Has anyone found some sort of identifier in the HTML/CSS of either the root domain or extended enterprise domains which would allow me to change CSS only for the root domain? Apparently, If I change the CSS for the root domain to hide the login form fields, it applies to all EE domains as well. Ideally, I’d like to figure out a way to accomplish this in the root domain only. Unfortunately, there’s no way to use Javascript/Jquery as that would allow me to make changes based on the domain.Thank you!

Hi All - I do see a lot of posts around Gamification and I wanted to get some thoughts around our Use cases:1. Quiz Contest for Ethics & Compliance Awareness day :- This is doable as the contest can be set to run for a specific period and we can have the results.2. Fastest to complete the assigned Compliance trainings :- We have about 6-7 compliance trainings that get spanned across Q3 & 4 every year. We were thinking of using the Gamification option to drive the engagement of our employees to award the fastest in completing the mandatory trainings, but the audience being dynamic (new hires join the company on a regular basis), I am not sure how can we make this work as the new hires would already be behind the current employees so they would not get really get a chance to compete with the rest.Would love to get some ideas here. Thank you :)

Hello All,Can anyone tell me if it is possible to not show the ‘xAPI (TinCan)’ label from under lessons in the course player? I can’t seem to see a setting for it anywhere in Manage Courses.  

I’m wondering if it’s possible to add the users’ supervisor as a field in a custom report? We send out overdue training reports to supervisors in mass, and want to provide a quicker, easier way to find their team members as they sometimes manage across departments.

Our IT groups in the regions want to configure any organizational device to get the go learn app. They can set up the download, but they are asking if we can get a configuration key. I don’t see anything in the documentation about this. I know that we can’t change the go learn app (we have the branded app as well), but is there not a value we can link to in order to prepopulate the URL for the users on the Microsoft admin side for Go Learn? If anyone has experience and knows the value for iOS and Android that would be very helpful. We have about 20k users and trying to remind them of the URL just seems painful.Here is an example of our Saba configuration (which we are migrating away from) -  

Hi everyone! We are currently trying to set up our Docebo Connect to ADP recipe, however we do not have the API Client ID or Client Secret without incurring additional costs on the ADP side. We were not made aware that these were required prior to purchasing Docebo Connect to ADP, has anyone else experienced this or found a workaround? Many thank for any advice or help!

I have a course that is free to our members, is there a way to host a free course in Docebo without requiring users to enroll? 

Has anyone starting playing around with the new release of Shape? I signed up for the free trial and I love the product, however, I recently got a quote back from our rep and the price is outrageous.I am really interested in a program that would allow me to create similar content types as efficiently as this program, but that is less cost prohibitive. Would love to hear your suggestions and what content creation software you use. We do currently have access to the Articulate Suite (Rise, Storyline, Quizmaker, etc), and we plan to continue the use of these. For video content we use Screen-Cast-Omatic. Snag-it is what I create still images from or add text to my screenshots or blur images with! 

Has anyone heard anything about an update on making the Search Function for course assignment to a learning plan finally functionable? I've been eagerly awaiting this feature for two years, and with approximately 530 courses, navigating through the list on the daily has become quite… well, irritating.

Hello,I am trying to get list of sessions by code in Docebo. But the API get course sessions returns sessions id snd enrollments. no way to search session code.Is there API to retrieve full of session’s info by session code?Thanks,Liza 

We launched Docebo earlier this year, and as part of our package, we added the “China Firewall Solution”. As best I understand it, the CDN’s are located just outside of mainland China, and the solution is provided via network routing.We’ve yet to roll out the platform to the learners and company staff located in China.With the roll out the PIPL in China, I was curious if any other Docebo customers are currently using the China firewall solution, and if so, if they’ve done any research on how deployment of this solution would be impacted by the new privacy laws.Our account manager is checking for any new information internally, but suggested a post in the community to see if anyone else has any intel.

We user enrolment links heavily and prefer not to grant access to catalogues so we use the option below:that states that when this ON, the users do not need catalogue access...anyone with the link can access the course. This was working fine until today when it suddenly changed. We were able to get around this by adding catalogue access but this defeats the purpose. We have logged an issue and are waiting on support.Has anyone else experienced this today? 

