fixed and sorted. Now it when I go to upload the CSV it tells me I have 28 lines of data on my spreadsheet to import, which is very wrong considering there are only 2? Is this a glitch? or is there a fix? I have been trying with different spreadsheets and it keeps giving me bigger numbers for the same 2 enrolments and I am getting really confused!

Do Not Recalculate Completed EnrollmentsImpact: Users who have already completed the learning plan will retain their “completed” status, regardless of any changes to the plan’s structure. Hi all! My Team has had some challenges with course completions within our xAPI Udemy instance. The big issue is that the majority of Udemy content is way to long for most users to leverage. In attempt to make better use of this application, I am attempting to leverage Udemy’s “Learning Paths” to build out smaller bite sized training components, however our xAPI will follow a path for URL courses/000000 [Whatever the Udemy course No is]/enroll/  but it will not take the same carried over logic for the Learning Path link  - ie learning-paths/000000 [Whatever the Udemy course No is]/enroll/Has anyone successfully carried over Learning Paths from Udemy » through their xAPI and had a success with:a.) the integration working andb.) training material/course completion and reportingThank you!

The new update to the Observation Checklists made it so that there is a new option for the manager to upload a file on every question of every Observation Checklist (see image). This is confusing to our managers because we don’t require this, and it’s making the checklists very long. I asked Docebo support and they have no way of turning it off. Is anyone aware of something we can input via CSS to remove this? Thank you in advance.  

Hello wise Community,We are experiencing a training material completion issue. We use SCORM files, and have the final one set as the end object marker. For some users, the training material is showing complete, but the enrollment status is not changing to complete. We opened a ticket, and they said that we need to add exit buttons to our SCORM files because it’s caused when users don’t close the training material. My question is, why are the training material and enrollment reports not syncing? Has anyone else experienced this? Thank you,Cat

Hi, I’m hoping someone is able to point me in the right direction for this. I’ve noticed a couple of similar related posts but not quite. (Happy to be corrected, as I know there will be better ‘searchers’ out there!!)We’re currently building our solution and it would be great to be able to add the short description to the course cards (so in the white space underneath ‘Test Course - LS’). Is there a way to do this via CSS? I did have a look at the properties of the short description when you click through, but got stuck. I have a feeling it’s going to be one of those “We want this, but it’s in a Development backlog”, but fingers crossed!!  

Hello,I am trying to set up a report with instructor led training sessions only, without the user data - we are trying to set a report view up for admins to see the upcoming class schedule in tabular format which they can extract.Has anyone been able to accomplish this using custom reports or otherwise?

This post is meant to be an attempt at helping folks implement a slider type of widget with images that cycle through in an endless loop. No interaction. Down the road, I will offer one that has some manual selection to it. That is why this is titled as option 1.There has indeed been a number of postings referencing Comslider as a great resource for this sort of thing. I have not used it personally but I would venture a guess that it is much nicer and simpler than what I am about to offer here but this is free - so I guess you get what you pay for - LOL. At any rate - I figure that for some folks - Comslider may not be an option. If that is the case - you have one here.This is a CSS and HTML option - no JavaScript. This would still require some work on your part to tweak it for your number of images and to put in your image URLs - etc. I will try to help with that part as best I can.Here is a quick look at the one I built as a sample. Hello! Just curious if anyone here has set up an eCommerce solution to sell courses in multiple countries. I was testing the eCommerce app with Stripe, but ran into a few critical roadblocks. The biggest being our tax requirements and that we can only configure one payment gateway in Docebo. We have multiple legal entities and Stripe accounts based on the countries we operate in: Canada, US, and UK. We must collect taxes for each country in the corresponding Stripe account (e.g., collect US tax in the US Stripe account). This is a major limitation for us. We cannot, for example, use the US Stripe gateway to collect Canadian or UK taxes. I have to imagine this is not uncommon in the eCommerce world. What is the ideal solution to manage this?

Greetings! I’m struggling with submitting a new user request to POST /manage/v1/user.When I submit the information below, I get a response that has a 200 status code and an array of active users as a response. The user is not created.Weirdly, when I submit this through the UI (actually, this is where I got the JSON from!) the submit goes to the same location (/manage/v1/user) and the user is created. Even more weird, if I authenticate with the the api browser and submit the same JSON, it creates the user as well.I’m logged in as the same user in the UI, and the api browser. And I send the exact same user’s username/password when requesting the oauth token. I’m using resource owner password grant for my workflow.This leads me to conclude that there’s something wrong with my oAuth flow, or that resource owner password grant doesn’t support creating users. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to further diagnose this? I came across

Hello - We have our training material setup in a way that users do not need to complete each one for the course to mark complete (various language options).However, a progress bar and X/X lessons completed appears in the course player, that we thought would be confusing to the end user.  We used the following CSS to hide both of these elements. We primarily use Learning Plans to manage training, but a key limitation is that when managers view an employee’s card or run a Learning Plan report, the individual courses within the plan are not visible.This makes it difficult for managers to quickly assess which courses have been completed and which are still outstanding. Having visibility into the specific courses within a Learning Plan—along with their completion status—would significantly improve oversight and support more effective follow-up with employees.

We are trying to use a small group of SMEs to help with grading assignments on some technical assignments. This is part of a Learning Path filled with E-Learning courses. It seems the only options for grading assignments are to create Superadmins or as Instructors in a ILT.  Since the learners would work on the assignment over several days to a couple weeks, I cannot see how we would use an ILT. We don’t really want to give this group Superadmin permissions across the LMS.  Any ideas on how to set up a small group of graders?