Is there a way for a learner to “follow” an ILT course without enrolling into it and be notified when a session is created for that ILT course? For example, I have a people manager who wants to be notified when a session is available for courses so they can enroll their direct reports into the session, but currently there is only a notification for ILT session created that is sent to learners already enrolled into a course. Is there a notification or a workaround that anyone is using for users to select to be notified without enrolling into a course and without sending a notification to everyone (just those who have selected to be notified)?Thanks!Julie

Wondering if there is a way to control how the questions are shown in the Answers Breakdown report when they come out of a SCORM package? I made sure all the slide titles were labelled with the question thinking that would solve it, but it hasn’t.   Secondary best practice question- are you including a final slide after results to give the system time to mark the course as complete? I have tried adding a trigger for course completion when the “passed” results slide posts, and made the quiz the final trigger to complete the course in the settings in Docebo with no success.  If I leave the course and come back it does mark it complete- but just looking for that pop-up “course complete” that normally occurs.Thank you!!

I recently watched “Road to Inspire | Building a tailored learning experience” on Docebo University and liked the idea of creating a “dynamic” new hire page where the steps progressed with the user. The way it was explained in the video is:Step 1:Create Group 1: User is new and has not completed anything (indicate using a field on the user detail record) Created Page 1: Page is setup showing the user has not completed any of the steps (indicated with an image that is shown in gray). Page displays for Group 1 only.Step 2:Create Group 2: User has completed necessary courses (indicated by saying course is completed in Group workflow) Created Page 2: Second page is setup showing the user has completed first phase of courses (indicated with an image that is shown in gray, but phase/step one is now in color). Page displays for Group 2 only.Step 3:Repeat for all necessary steps in new hire process.

Hello all, We have run into a bit of a situation.  We have it where our customers can take the same class either with a live instructor (ILT) or via e-learning at their own pace.  We have a mutual equivalency for classes since they are part of a certification learning plan.  We have discovered that if the users complete the e-learning, the notification for the ILT is sent out even though the notification doesn’t have the e-learning selected as an associated course. Is there a way to only send notifications when the course is actually completed, not by equivalency?  We would like them each to have their own verbiage.e.g.:Want to see a use case covered in the live course you took.  Watch this recording here(link to e-learning). Dear fellow members of this Community,I was asked to show a message to each users  after a course has been completed .I can configure notifications via email and appearing in the notification panel when a lerarner completes a course, but I didn’t find any way to show something as soon a course is completed.I also made a search in the previous discussion, but didn’t find anything useful.Has anyone of you dealt with such a request? hiDoes anyone have any idea if it is possible to hide the Start Learning Now button from a course where there is also a Renew Now button?  We have a new course that people are asked to complete as a renewal course, this in turn updates the certification data. However, if they select Start Learning Now and not the Renew Now option- it will bypass the renewal process? This is therefore causing us lots of work, having to cross-check completion data from the course and expired certification data.    

Hello world! 😎My team is working on implementing gamification within Docebo, and I would like to understand with you the feasibility of some ideas we came up with.In detail, we would like to have:A "public" profile page for each user -> a custom page (not the default one) that can be viewed by other users within which to see badges, skills, and courses completed by other users of interest to him (e.g., manager) Assign points for daily access on Docebo Display skills/competencies on personal profile (this should not be a problem, except for manual association of courses-competencies) Provide an “advancement” of the user -> e.g. with 100 points you are beginner, when you get to 1000 you become novice, and so on.Have any of you developed something similar? Do you have any other ideas and suggestions that might be helpful?As

Hi - when setting up a vILT event with myself as the instructor (I am also a Superadmin), I am able to select our MS Teams instance without issue (our MS Teams account has been configured in our Docebo system).  However, it does not automatically create a meeting for the event in my MS Teams calendar which I was expecting it to do.  Should this occur?  I also tested the enrollment process as a user attending the vILT event (with someone else assigned as the instructor).  When enrolling on the session, i was also expecting an event to appear in my MS Teams calendar?? Can someone confirm what should be happening as I cant find any clear information in the documentation or university modules.

Is there a way to disable the rating for assets?  I disabled “Q&A and Comments” but I don’t see how to disable rating.  I have disabled rating in Advanced Settings, but that appears to only apply to courses?  I appreciate any help in hiding or disabling this rating function.  Thanks!! 

The videos take a good bit of time to upload and I’m not good at sitting idle. Typically, I do something else on a different screen/pc. My challenge is that if I wait too long after the download to confirm it, the upload fails, and I have to start over.  Is there a way to play sound when a video is upload in Docebo so I don’t miss the window for success?
